This is my family's number one choice when it comes to choosing a place to dine in Lindale. We go so often that the staff knows us now. The staff is always patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. Now, for someone to write a bad review over a steak... Come on... Give them a break. This isn't even a steakhouse. Came in and sat at the front for 20 min without seeing anybody. Finally got to the table waited about 30 min then ordered a rare steak which took 45 + min and got a extremely well done steak with broccoli and a watered down potato soup and then after 25+ min she finally stopped and I said to take it off the bill and I got charged 7.77 $ for my drink and a cup of watered down soup. Chili's has always got a good menu and the food is good. The staff at this particular Chili's is always very friendly.

Food is always brought out wrong or cold. The wait staff tries but the kitchen staff hinders then. The hostesses are always young high school girls that are more concerned with talking and hanging out then greeting and actually getting people seated. This particular location changed my mind about Chili's - the service here, from seating to settling the bill, was far superior to another of their locations in nearby Tyler and the manager is very pleasant and available if needed for the smallest thing. The food was also well-prepared and delivered quickly. We tend to arrive a little off-peak because they are a very busy location being so close to the interstate. Not a big fan of the little electronic devices (prefer the personal service) but that was no problem for them. read more

Food was good and service was good. Just very disappointed on what we seen outside in the parking lot. Went for a family dinner and when we (my kids included) walked out to our vehicle. We then saw there were two employees having sex in a car. I recognized one of the waitress as Ashley Jackson. Reason I recognized her is because she was our waitress when we had visited before. Obviously, kids began asking a million questions. What kind of place is being run here? Isn't this a family friendly restaurant?! Hopefully, the manager can handle this embarrassing situation. I try not to let myself be abused by restaurant personnel but this Chilis doesn't have a clue how to treat customers. I ordered the $8.00 lunch today with a small salad and buffalo boneless chicken wings that also came with french fries. I enjoy the small lunch salad and my salad and tea were served quickly. I had just taken my second bite of the salad when someone appears out of nowhere with my wings and fries and deposits them quickly on the edge of my table. I do not know how this was cooked so fast unless they were cooked ahead of time. By now my waitress was no where to be found and all waitresses seemed to be on break. I finally caught a waitress on the way by my table and asked her to please take my plate and keep it warm as I was trying to enjoy my salad. I finished my salad and they brought my plate back and of course I had to eat everything cold. My waitress did not show up until I was finished eating so she could collect her tip. Me and my girlfriend go to chili's every few months to eat and it use to be one of our favorite places to eat at. And yesterday we went to chili's for a date night and we had to complain about the food and service. Our wait staff was focused on serving us on a slow day . She took our oder and not all of the appetizer came out at the Same time. my girlfriend had to wait 30 minutes to get a glass of water and when we got our main dish my fully loaded potato was dried out and the only thing that was good was the fried pickles and beer and my stake. My girlfriend had a 6 oz medium cooked stake and when she got hers it was butterflied and not cooked on one end and over cooked and we asked for it to be refried and she got another plate where the stake was over cooked and then our onion blossoms came out and we tried to eat them but they tasted like they been cooked in burnt grease that we smelt after we put in our order. We had to complain to the manager. read more
