My family and I have been eating at this Chili's over 10 years. Probably once every week or two. Never had bad food or anything negative to say, until last night. It was a semi busy Friday night around 6pm. Waiter was super helpful and efficient. Night was fine until dinner came. I got my chicken bacon avocado sandwich, noticed a white-ish blonde hair across the top of my fries and another laying across the top of my sandwich. Well 13 years waiting tables myself... Shit happens. So i said nothing, until my friend bit into her turkey burger, and pulled a WAD of whiteish blonde hair out of her teeth that was melted into the cheese. Now im gagging. Couldn't find our waiter, so the other guy in our section saw my face, asked what was wrong I told him, no appologies, just took our plates said we will make fresh ones and walked away... Then 15 mins in our waiter Comes over, still no appology, but says our foods almost done... Now a manager with a smirk and an attitude walks over and says verbatum, " um so i heard you have a problem with our food." so i said your food is fine, i have a problem with hair WADS. He looked bewildered, like i put the hair in there myself, as i have long brown wavy hair. Made multiple excuses about how its near impossible that hair of that type ended up in our food. Basically calling me a liar. Said he was going to inspect his kitchen and get back to me.... As if i was paying for this food, hahaa! Whelp, manager never applogized or took ownership. Never came back to the table and delivered the remakes, our waiter did. My stomach was churning from anger and disgust now. But my friend was starving, so i said ok, eat your food. I refuse. She cut open her turkey burger and it was RAW. PINK AND GOEY LOOKING. Now im beyond furious. Waiter said nothing after we showed him. Just took the plate and walked away. I saw the manager starring at us from behind the waiters station. He didn't come. So i said screw him I want the GM. I said who is your GM. He pointed to a women with long whiteish blonde hair in a loose pony tail..... Boom! So i said tell her I want to see her. 5 minutes later i was told she went home. So i told the waiter, im paying for nothing, this makes me sick. Not one appology. Waiter said he wasnt sure if the manager would comp our whole bill, but he was so embarrased he told us to leave and he would pay our bill if it came down to it. .. Wow #CHILIS . WAY TO GO WITH THE MANAGEMENT TRAINING! Had i got one appology, i would have never posted this. Ive actually never written a post before on food. Because shit happens... But this was disgusting and wrong on so many levels . Here is the kicker; the 2 booths behind us also had hair in their food!!! Manager never once addressed their tables. This is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant. I went there and tried to use a coupon. When I showed the coupon to the server he LOUDLY stated that I had not ordered an entree. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad without the chicken. Apparently this is not an entree. I was not arguing with him when he got belligerent and said he should have charged me for the chicken so I could use the coupon. Slow Service! This is a usually spot for us, the last 2 times we have been here we have waited over an hour for our food after ordering. The wait staff just keeps saying its coming out now, no manager ever comes to check on the table to see how service is. After going to the movies we wanted to have a little dinner and decided to go to the Chill's across the road. We had to wait longer than the hostess estimated. We had a great server and good food all around. As we were presented the bill the manager came over and made a completely unexpected discount for our longer than usual wait. Wow how great was that. Very poor service. Waited 15 minutes and finally had to ask for a waiter to take our drink order. Assumed it would take another 15 plus minutes to get the waiter to return so we also placed our food order. Noticed other patrons around us not happy with the service they were getting. Best experience!!! Food was amazing and service was perfect! We got the 2 for $20 deal and sat in the bar. They were quick to serve us. Even on a very busy Friday evening we were seated fairly quickly. The waitstaff were all friendly & honest. The Texas fries appetizer came with too many jalapeños but they were easy to remove. The sirloin was done just the way I like it. The skillet potatoes were good but too much broccoli. What can I say I love it the best way to enjoy my Sunday was going to chilli's on power n US 60 . Lets just say the guy we had was named Logan. Clean cut glasses positive attitude and good posture... I mean this guy new how to treat his customers from keeping the glasses full to making other rounds and then coming back to make sure everything was fine with the food that we ordered. When we got home, the order was wrong and because my spouse can't eat cheese we had to throw away one of the meals and wasted money. We used to really enjoy coming here as a family and it was our go-to place throughout my older child's younger years. We always had good service. A little background, my oldest child is ASD and younger one is ADHD. Fast forward to a few years later and I took them myself for a quick dinner. They were being a little rowdy on that day but I managed to keep them in line and explained the situation to our server in advance. I tried my hardest to keep them busy with games and jokes and conversation, but our server made us wait a long time for food and drinks. I think my younger child had a minor meltdown which I managed to get under control. Our server, a gentleman, came to us out of nowhere and told me that the old couple sitting across from us were going to beat the snot out of my kids for being too loud. I looked over at the old couple and they were just minding their own business. We left pretty quickly after that and I called to complain to the manager, who apologized. The food was good. The service was great!! The server was very friendly. We asked if they had gluten free beer because my husband has Celiacs and they did. It also happen to be his favorite kind. She was also kind enough to recommend their gluten free menu. Which is only a computer print out but it made ordering much faster. We were checked on several times and she even changed the tv when we asked. We were very satisfied with everything at dinner tonight. Had a less than great experience last night. Was told there would be two servers - only had one and he appeared new. He was attentive, quick with refills, and made great food suggestions. The only awareness we had of his "partner" server was hearing her rattle off a list of his duties before he could go home. Chips and salsa were excellent, drinks were great. I ordered the long time favorite Chicken Crispers. Even the name says "Crisp", right? I got soggy, rubber chicken pieces. This is where the server lost me. When I brought this his attention, he said they are tempura batter and thats how they are supposed to be. Okay, so the tens years I have been having delicious, crispy, fresh chicken - those times it was all made wrong. My bad! My family enjoys going to Chills and this last time I visited I went with my friend Hannah and her mother. I love to go and spend time with them and they wanted to take me out to dinner and asked where I wanted to go, and I picked Chili's. I hadn't been there in a long time so when we walked in I was surprised that it had been recently renovated. It went from having a western feel, to a trendier atmosphere; you get the nice restaurant without the expensive prices. We sat down and there was a waiter there immediately asking us what we wanted to drink and brought them out right away. When the drinks came out we were all ready to order, I ordered the classic cheese burger with fries. The food took about 30 minutes, which was kind of a long wait but it was worth it. The burger is pretty big and I asked for it to be cooked medium well, it wasn't too pink in the middle or cooked too much, it was nice and juicy and seasoned perfectly. They put the cheese on while it was still hot so by the time it was on our table the cheese was nice and melted on the burger. The burger had lettuce, juicy tomatoes, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, and onions. And to top it all off it is all between a toasted sesame seed bun. They served the burger with a decent amount of seasoned fries that are fresh and delicious and very salty, but that's how I like my fries. All the flavors went together perfectly, even the fries made the burger taste better. Our waiter was very nice and checked on us often making sure we didn't need anything and brought us more drinks when we only had about a quarter left. read more

This Chili's has always had good service but tonight it was great. Four of us went to dinner around 5:30pm and waited about 5 minutes for a table. As soon as we were seated our waiter, Sean, took our drink orders. He was back in a few minutes and even had our beer. He asked if we needed more time and we said yes. When we had decided, he was there immediately. He took our orders and was off. We had order a flat bread with chipolte chicken as an appetizer. Sean showed up with a basket of chips and salsa. He said the kitchen was taking too long and for us to enjoy these, on the house, while we waited. In a few mintues our appetizer was delivered. When dinner arrived, Sean was there to make sure everyone was happy and got what they ordered. He asked us several times if we needed anything without being bothersome. He asked if one of us needed a drink refill instead of just delivering it. I noticed that he was taking care of 6 four seat tables and 4 six person booths. The food was hot and tasty from the ribs to the chicken to the shrimp. The food was good but Sean's wait service made this a very enjoyable evening. read more

We usually eat at Chili's but decided to try the Power Road location on this occasion. We were greated by the host staff (not really) with their backs to us while they played with their phones and spoke to one another. One (there were three) did get the menus and seated us. He let us know we would have three wait staff. The girl who took our order came to our table, would not make eye contact and was looking off into the distance. It was way too obvious she did not want to be there. We proceeded to order and had ordered the 2 for 20.00 deal which included the chips and salsa. So we are waiting 15 minutes and she walks by several times without a word or the chips and salsa. We keep waiting and she is just standing by the kitchen looking away into space once again. The assistant manager walks around, by the way was poorly groomed, and did not bother to ask if we needed anything and we tried on several occasions to get their attention. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, I opted to leave the money for the drinks on the table and leave. No one came after us or said a word. Never been that dissatisfied with Chilis. I really wish people would not work if they really do not want to work. The public deserves better when spending their good money. I can tolerate quite a bit, as I have worked in the restraunt business and know how it can be, but you still need to be somewhat attentive. Will not return to this Chili's location ever... read more
