About as good as any other chilis location I have been too. The lot is not very large considering the amount of traffic they get. But it is next to a hotel so you can walk over from the another lot very easily. They are close to the airport so they get everyone from all the airport hotels. But they are very accustomed to dealing with them. There is always enough staff on hand and even when they are crowded you will still get quick service. I would recommend if you have a taste for chilis you stop in and grab a seat at the bar. It always seems like I get a little bit faster service at the bar. Probably because the area is small and the bar tender can easily see when I require service. The food is great and to can't beat the price. I got a bacon cheeseburger and don't thing I waited more than ten minutes. Definitely will be back. read more

Full Disclosure: We decided to have lunch here because I had a gift card that was going on two years old and I wanted it out of my wallet. And free lunch sounded good. Our waiter was fine. My dining partner drank his tea fast (hot out today) and as soon as one tumbler was empty, someone was there with a fresh glass. The food was another story. Cold fries and a totally uninspired entree salad that didn't even deserve a photo. The best part of this visit was the little contraptions they have on the tables. When you are ready, you can pay for your meal by swiping your credit card or gift card right there without all the back and forth of being presented the bill, sticking your card into the folder, then waiting for it to come back so you can sign. But be careful, while you are waiting you can also peruse the menu and play games on this machine. If you push the wrong button accidentally, $1.99 (for the games) is charged to your bill! read more

I usually wait a few times before I post a negative review about a place. That way I give a restaurant a chance to redeem itself - maybe they were having a bad day or the place was short staffed. After a few meals at this Chili's, I can say that suckage isn't an isolated incident. This place has the worst overall service that I have ever encountered at a Chili's restaurant. I don't think it matters if you are in the main seating area or the bar, it just takes forever to get a waiter/waitress over to you. Sometimes they will tag team you because it seems that one of them is incapable of taking care of a set area. Also, it doesn't seem to matter if they are busy or slow, the service still is an issue. Food: well what can I say? To be sure no one is going to accuse them of not salting enough. I could feel the water being sucked out of my body by the salt-lick that they called my burger. The average that Yelp is showing for this place is right on target...about 2.5 stars. Was it edible? Yes. Was it great? Oh no. It was in the middle. Service was actually very good. Responsive, and always there when I needed her. I like that you can pay via kiosk at the table. Quick and easy. The food. I love meat and I can tell the differences between good meat, bad meat, well-cooked meat, and re-heated meat. This tasted like the meat was decent, but was cooked about 2 hours earlier and then was microwaved to reheat it. (It didn't have a previously-refrigerated taste and the meat wasn't spoiled.) The result? A barbeque chicken and ribs combo that both tasted a bit dry and a little "off". Even the BBQ sauce couldn't completely cover up the problem. I choked it down and debated sending it back. As an aside, the "roasted corn on the cob" was a big WTF moment. It had some white goo spread all over it and some odd flavoring. It's like somebody in the kitchen cooked the corn appropriately and then gave it to another guy and said: "Put some stuff on the corn so no one will want to eat it." Well...job well done. This was probably one of the worst wait times I have ever experienced at a restaurant that is one step above fast food. After being seated I waited 15 minutes before anyone came up to take my order. Needless to say when the server was at the table I made sure to get in the entire order immediately to avoid further delays. After completing my order I then sat for 50 minutes and waited for my food. That's right, 50. During that time only 10 minutes before the food came out did the server bother to let me know that the order was delayed. The server stated that there was some type of issue in the kitchen, which really didn't have any weight because people still have the ability to use a pen and paper if their computer system goes down. I don't know where the failure was but it was one that made a 20 to 30 minute dining experience last almost 2 hours. I'm in this area regularly and I will never patronize this establishment again. We love to get burgers and delicious fajitas to split with more than one( super generous portions), as well as their chips and dip which comes out fresh and crisp. Waiters are always very friendly and attentive. We have five kids, so a restaurant that is friendly to families is important to us. I don't know why everyone else has had sub-par experiences here. I guess like Tim H says, it must really be hit or miss. I had a great time here but it was also a later lunch crowd at the bar. It's a nice clean restaurant and relatively new near the Champions on West Nursery Rd. I had no complaints except that I am really craving the Chicken and green chile soup which used to be my absolute favorite go-to item on their menu until they took it off. I still get the chicken tortilla soup- not nearly as exciting or good but still does the trick in filling my belly. It's a deal to get their all you can eat chips and salsa with the bottomless soup and salad. I never get more than one basket of salsa or one bowl of soup/salad. Place is ok if you're dinning in but DO NOT try to order food from any food delivery app. They cancel the order with in a minute of it being placed then get real rude on the phone when you call and ask why. I get not wanting to be apart of one of those apps but getting rude on the phone will GUARANTEE that I will not be coming to the restaurant to dine in either now. I walked here from a nearby hotel as I was sick of the hotel food and I was hoping that Chili's could provide a good dinning exoerience. We have been to this chili's twice at this location and each time was far from a great experience. 1. We were sat right away after we were told it would be a 45 minute wait but then our server did not acknowledge us for another 10 minutes. 2. One server took our order yet another server was our actual server who was chumming it up with the table in front of us but never checked on us. 3. No drink refills 4. Forgot to bring my two year olds order out and we could not find our server or another server to check to see where it was 5. My mom and sister who had just arrived after a long travel day ordered chicken fajitas. The chicken was not grilled or even browned. Looked like it was broiled. Usually chili's has amazing fajitas. 6. Our waiter never check on us after he finally brought my sons order. After waiting 30 minutes waiting for our bill, my sister went up to management and told her the situation to which the manager replied, okay. Came to our table said, "Boxes,bags, check." And walked away. No apology or asked how our visit was. Very unprofessional. We waited another 5 minutes or more without anyone coming for our bill. We took the bill to the front to witch she replied we had to have our server cash us out. We explained the situation so she went to find our server who was quick to come out and run our ticket. I have worked as a waiter for 10+ years and I know how it can be hard at times but standing and talking and taking exceptional care to one table but none of the other tables is unacceptable. I was so happy to find out there was a location in Glen Burnie! It's such a nice location - very convenient for both travelers and Glen Burnie residents. I used my Chili's Rewards to get a free appetizer. The servers all worked well together and very friendly. Even though it was the lunch rush, we were never forgotten. Went here tonight...service was AMAZING as usual, food was great. I think our servers name was Justin. Anyway....I took off a star because the manager, or who seemed to be the manager....African American, short, bald....don't know his name, but he was awful to the staff. I work in a toxic work environment so I know toxicity when I see it and I saw it tonight. He spoke down to at least 3 servers. Degrading them, yelling at one point. My heart bled for them. Looked like they made it last night and just warmed it up. The cheese was old and dry and beef so small and dry it was unrecognizable. Again, it was old. The only fresh thing on it was the jalapenos which i had added, another indication how old it really was. I tried eating it but it ended up in the trash. Never really cared for Chillis...when I do eat there I always get fajitas, but since I had some last night figured I would try something different. NEVER again. Not sure if it's even worth chiming in amidst all of these poor reviews. For some reason, my husband LOVES Chili's Old Timer Burgers. They closed the two locations we typically frequented, and he was really craving them. We happened to be shopping nearby so we figured why not. We should have left after the host told us it was a 30 minute wait despite there being TEN visibly open tables. I thought perhaps they were short-staffed, but there were three clueless hosts wringing their hands and staring at each other in front. We were starving so we stupidly decided to wait the 30 minutes. We had to grab our own drinks from the bar. The waitress who was "helping" our waiter walked around aimlessly with our appetizer and didn't know which table they were for. We asked for extra pickles and medium well burgers. We received burgers extremely well done with NO pickles. We had 3 different servers, and I couldn't find any of them to re-request pickles.
