Good service. Crowded, but fast service, it was a Sunday evening. Good food quantities. Overall good experience.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and had a gift card so we came for dinner. If you're visiting, note parking is two level. It was a bit crowded which surprised us. I guess it's a popular spot. Service was good and food is what was expected. We had a good time. read more

Came here to grab a quick bite while "rippin' and runnin'" (IYKYK) The ambiance was subdued as we arrived right before the hectic lunch hour began. We were greeted by a pleasant host and seat d right away. Our server, a pleasant young g lady came by quickly, introduced themselves and took our drink order. We ordered lemonade and a lemon drop margarita, which was so good The server gave us time to peruse the menu and we were ready to order: an appetizer platter with egg rolls, sliders and mozz sticks and a shrimp pasta dish with a started of potatoe soup. The soup was good, nice smooth and with a taste of real potatoes. The shrimp pasta was a hearty portion with a nice slightly spicy seasoning; I had to take half of it home! The appetizer as a meal was good with all of the items hot, fresh, and not greasy. The lemonade was free refills and not overly sweet. All in all, a nice fast casual restaurant to enjoy food and drinks that won't break the bank. read more

I had a great time at this chilis the portions are good and the food was great. The staff was really nice too and you could tell that they'd enjoyed working there. Definitely make reservations though because it gets packed. There's a fun lively energy to the place. read more

On Monday, 25 Aug 2026, my niece and I had lunch at Chili's on West Nursery Road, Linthicum, MD. Morgan was our server. I really tried to order something different, but the chicken and bacon quesadilla is my go to because it is delicious, especially with the ranch dipping sauce, yumm . My niece had the cheese burger. Because I am a Chili Rewards member we got free chips and salsa... we were not disappointed . Since Chili's is doing a margarita of the month promotion we were obligated to support the causeThe August margarita of the month was Shark Attack. It was blue and had a shark gummy in it . It a little as a great compliment to the scrumptious food! We had our eyes fixed on the warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream for dessert, so we got to-go bags for the leftover food from our entrees. We really enjoyed Chili's and plan to go back to see what the margarita of the month is, and of course try it out. Maybe next visit I'll try a different entree besides the quesadilla. read more

Food wasn't bad, definitely what you would expect out of a chili's. The trio chips and dip had good portion sizes. Chips were thin but crispy. Nacho cheese was a bit strange but edible. Guac could have used some tomatoes onions and lime juice in it for sure. Salsa was a bit watery but edible! I got the Crispy Chicken Sandwhich. There was only a small amount of spicy mayo. Somehow it tasted a little burnt, probably from the bread. Crispy on the chicken was good though! I did enjoy the fries, despite usually liking thinner fries! they were crispy and had a good amount of salt and pepper on it! Mac and cheese was watery, the pasta noodles were a bit hard lol. Service was great and timely despite how busy this location is! Our server Desiree did amazing 10/10 waitress! read more

Our table of six was seated right away. Saniya our server was amazing. She was so kind and attentive especially to the birthday boy. Our table ordered the honey chipotle chicken sandwich, 2 triple dippers with honey chipotle mozzarella sticks, sliders, and buffalo bites. We also ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta, southwest egg rolls and the Trio fajitas. Everything was good but I'll tell you what we didn't like. I thought the Cajun shrimp pasta was very basic. It was Cajun shrimp thrown on penne pasta with Alfredo sauce. The cajun was really just a look and not a taste. I thought it needed way more cabin taste in the Alfredo sauce and on the shrimp. The Buffalo bites were mushy and not appetizing at all. The table enjoyed the egg rolls and my son said the honey chipotle chicken sandwich was amazing. Chilis is a very chill spot and you can come as you are. The server rounded up the troops to come and do their birthday chant. I appreciated them doing that. read more

chilis review We ordered mozzarella sticks to start and it took forever for them just to come out. Then when our food came out we didn't get our mozzarella sticks. We originally ordered 6 for our table but but since our food came we had to order 3 since we were almost full. Y'all need more waiters and waitresses for this restaurant, luckily we got a discount for our food. Chilis DO BETTER!!! At least the ambiance was inviting. read more

Ordered the Santa Fe salad for takeout as I was staying at the hotel next-door, which does not have a restaurant of its own. As I was leaving, I noticed there were no utensils in the bag so I requested some. I was told they don't have any! Then another staff asked if I minded using metal utensils, which I said I did not mind. He then went into the bar and brought back a fork and a knife in a wrapper. When I got back to the hotel, I realized there were no napkins included either. The salad itself was underwhelming. Mostly lettuce with some pico de gallo and guacamole three decent strips of chicken, a few broken strips of tortilla, and no other vegetables or beans which are usually included in such a salad. For the price, I felt it was a big rip off. But, they have a somewhat captive audience as they are mainly serving people staying in airport hotels so they do what they do. read more

Waiter at the bar was very rude. When I received my Togo order, it had a bite in my slider. I can't make this up. They said it came apart when I ripped it, but the bit was from finished beef. CLEARLY. NO REFUND because I used a credit card. 0 stars. read more

Editing my previous review, second time was horrible. Took the family to eat here and the hostess sat us at a dirty table and chairs. I asked her to wipe it down and clean it and she said she would and walked away. We stood at the table for 5 minutes and she never came so I went and asked her again and she finally came over with a napkin and dusted the crumbs off the table and chair. I told her she needed to spray it down and wipe it as it was still greasy and dirty. Her reply was "That's not my job" and she walked away. We walked to the hostess stand and asked for the manager. The "manager" who had an apron on and was obviously a cook, came out. We explained the situation and she said "Okay, thanks for letting me know have a great night." We walked out of this disgusting place and will never be back. Stay away from this place, it's dirty, the staff is horrible, and the staff has no work ethics and clearly do not care about the customers or their reputation. I will be contacting corporate. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. read more

This was my second time eating at chilis ever and I was pleasantly surprised. Service was good and the drinks were too. I got two of the $6 Radical Rita's. They had a slight kick and just a little sweet. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was delicious as well as the fries. I also tried the mozzarella sticks which were amazing. It was set up as a typical family style restaurant with wooden brown tables and chairs. I will definitely come back. read more

3.5 I went to this Chili's on the 4th of July for some ribs. Despite the parking lot being packed, the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. I settled myself at the bar and was able to place my whole order with the bartender once he greeted me, as I knew exactly what I was getting: a Coke Zero, 1/2 a rack of ribs, and I wanted the side of fries swapped out for broccoli and corn on the cob. The bartender, while not talkative, was super efficient, quickly bringing my Coke and shortly thereafter, bringing out my plate of ribs. I noticed right away that my ribs weren't fully covered in bbq sauce and I wasn't able to easily break away any pieces. I still kept at it and was finally able to separate some meat from bones. The meat was pretty well done, crisp around the edges, which isn't typical in ribs...or at least, I don't think it is. The good news is the meat wasn't tough, just more cooked than I like. I ended up asking for more bbq sauce, which helped immensely. The broccoli and corn were ok. Checkout was easy. What I could see of the restaurant was clean and tidy. Customer service was good. read more

This location was up the hill from the hotel I was staying in. I was able to walk and arrived just after 5:30. I was greeted immediately by staff and seated at a table. It was a Sunday evening and a storm was impending. I ordered a mango margarita, an appetizer of chips and salsa, a burger, and fries. Every bite was absolutely delicious. My server checked on me multiple times and offered drink refills, which I declined, but sincerely appreciated. I was offered a box for my leftover appetizer, however, as I was staying in a hotel, I declined that as well. I paid my bill on the table top unit and left happy and full, walking back to my hotel. There is ample parking, and the staff kept the dining area clean and uncluttered. Everyone was very friendly and the music playing was very pleasant. I can highly recommend dropping in here if you are in the area. read more

Two people in our party ordered soup. When they brought it out they said, "We are looking for spoons." Never came back with a spoon. We ate what we could of our soup with a fork. When I mentioned it to the server that we never got a spoon she didn't care. You would think they would take the soup off the check. The burger and steak fajitas were burnt and tasted like charcoal. All around terrible experience. Never saw a manager and paid for food we barely ate. read more

Back story: My mom and I ordered takeout but I will be doing a review of my experience and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. Review: The Quesadilla was well prepared I give the quesadilla a 7.8/10 seriously! It's filling and tasted good. Kind of pricey but they do give you good selection and good amount of dipping sauces. Those sauces come with the entree without specifying. I order from here like every 3 months but always come back because it's such high quality good food. My rating: 7.8/10 Service was great i parked in one of the like 5 to-go spots (located out front) and I received a text message to my cell phone when my order was ready. There was nice customer service when picking up the to go order. There was a door dash guy behind me picking up his order. read more

Ordered very simple chicken fajitas with chicken tortilla and cheese. Sure enough it came out with onions and everything else we didn't want. The staff including management were too busy seeing an employee that was there eating to take care of other guests. The table sitting behind us was completely out of control with children running around causing chaos and the parents couldn't parent and the staff just laughed at the kids wrestling on the ground. Management needs to stop being social butterflies and manage their business. Paid as quick as we could just to get out of there. read more

Great service very attentive even when busy.I love the lunch specials nice bang for your buck. My favorite is the chicken sandwich.

Dont waste your time The hosted lead us to a table that was dirty, literally chicken bones on the floor, he looked at it and put the menus on the table then walked away. Didn't say someone will be with you, oh wow I'll have some come clean this up nothing. We stayed standing thinking our waitress would come over and we could ask for another table. a few waitresses looked at us standing and just keep what they were doing. The entire staff looked like they were having a bad night, energy is contagious so we realized this was a sign to leave. read more

Wow, I was shocked to see how packed this place was. I didn't know people were still going to Chili's like that. Granted it was a Friday evening and this location is minutes from the airport (we had actually just landed from a trip and wanted to grab dinner). We ordered the new flavored mozzarella sticks and then some other items. The food was really hot and pretty good. Service was a bit slow but that's to be expected since it was pretty busy! Our waitress was friendly and actually everyone was willing to jump in and assist with whatever we needed. It was a typical atmosphere of music, conversations, and just people having a nice time. Parking is a bit tight too so keep that in mind. All in all, was a good experience and cannot complain really about much. read more

Wild how much better value for money chain restaurants are. I live in the city, and I enjoy a nice place, but my lunch at chilis today was the definition of perfect. We got seated very quickly, both the host and the server were friendly, professional, and efficient. Food was tasty and plentiful, and the entire meal (with a 35% tip) cost lest then the carry out Thai food we had for dinner mid-week. Will be back. read more

More Calories, But Not Much Else Chili's is fine if you're looking for a hearty meal, but I couldn't help but notice that their dishes are packed with way more calories than they need to be. You get a lot of food, but it doesn't feel like the flavor or quality really justifies the extra calories. Service was decent, but overall, I didn't leave feeling impressed. It's a solid option if you're craving something filling, but I'm not sure I'll be back for the calorie overload. Nothing special ambiance wise read more

The burgers at Chili's are great. The molten lava dessert is a deadly sin but so good. Enjoyed everything about our visit except the blaring music coming from the kitchen that was different from the piped in music in the restaurant. Would give negative stars if allowed. Pathetic customer service, poor order taking, lazy work and awful liars (even about seating). Spoilt our new year's eve family dinner. Ordered multiple appetizers & dishes - every dish was made wrong - either burnt or too salty or dry or too little salt - can't even believe that such unprofessionalism exists in a national chain restaurant. Will never visit this location again. Horrible horrible restaurant. Will report this location to Chili's corporate headquarters. read more

We recently gave this Chili's location another try, and we're glad we did! The service was quick and our server was very attentive. We always get Chips & Salsa and Texas Cheese Fries to start. The chips were warm and paired well with the salsa. The cheese fries had the perfect amount of cheese and were very crispy. I got the Cajun Pasta which was creamy and delicious. The garlic bread was even toasted perfectly. Lastly, we finished off the night with the Lava Cake which was heavenly! One of my favorite desserts! This was my first time trying Chili's. I figured I should try it since the TikTok food influencers hyped up the triple dipper. I got the honey chipotle chicken crispers, garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and Nashville hot fried mozzarella. The mozzarella was not that spicy but rather flavorful and very salty. The chicken from the boneless wings and chicken crispers was very juicy. The burger was pretty dry and the fries were average. The service was below average. No napkins were provided when our food arrived. The triple dippers took about 20 minutes and our burgers took about 30 minutes in addition to the wait time of 25 mins we had to experience. The triple dipper was good but not great. read more

Chili's is ALWAYS one of my favorite places to go. Unfortunately I find that these locations are far and wide, but this location is (recently) renovated! The updates I noticed include a full spots bar - (am I showing how it's been since I've visited?) - including MULTIPLE TVs. Maybe 8? 7 or so. Therefore for NFL Playoff Sunday, this spot was the place to be. The bartender was great - kept drinks refilled along with decent conversation. The bacon cheeseburger and fries were great, along with there traditional chocolate chip cookie skillet. My go to dessert! 5/5. read more
