We were greeted by a pleasant host and seat d right away. Our server, a pleasant young g lady came by quickly, introduced themselves and took our drink order. We ordered lemonade and a lemon drop margarita, which was so good The server gave us time to peruse the menu and we were ready to order: an appetizer platter with egg rolls, sliders and mozz sticks and a shrimp pasta dish with a started of potatoe soup. The soup was good, nice smooth and with a taste of real potatoes. The shrimp pasta was a hearty portion with a nice slightly spicy seasoning; I had to take half of it home! The appetizer as a meal was good with all of the items hot, fresh, and not greasy. The lemonade was free refills and not overly sweet. Food wasn't bad, definitely what you would expect out of a chili's. The trio chips and dip had good portion sizes. Chips were thin but crispy. Nacho cheese was a bit strange but edible. Guac could have used some tomatoes onions and lime juice in it for sure. Salsa was a bit watery but edible! I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwhich. There was only a small amount of spicy mayo. Somehow it tasted a little burnt, probably from the bread. Crispy on the chicken was good though! I did enjoy the fries, despite usually liking thinner fries! they were crispy and had a good amount of salt and pepper on it! Mac and cheese was watery, the pasta noodles were a bit hard lol. We also ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, southwest egg rolls and the Trio fajitas. Everything was good but I'll tell you what we didn't like. I thought the Cajun shrimp pasta was very basic. It was Cajun shrimp thrown on penne pasta with Alfredo sauce. The cajun was really just a look and not a taste. I thought it needed way more cabin taste in the Alfredo sauce and on the shrimp. The Buffalo bites were mushy and not appetizing at all. The table enjoyed the egg rolls and my son said the honey chipotle chicken sandwich was amazing. Editing my previous review, second time was horrible. Took the family to eat here and the hostess sat us at a dirty table and chairs. I asked her to wipe it down and clean it and she said she would and walked away. We stood at the table for 5 minutes and she never came so I went and asked her again and she finally came over with a napkin and dusted the crumbs off the table and chair. I told her she needed to spray it down and wipe it as it was still greasy and dirty. Her reply was "That's not my job" and she walked away. We walked to the hostess stand and asked for the manager. The "manager" who had an apron on and was obviously a cook, came out. We explained the situation and she said "Okay, thanks for letting me know have a great night." We walked out of this disgusting place and will never be back. Then another staff asked if I minded using metal utensils, which I said I did not mind. He then went into the bar and brought back a fork and a knife in a wrapper. When I got back to the hotel, I realized there were no napkins included either. The salad itself was underwhelming. Mostly lettuce with some pico de gallo and guacamole three decent strips of chicken, a few broken strips of tortilla, and no other vegetables or beans which are usually included in such a salad. They had a slight kick and just a little sweet. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was delicious as well as the fries. I also tried the mozzarella sticks which were amazing. I settled myself at the bar and was able to place my whole order with the bartender once he greeted me, as I knew exactly what I was getting: a Coke Zero, 1/2 a rack of ribs, and I wanted the side of fries swapped out for broccoli and corn on the cob. The bartender, while not talkative, was super efficient, quickly bringing my Coke and shortly thereafter, bringing out my plate of ribs. I noticed right away that my ribs weren't fully covered in bbq sauce and I wasn't able to easily break away any pieces. I still kept at it and was finally able to separate some meat from bones. The meat was pretty well done, crisp around the edges, which isn't typical in ribs...or at least, I don't think it is. The good news is the meat wasn't tough, just more cooked than I like. I ended up asking for more bbq sauce, which helped immensely. The broccoli and corn were ok. Checkout was easy. What I could see of the restaurant was clean and tidy. My server checked on me multiple times and offered drink refills, which I declined, but sincerely appreciated. I was offered a box for my leftover appetizer, however, as I was staying in a hotel, I declined that as well. I paid my bill on the table top unit and left happy and full, walking back to my hotel. There is ample parking, and the staff kept the dining area clean and uncluttered. Everyone was very friendly and the music playing was very pleasant. Review: The Quesadilla was well prepared I give the quesadilla a 7.8/10 seriously! It's filling and tasted good. Kind of pricey but they do give you good selection and good amount of dipping sauces. Those sauces come with the entree without specifying. I order from here like every 3 months but always come back because it's such high quality good food. Granted it was a Friday evening and this location is minutes from the airport (we had actually just landed from a trip and wanted to grab dinner). We ordered the new flavored mozzarella sticks and then some other items. The food was really hot and pretty good. Service was a bit slow but that's to be expected since it was pretty busy! Our waitress was friendly and actually everyone was willing to jump in and assist with whatever we needed. It was a typical atmosphere of music, conversations, and just people having a nice time. The chicken from the boneless wings and chicken crispers was very juicy. The burger was pretty dry and the fries were average. The service was below average. No napkins were provided when our food arrived. The triple dippers took about 20 minutes and our burgers took about 30 minutes in addition to the wait time of 25 mins we had to experience.
