Food: 3/5 Service: 4.5/5…read moreAmbiance: 4.5/5 Value: one bajillion Overall: 3.3/5 I will say that Texas Roadhouse has incredible prices for the amount of food you're getting. With two sides , a main, and of course the complementary Roadhouse Rolls (which are the best part of the meal btw), you are sure to be filled up for nearly half of most meals you can get at other restaurants. With that being said, the food quality itself is not the most incredible, awesome tasting meal you've ever had. The steak I got was pretty juicy and tender, but I got nearly no seasoning of any kind on it. My sides felt like they came from a can and were also not very flavorful. I do recommend getting the topping on the steak to the side to not overwhelm the steak itself. The apps we got were decent. The mozzarella sticks were nothing special and are pretty bland without the sauce. The cactus blossom is indeed pretty fire, as well as the previously mentioned rolls. Other than that, the service and ambiance were decent but nothing overly standout to me. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is definitely a good deal, but obviously don't expect a masterpiece of any sort (except for the rolls, duh).

From the moment you walk in, the restaurant feels warm, polished, and inviting--perfect for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a relaxed evening out with friends. The menu stands out for its fresh ingredients, bold Tex-Mex flavors, and well-prepared favorites. The chips and salsa are a great start, and the entrées are satisfying and full of flavor, which add to the restaurant's enjoyable, festive feel. Every dish tastes carefully prepared, and the portions are generous without sacrificing quality. We had the Chicken & Shrimp Fajitas for myself and the Steak Fajitas for my husband. Upon ordering, I opted for the Corn Tortillas as well as the Refried Beans, Rice, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, and Pico De Gallo. Everything was seasoned to perfection! Service is another highlight. It's hard to understand how food could have so many ingredients, yet be put together in such a tasteless way. *Salsa- not even a hint of spice and lacked any salt. *Chips- flavorless and devoid of salt *white cheese queso- like motor oil *chorizo breakfast tacos- couldn't even taste the meat. * "refried" beans- I could have been eating mashed baby food for all I knew.
