Decided to eat here tonight with wife neither of us we're looking forward to the meal but I was looking forward to desert. After we entered we were greeted by a friendly host who promptly showed us to our table, it's the table that we met an amazing server who went above and beyond in customer service. I believe his name was Christopher but from the moment we sat at the table he was there to make our meal enjoyable. We weren't sure on what to eat so decided to split the dishes and only eat half... when the dishes came out he had got them split in the kitchen and plated up individually. I thought they were full portions the plates were so full! As I have dietary requirements of no dairy one of the chili bowls he brought out had some cheese on so without question he went and got another. Then on to desert... the Molten Chocolate Cake!! I love their salad and chips. I can just sit there and have some salad and be pretty happy about that. I hadn't been to this Chili's in a long time. We used to go often since they had a Caeser Salad with their All You Can Eat Soup and Salad. They changed their menu, so Caeser Salad is no longer offered, but two other salad choices. Their Chicken Tortilla Soup and Baked Potato Soup is still available, which is delicious! Came in just for the free chips and salsa with the Yelp check in. I wanted their lunch special, but that's not available on the weekends... Boo to that. I decided on a Bacon Burger with fries. The chips, salsa, and queso came quickly. The burgers took awhile and it wasn't really that crowded. That's ok though since the chips are unlimited. The burger eventually came and it's was delicious and the fries were good as well, as long as it's hot. The service was pretty good and there wasn't much to complain about. I don't go to Chili's often, but I haven't been disappointed with the quality of the food. Sometimes the food takes awhile to come, but overall it's a pretty good dining experience. read more

VERY UNORGANIZED!!Waitress did not know what she was talking about and was confused and slow as molasses. If an item is discontinued... DON'T HAVE IT STILL ON THE MENU. Wanted the turkey patty, told it was discontinued, so I ordered the black bean patty old timer (which menu says cheese) and they brought me a BEEF old timer without cheese. Between 2 different people coming back and forth I was told and asked so many times (like 3 times over 5 minutes) what I actually wanted and that manifested into having to wait 20 more minutes to get what I ordered in the first place while my family sat ready to go waiting for me to even get my food. Waitress locked the ability to split the check which was told to her AND manager when we first sat down. ‍ it was not a pleasant or relaxing experience and let me tell you, it has NOTHING to do with COVID. Normal customer service, paying attention to your customers, and being honest. We will not return. Chili's in Pearl Ridge is 1000x better and more attentive. read more

Friday night my wife and I stopped in and were rudely greeted. The hostess didn't say hello or made us feel welcome. She said that it would be a 20 minute wait for a table and that they close in an hour. This location is always under staffed and everyone (the staff) is always rude. Four stars because their food is good but their bathrooms are filthy. Went in to use the latrine and wash my hands and the entire floor by the head was covered in piss. Disgusting. Washed my hands and the only one garbage can was filled to the top. Aside from that I got the guacamole burger and it was pretty good. I upgraded to onion rings from steak fries and they were okay nothing special. Decent food at the end of the day from a long day at the beach. Very appreciative for the food. Football season means Chili's for breakfast!! Not a huge menu but love the chili pepper shaped pancakes. We go here for chili pepper shaped pancakes. Mental note, Chili's Mililani does have pancakes, but they are not chili pepper shaped. We asked our server why and she said the kitchen said it's too much of a pain to make. Chili's....it's worth the trouble!! Minus one star. Minus another star because our coffee was served in styrofoam cups. NO STYROFOAM. Plus one star for excellent service. It wasn't very busy, our server was extra attentive and pleasant. TV's were on with football games on all of them. Dining room and bar area are both open during breakfast. 5 stars for their patron margaritas! I got the strawberry one and it was sweet and sour and did the job! We got the appetizer combo: the deep fried pickles were pretty good but a little salty. The honey BBQ boneless wings were OK, a little too saucy. I really liked the sliders, that was my favorite of the three appetizers we tried. I would get it again. I didn't see paradise pie on the dessert menu... did they take it off? Used to be my favorite dessert at Chili's. As far as chain restaurants go, Chili's is OK. Exactly what you expect from Chilis. Good food with chips and salsa. If you are wanting the best chips n salsa around this is the place. They are bottomless as well. Service was good. The manager Angela was great. We had a small issue and it was fixed it before we knew it was an issue. I appreciate the proactive approach with regards to.customer service. I was satisfied with our server but the food was horrible. I ordered the avacado sirloin with roasted tomatoes and fresco salad. When he food came, they told me they were out of tomatoes so they dumped a hill of salad that covered 3/4 of the plate instead of asking me for an option of side. Server did bring me a street corn after Is requested. The avocado served was not even ripe, hard like an eraser. Cook sent over guacamole to replace the avocado because they were out of that as well. Chili's Mililani is one of my favorite go to places when you wanna get away and have some good Tex-Mex kinda food. Living in Hawaii most food places cater to Asian style dining which like in Japan can be over whelming when you're craving just some good ol' American comfort style food. A Golden Coral would be great here. It's seems that people in generallike what they like. I remember someone in Japan starring hard a ramen menu at a ramen restaurant amongst a thousand other ramen restaurants all around and thought to myself "must not have much choices here" LOL. read more

Every time I come here and order a steak medium, it's like they just passed it over the flame barely. It was even medium rare, it was like it was flash fried and still raw and cold inside. I certainly didn't order the steak bleu! The cooks don't seem to understand how to cook steak. I don't expect haut cuisine, but I do expect that they folks know how to cook a steak. The wait staff and management tried to make it drift, but since this has happened numerous times, it seems to be a systemic problem with the cooking staff. I wouldn't come back here, but my son like the food. Next time, I'll eat before we come here and just have a watered down, crappy margarita. read more

I ordered from this restaurant using Door Dash. They notified the driver the order was ready when it wasn't. I ordered the baked potato soup. It was awful. It was watered down and barely had anything in it. Not to mention it was cold. The soup came in a tiny container. I got two of them because I ordered a bowl. The amount of soup I got wasn't even a bowls worth. My cheesecake didn't even come with the purée and they didn't bother to cut the southwestern egg rolls like they normally do. I seem to be here at least once a year after open house. A bunch of us from work go to have a few drinks and pupus since it's such a long day. It's a great time to just relax and have fun. On this last outing, Josie was our server. This 5 star review is based on her service. She was great!!! Such an outgoing and fun personality. At Chilis in Mililani today I may have consumed roaches poisoned roaches? After finding a baby roach in my drink I asked to talk to the manager. While waiting on the manager I found another one in my sons drink! By the the time the manager got there, I was very angry and not much she could of said would have made it better, but she immediately made it worse. It's a chain restaurant, which tend to be way over priced here on island. However, it's located right across the street from my work, so it's not an uncommon place to meet for lunch or happy hour. Make sure you sit at the bar or in the lounge if you want to enjoy happy hour prices btw. The lunch deals menu is good. read more

My family and I came here on Sunday night. My husband went out to save a spot. The girl told him 30 minutes for a party of 5 with 2 children (Took his number down, since now they text or call you when your table is ready). We waited outside on the benches since the little ones were running around. Families after families got seated before us which they all came after us some had 2 adults and 2 children and other had about 3-4 parties in their groups. Wondering what the hell was taking so damn long I went inside to ask how much longer? She went and told me 1 hour to 45 minutes!!! WTF serious!!! So you tell my husband 30 minutes why?!!! I just left because my kids and nephew are getting hungry and it's freaking freezing outside! Come to think of it they never did call or text us if our table was ready or not when we left! We had a three choice appetizer which included egg rolls, mini burgers and buffalo wings(bone in) it came with three dipping sauces ....man it was darn good.... My better half ordered the toasted turkey sandwich and fries, I had a few bites and I must say everything on that plate was pretty darn good...... For dessert we had the chocolate chip paradise pie which comes to your table still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream , topped with hot fudge and caramel the pie itself is a chewy bar of chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut ,had a few bites of that too.....real good. Service was great.....the restaurant was real laid back, not to fancy but just enough..only thing I found kind of a pain was the hanging light fixtures which I felt was a little bit too low it was right above my forehead..
