After being a fan of Chili's for years now this location was one of the better locations. We came in for a late lunch / early dinner. I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos that were excellent the shrimp were grilled just perfect and the rice and beans were really good also. I kind of wish the shrimp were a little spicer but I guess that's the latina in me. We also ordered the steak and chicken fajitas the strips of steak were very tender and flavorful to wash all that yummy goodness down a margarita that was chilled to perfection. This new Chili's has the worst ambiance ever. We felt like we were eating in a high school cafeteria or a McDonalds. This new concept takes away an element of fine dining. It was noisy, crowded and had no sense of privacy. It felt like a mess hall. We spent $71 for dinner and drinks and ate in a fast food atmosphere. Frankly Applebees has a nicer atmosphere than this new concept. If you want to eat dinner at a place with ambiance don't come here. So disappointed in what they have done. read more

It's Chili's. It's adequate. It's predictable They have expanded their menu and have a lot of choices. The three for $10 is really a good deal, and you can even do the small sirloin steak right now. Gluten free and dairy light eater. My uncle wanted to go. They were really slow and not filing the booths because they were short staffed. Chilis has decent food. It's solid but not amazing. I ordered chips and salsa. Salsa was decent. Chips were greasy but I appreciate their freshly fried chips. I ordered guacamole and it was pretty bland. I ordered margarita chicken with beans and rice. It was pretty bland but decent. I drizzled ranch on it (which is some of the best ranch I've had) on my food and it was tons better. It needs a good sauce. My husband got a burger and he really liked it. It was solid but decent. If this opened in my small home town we would eat there more often. We asked for the White Spinach Queso and 3 bowls of soup when we sat down. Got our soup first and then had to ask them where the queso is, at one of the servers acted like she didn't know we ordered one and asked which one we ordered so we showed her the picture... she brings it out like this. We were hysterically laughing staring at the spinach salad. Luckily, Heather got us a new one when I showed her what was on our table v their menu...and got us a new one piping hot with loads of queso. After that we ordered thw Ancho Salmon, Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Margarita Grilled Chicken. The Margarita Grilled Chicken was so bad. It was loaded with beans, the chicken was bland. I ordered a meal last night for delivery and Chilis had Door Dash deliver. I was notified it was delivered and I didn't have it so I text Davaughn to let them know I did not receive it. Davaughn told me they had delivered to correct address and a lady came out and they handed the food to this lady. They then told me to contact Door Dash support. I'll shorten this; Iwas told they called Chilis to "replicate " (their word) my order and was told "no" by Chilis so I asked for cancel and reimburse and he agreed. Next morning my order was sitting at my door untouched. I called Door Dash again and this time they told me they would reorder my food and sent me a confirmation text and fifteen minutes later,10:15, they sent me a cancelled order message. I called the website number for Chili's and got their franchise owners and can only leave msg so I did. Not holding breath for answer. CC company told me I had to call Chilis to get money back. Wait it gets better!! My neighbor who lives at "1156" stopped by this am to make sure I knew he dropped off my food at 10:45pm. He lives alone! So DD drive Davaughn lied about handing to woman (he verified), DD supervisor lied about ordering my food, and the DD person who took my first call lied about calling chilis and reimbursing my food. Very disappointing that Chili's would allow Door Dash to tarnish their reputation with their constant lies. Now my $30 meal was just a contribution to a company that supports liars. read more

We went to the location on Power and we had exceptional service. We were seated right away and when we wanted to change tables they had no problems with it. Our servers name was Heather and she was fantastic, I loved her. She was very attentive and I typically don't get that type of service. Very impressed with my visit. 10/10 recommend. read more

Don't do online ordering from this chili's. We just got home with our food and we ordered 5 3 for $10 meals and two only came with hamburger or chicken sandwich and no fries. I also had to go back into the restaurant because they forgot to give me all 5 bags of chips and salsa. read more

Not a good first time experience. I receive a gift card for Christmas and wanted to be able to treat myself today and the customer service was horrible while I waiting 16 minutes to be seated. I left the restaurant and probably will not return. Not cool. First not greeted when I arrived had to wait to even have my name added to the list and then not told how long of a wait just said someone will call you.... first rude experience then people come in and go get seated after giving there name and waited about 2-3 minutes. Curbside pickup is a joke, I showed up on time then waited for 20 min only to find my food on the rack. We waited about 10 minutes and watched other families that came in after us receive service of drinks and food orders taken. We weren't greeted at all besides hostess, manager was behind the bar on the phone repairing equipment. We got up to leave after server passed us for the 4th time and didn't even say " Hi, we got super busy. Please give me one minute to catch up." The host needs to learn to put people on a wait so the servers don't get frustrated and have time to get caught up and give guests good service. A simple hey would have done it. read more

We are at Chilis today. We were seated promptly by hostess at south side of restaurant. The table was dirty with dead flies on the table and dead flies in the window seal. The booth seats had food on them. The menus are dirty with sticky food residue on them. The back of the kiosk had red sticky substance on it. I called hostess back over and asked if we could get the table cleaned. She got a rag and wiped the table done, leaving dead-flies in our window. The waiter was friendly and prompt with our orders. The salads came out on warm plates. The salads tasted good. This location is hit or miss with chilled plates and clean tables. read more

I hadn't been here in a while but, saw the commercial about the $10 steak and sides special so, had to go. My date got a queso burger & fries. Looked great and he enjoyed it. I ordered my steak medium and it was served bleeding which was a bummer. The waitress took it back and served it again...that time it seemed cooked right but, only half of it was cooked. I left the raw half. The loaded mashed potatoes were yummy ...I ordered corn on the cob in place of broccoli. It was good too. So all in all it was good (1/2 a tasty steak is better then none lol) I'd come for that again. Just going to cut it all up first to make sure it's cooked throughout. My boyfriend used to come here at least once every 2 weeks since it's close to the house. We made a stop at chili's after running a few errands & I did not have my id (which usually is not a problem as they have NEVER id'd us within the past year & a half of us going) . My boyfriend ordered his drink and the server asked for id, and i didn't order one knowing i did not have mine (which was fine as i should have an id to order alcohol) . He asked me to try his drink so I took a sip, within seconds who i think is the manager came over to take the drink from the table while yelling at us for the restaurant to hear. I understand not knowing that i am of drinking age but the way she handled the situation was completely ridiculous & unprofessional.If underage drinking is so important to management maybe she should enforce her servers to id upon ordering drinks.. Doordash texted me that the order was confirmed. 1 hour later after 3 dashers left the restaurant without my food in hand, I called the restaurant and they told me that they didn't get the order. Then, they put me on hold and some other woman came on to see what was happening. I wasn't going to go through my story again with her. So I hung up. By the 5th Dasher, I texted the guy to see what was going on. He called me to say that either they gave away my food already or they didn't get the order! I said thank you and I cancelled the order! This had to be the driest, most dissatisfying Cajun shrimp pasta I have ever had from ANY Chili's. I work less than 5 mins away and this is my first time ever coming to this location, and I am pretty certain that I will never be back. I guess they were in such a rush they forgot the sauce? The pasta is extremely dry and flavorless. And as if the pasta wasn't bad enough, the garlic bread was not burnt, but tasted burnt and had burnt food on it from what had previously been cooked on the grill. EXTREMELY disappointed. Had I eaten there at the restaurant, this would have definitely been sent back. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

As much as I would love to rate Chili's higher I just couldn't do it. The last few times I've been there the service was very slow however the waitress was very nice and helpful everything just seemed to take forever to come out. I will say I love the honey chipotle chicken crispers and the corn is always incredible. I always get chips and salsa even though it fairly basic it still one of my favorite thing there. Stopped here for dinner with my niece and mother and we loved it! Food was great and our waiter, Chaz, was a good server. So this was a bad idea... I saw the low star rating and thought ah it can't be that bad. We did not even make it past starters . We got the trio starter sampler - the cheese curds had a crazy amount of seasoning dumped on top of them - along with all the burnt bits from the fryer- the southwest chicken egg rolls were soggy and had little bits of burnt bits in it ... the manager of course was polite but wanted to explain to me why this happen, like it was just a part of life and ok ??
