This was not a good visit from beginning to end. We called to determine availability and Covid access controls and was was told 'first come - first served' and to check in at desk. Upon arrival over 20 people were congregated outside the front doors and a line of 7 to check in and no-one was spaced 6" feet apart. Took 15-mins to get to the single, one person, manning the hostess stand. She quoted 45-mins. Why couldn't the person on the phone have told us this and why is this one person working all alone. Was informed to just wait outside for phone call. Thirty-five mins later was called for bar seating which I had indicated 35 mins earlier that I didn't want. Was told it would be another 15 mins. Twenty-one mins later was called and informed table was ready. Trying to get into the establishment while being Covid safe was difficult as everyone was standing at, and blocking, the front entrance plus four couples were in the lobby ... as we were being walked to the table I asked the hostess why no 6' distancing was being enforced. She said customers are informed but they don't listen and she can't force the issue. Where's the manager?!? Seated in farthest table in back corner; not that this is a problem but it always feels like you've been put into restaurant purgatory when this happens. Covid separation of every other table was being enforced. Big mouth burger and SmokeHouse combo ordered; both with fries, well done. Both orders were out in 11-mins. Fries barely fried and cold. Big mouth burger cold and with onions when 'no onion' was requested. Smokehouse combo... sausage was supermarket quality (not good) and just warm, Brisket Quesadilla was cold and the cheese was a congealed mess. Not happy. Burger went back and next burger was hot. So, I went to a Chillis out in VA a few months back and I have as expediting similar quality of food and menu and it was noticeably different. They didn't seem to have as many drink or food options. I started with the appetizer trio which consisted of mozzarella sticks; they were great. I also got the chicken tenders which were decent and the sliders which were pretty good. I ordered the mixed fajita with shrimp, chicken, and steak and it was meh. The food was overall decent but nothing that would make me want to rush back there to eat. The staff was attentive, the space was clean, and there was plenty of parking. We also went around 8:00pm on Saturday and were able to be seated right away. read more

:Sigh: I love Chili's. I really do. But this location is the worst I've ever been to. Poor service, the margarita sucked, the food was just OK. The best part about this experience, was that it was all free because I had a gift card so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. We got here on a Saturday night around 4 so it was kind of busy, we waited 15 minutes, not bad. We were sat at a tiny table, kind of uncomfortable and not enough space on the table for chips & salsa and entree's, etc. I felt like I was squished in a small booth at a pizzeria. (You know what I'm talking about) I joined the loyalty program so our chips and salsa was free, that's a cool perk I didn't know about and was eager to join, because again, I love Chili's. Our waitress came over and seemed a little new because she was soft spoken and I got the impression she didn't know what was going on. We ordered our drinks and ALWAYS get the margarita with a shaker at the table, I never knew the name of it, but it's delicious. The waitress said it's the "Presidente" Well, this wasn't it, but I think the menu changed post-COVID, so fine, I wasn't going to argue. Disappointment #1) It was way too sweet and I barely tasted alcohol. It was all mixer and salt. My fiancé said his beer wasn't what he thought either, it was flat. We finally placed our food orders and here is where my suspicions were confirmed that our waitress didn't know what was happening. My fiancé wanted the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers and Waffles, but wanted to UPGRADE to ADD a Southern Street Corn instead of just fries. Instead of confirming our order by reading it back to us, she took that as my fiancé just wanted fries and decided against the upgrade that's clearly on the menu. Disappointment #2) So when his order came out, no corn. We told the waitress, she put in an order for the corn and we had to wait for it. OK, I'm glad she made it right AND we were not charged separately for it, so fine. But still, ugh. Disappointment #3) As for the food, it was hot, but that's it. I feel like it all tasted the same, it was food, it was edible, nothing knocked my socks off. I normally LOVE Chili's and always have a good time but this was just sad. The portions were small and it's overpriced. Is this post-COVID now at all chain restaurants or just this one? Added bonus: When I went to go use the restroom, you have to pass by the kitchen area in the back of the restaurant. If I knew the kitchen looked like this, I wouldn't have come and I wish I took a photo with my phone. The kitchen is WIDE OPEN to the publics eyes and it looked so small and filthy. Shit all over the floor and it was total chaos. Will I return here? Absolutely not. Stay away at all costs. If you're visiting from out of town, there are plenty more food options in Linthicum that are more delicious, reasonably priced for what you get, and clean than this, trust me. read more

4 stars only due to service! Food was fantastic and exactly as we were expecting which was great but MAN could the service have been better. Concerns First: We walk in and waited nearly 15 minutes (legit) without even being greeted with no one waiting in front of us. That's super discouraging. Of course, that can be flipped quickly, but it's kind of continued. When we were greeted, we were seated quickly in a 1/2 full restaurant for lunch, and sat for at least another 15 minutes until anyone came around to even drop waters for the table. Luckily, that gave us time though to choose what we wanted, drink and food. Props Second: When the server came around, food and drink were immediately ordered because we feared it would have taken over 30 - 45 minutes for it to arrive. Luckily, I think the server could tell we weren't too pleased with the seating delay and large delay to even be spoken to at the table. Instead, drinks were turned around within 30 seconds, awesome and thank you. Food came out within 10 minutes, as properly expected. Mom had just landed from out of state so she was hungry and parched. We hadn't eaten yet in the day and we're past noon for lunch. We're ready to eat!!! Luckily, everything comes out quickly. Mom gets nachos, husband gets a sandwich, and I get a salad. All come out fantastic, looking great, and taste as described. Our server did apologize for the delay in getting us seated and getting us served. We never complained or made any scene about it but it was very nice of her to notice the large delays with the restaurant not as busy. I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp instead of Google. I ordered because it was close to the hotel I'm staying at and Chili's is usually reliably decent. Aside from missing part of our order and not providing any napkins or utensils (it was a doordash order), the chips were absolutely swimming in grease to the point of being floppy and chewy, there was grease all over everything in the bag, and the salsa has what appears to be disintegrated old chips in it?! I really hope this is just a case of chips falling into the salsa container & not them reusing leftover salsa I would ask for a refund if it didn't stiff the doordasher! Be warned, this place is gross. read more

Decent experience this week! We live about 20 mins away, and come here every once in a while. During the COVID full lockdown in Mar/April, we would come here and do curbside and have dinner in the car. Better than nothing for a couple that likes eating out. . Service/procedure for curbside was not the best, but the food is standard. This time we wanted outdoor dining. We were happy to see it's up and running. My expectations weren't to high. The service was fast. The water was refreshed. I got fajitas, and was a bit disappointed that Chili's has made the portion smaller. The rice and beans are on the cast iron skillet, to make the plate look larger, but less fajita veggies and shrimp. I'm on a diet, so it's okay because I'm watching my portions. Hubby just got the standard Southwest Eggrolls ( pre packaged foods) and a side salad. Nothing special, but a decent size salad. We careful coming at sunset if you want to eat in the patio. There are west facing spots that are hot, hot, hot! Otherwise, it's pretty average food, fair but not super pricing, and average service. Since it's a chain, there really aren't many surprises with the flavor, but Chili's ( and the Bees) are known for changing menus at the drop of a hat, so no real surprises. read more

Went to Chili's yesterday (Feb 22nd) for Margarita Day. Upon entering into the restaurant, you are hit with what smells like spoiled milk or something like that. We got sat in the bar area in a booth. Server was Lisa once again. She is amazing and quick. She was very attentive and kept eyes on our table while we dined. The triple dipper was great. The fried mozzarella was delicious like how can you mess up fried cheese? You can't haha The southwest egg rolls were delicious also. We didn't try the honey chipotle crispers cause we had eaten everything else we ordered. I got the smokehouse combo choose 2 and it was fire. The chicken bacon each quesadilla was meaty yet cheesy. The Nashville hot crispers were hot but soo juicy and sauced well. LOVED the garlic bread and street corn. The margaritas were on point! Since it was Margarita Day, you got a special cup. At first we didn't get any cups but Lisa was able to give us 2 of the special cups. She informed us it was a few new workers which we were understanding. The trifecta Margarita packs a punch! Chili's had the perfect atmosphere for watching college basketball. When we first arrived, the bar was full and we were escorted to high tables in the bar area. Seats at the bar eventually cleared up, so we sat at the bar. Service was extremely quick and friendly, as well as accurate. They have this awesome deal where you can get a specific drink, specific appetizer, and specific meal off their menu for only $10! It was super tasty, especially for how cheap it was. Join the Chili's Reward's Club if you enjoy chip and salsa...for free! When I received my reward for either chips and guac or queso via email I made it a point to go to Chili's to enjoy it. I enjoyed then "full" size chips and dip while I waited for my Old Time Burger to be served. My server was friendly. Over the years I really enjoyed their food. The chicken fingers now taste like rubber. French fries tasted stale and old, soggy. Corn was not buttered and it was cold. Chips were good. Service was aweful. 20 minutes to take order. 15 minutes to get food and 10 minuets to get refill on tea. Another 15 minutes to get desert. Resturant was dirty. Looked into kitchen and floor was wet and covered with spills. Bathroom was not clean and the the area we were seated in was noisy and very busy with servers chatting with a few chosen tables. There was a little bit of a wait, being that this is the most central dining option in a series of hotels near the airport. Being seated with the Yelp app was pretty convenient! Our server was really one of the fail points of this experience. He wasn't accommodating or too helpful, unfortunately. My mandarin shrimp salad was AOK and a bit steep at $12 for the puny shrimp in there. Overall, it was a decently healthy option but the protein fell short. My parents got the 2 for $20 deal and the Baby Back Ribs were decent. The loaded fries as an appetizer were also tasty! To top a mediocre experience off, we were billed for engaging with the "trivia" iPad accidentally at the end of the bill. This is a decent Chili's location just outside the BWI airport. They serve a number of businesses and hotels nearby, so can get busy at times. My son and I went during an off time though and had a good experience. The facility was clean. Service was helpful and friendly. Food came out nice and fast. The serving sizes were okay. The entrees were fine but could have had more fries. All-in-all a fine spot to dine if you are in the area, and probably a good spot to gather for an informal after-work social. read more

First of all I don't ever like to leave a two star review but for this one I have to. Our server took forever to come get our drink order, and it wasn't even busy on a Saturday afternoon. Our server barely came to us maybe 2 times to check in on us. She didn't even bother acknowledging us. Other servers and the manager was the one that was helping us out more than her. She never got us refills on our drinks and we had to ask the manager to get us a refills. We ordered a cookie with ice cream at the end in 2 mins it came out. The cookie was hard and was cold, the ice cream wasn't even melting because of how cold the cookie was. The only reason why I didn't put it as a one was because the manager was super nice. read more
