The food is tasty, the restaurant is decorated with Southwestern flair but it is another in the chain. Service is hit or miss - sometimes is great and food comes out just at the right time, but sometimes is cold - sat for a few minutes. This particularly noticeable with steak, not good. read more

Arrived for my daughter's 21st birthday with a party of 8. Their tables on average fit a max of around so people but they said they would accommodate us. Chilis was very busy with the normal dinner crowd so I wasn't sure how they would accommodate us but they said the wait was 15-35 minutes. We awaiting our 35 minutes. Then another party of 8 comes in. Chili's added them to the queue and they sat outside with us. I watched the reservation on my phone for another 15 minutes. Now that 50 minutes went by I watched Chili's text and sit the other group of 8 that came in 10 minutes ago. When I questioned why to the host, he said "oh they didn't forget us". I told them "Then explain exactly what happened", then they said it was an honest mistake but didn't do a damn thing about it to resolve the situation. They said it'll be another 20-30 minute wait which was completely unfair. Once we finally got our table, they literally said they ran out of cups. They gave us all child plastic mini to-go cups. How does a restaurant run out of cups? Then my child needed napkins and they said they were out of napkins too as well as multiple sodas. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered sweetened ice tea for my son and myself and both came out tasting like water with no sugar. They apologized and brought two more who tasted exactly the same. They were too busy to get the attention of a waiter to pick a different drink. My party waited long enough and decided to stick it out. We arrived initially at 4:10pm and didn't get seated until 5:35pm, then we didn't get our food until 6:55pm. (1hr 2 mins after taking my order) They said they had a staff member call out so they only had 3 waiters. Our waitress was managing 9 tables alone. Due to the shortage it was hard for them to manage our table. Needless to say my daughter didn't get to try her 21st birthday drink because of how slow it was and she didn't want it in a sippy cup (more or less). Everyone at this chili's is super friendly and nice. It's often super busy because it's near hotels where people travel for business, but if you can get a spot by the bar you won't regret it. Curb side pickup procedure is ridiculous. The system asks you to check in when you arrive but they don't come to your car unless you're parked in the right place even if you've announced yourself. I work in food sanitation and don't worry I'll show you all the delicious pics below. First, coming into the restaurant fingerprint smudges all over the glass I said to my friends jokingly, " oh no that's never a good sign if it looks like this up here imagine the back" I let it go it's middle of the shift and I get it if someone can't get it. Next, our server took 20mins to get to us and we could hear her yelling at the host for seating her 3 times in a row. The location is very close to the airport/train station so it was fairly convenient. The staff was very polite and extremely attentive. The food was A-OK, just a burger/fries, but the cleanliness of the restaurant really bothered me. Get a rag, wipe down the tables, and make them not sticky. It is not difficult. Raise your standards a little bit. I should have realized when I pulled up, that all the cars there were from staff and not customers. in fact, i only saw 2 families dining inside. I ordered the ribs, full rack, with cole slaw and fries. the ribs were so well done that it was like eating charcoal. the cole slaw was good and creamy. the fries were long, crispy, and good.
