Food was great. We love this particular location because the service is always great, and the servers are so friendly.

Wow I was actually blown away at my experience. The place was super clean when we went although I didn't go to the bathroom so I can't account for that. But our table and the floor was spotless- I usually have to ask someone to wipe it down. Our server was sweet and hilarious! Very attentive. Our food was delicious and came out quickly and hot. Our drinks were yummy too. This has been the best chilli's experience I've ever had. read more

the food was amazingly good! the service was great and Dylan was very friendl! the ambiance was great!

rude management. came in and immediately left. online times are different than their actual times. had 2 people come up to us, no one ever took our drink order, just told us they are closing and we needed to order immediately. server was super nice but when the manager came out they were so rude. i personally am a manager at a restaurant. people come in right before close all the time, it's money and we take care of them no matter what time it is. so so so disappointed. i love chilis. i will never ever come to this chilis ever again. read more

Food is AMAZING ! And so is the service .... But the music they put on is not it at all

Always a casual time at the bar playing trivia! The Grand Coconut Rita is divine! Too bad they got rid of the Cali Club. The food isn't amazing, but it's not bad for a chain. read more

I pulled up for a quick drink and chips and salsa after work and the bartended told me since it's dead that they didn't want to serve us. Our server was really attentive at first, but after our food came out and was served to us she seemed to stop checking in on us and didn't refill our drinks. She didn't check on us until we were almost done eating and that was when I had to ask her to refill our drinks. The food wasn't as good as it used to be. I ordered the two fajita combo. The chicken fajitas were okay but the beef fajitas were nothing but fat and really chewy. I couldn't eat them. I wish I would've asked for a manager, but I was too distracted with my kids and wondering if our waitress was ever going to refill our drinks. We usually have a good visit, but this one wasn't so great. I also have to add that the restaurant was not that busy, so our waitress could have done better with refilling our drinks and be more attentive. read more

The waiter ripped us off After me and my friend, ate lunch Each of us had a hamburger and fries He had two beers and an appetizer I had a tea The ended up being around $65 Which I thought was quite expensive My friend did not know how to use the thing at the table to pay the bill so he asked the waiter to help The waiter punched a few things in on the computer and took his card Did not give a receipt or anything My friend, then left $18 in cash on the table and told him that was for him A few hours later, he realized that the waiter added a 22% gratuity on his card which he asked him not to do that. He was going to leave him cash. When we told the manager, they said they would return the $15 that the waiter had added to the card But it would take 3 to 5 business days to get it back When we went back up there to get a copy of the receipt, they said they did not have it, but he had something on his phone and we could take a picture The waiter felt he 2% and added it to the card anyway Straight up robbery read more

New rules are apparently in effect limiting customers to three drinks, but nothing is posted or explained ahead of time. They count one draft beer as a drink and a half, so after two beers you're cut off. A woman next to us ordered a single margarita and the manager had to come over and spend five minutes calculating what, if anything, she could order next without violating the policy. It was actually kind of comical, but also sad. What is the world coming to when you can't catch a buzz at a Chili's? l mean seriously, are we not all miserable enough already? Anyway, the staff doesn't mention any of this until you try to order another drink, and then the manager comes over to explain the new system. I watched her repeat this to at least ten different tables in under an hour. Everyone walked away just as confused and irritated as we did. We have a large group of friends and family who have always enjoyed this Chili's, but we won't be returning. Coconut Grove just opened next door, better drinks, better service, and you can order more than one margarita without being cut off. read more

After a disappointing visit months ago, we finally decided to give our local and favorite Chili's another shot and so glad we did! It was the same great service that we had always had prior to the one bad experience we had last time. The staff was on point with the service being excellent, dishes being prepared timely, and great atmosphere for our family to enjoy our dinner. Will definitely being going back to our routine visits as they have totally redeemed themselves! read more

My wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch today (Oct 4th 2024) and we ordered the 3 fro me lunch. We went with the 6oz sirloin but had to chose a different side as they had run out of broccoli. Not really a problem just a slight inconveniences. My wife order her steak "medium well' and I am a phistine and ordered mine "well done". The food arrived and frankly I am surprised the steak wasn't still mooing! In fact the steaks were so inedible that we brought them home to recook for breakfast. We did complain and the server said he would send it back to be cooked some more. Alas we had already finished the meal so we declined the offer. We were pretty disappointed as the food there is usually better than that. Oh well. These things happen I suppose. read more

Called in an order. Simple order 3 for me smash burger no cheese no 1000 Island dressing. Get home and there is cheese and 1000 island all over it. I call to let them know my order is working and I will be returning it for a refund. I show up and they have remade my order. I let them know that I want a refund. Not only am I going to have to go somewhere else for dinner I had to drive 13 miles back to the store to get my refund. Then the girl goes back and forth with me because I want a receipt for my refund. It's funny how the money comes right off your card but it takes 10 business days and First Responders to get it back. It took almost 30 min to get my receipt. Whole I was waiting I was watching the servers in the prep area fixing their clothes, texting and watching videos on their phones, putting their hair up. No washing their hands and grabbing plates of food. I now know why they're going out of business. Will never go back. read more

This location can be a hit or miss. For me it's a hit! There was a person who greeted us with a smile and ready to seat us attitude. The floors, seats, and table were all cleaned to near perfection. Our waiter was extremely nice. He was fast and courteous. Plus, he even checked up on us multiple times. The food came out fast and hot! Overall was an amazing experience and had not one problem. read more

If I could leave no stars I would this place is horrible in service and food! I've had placed 3. Different to go's in hopes the food would be different, NOPE! Nasty! I've had to go order in doordash the little girl with blonde hair with glasses is rude! And NEVER GIVES OUT THE FOOD even when they pressed the merchant would bring it out they don't!! Food is never ready on time!! And tonight she just waved her little finger to get the food myself after waiting 10 mins after pick up time! To say it's there on the shelf. Doordash works on tips just like your servers! Not hourly hate coming to this place if people didn't order from here I wouldn't ever cross paths with this place! read more

Friendly service, accuracy in our order, everything was timed well, had a great time Will totally come back!!

Had the guacamole and chips. Horrible I don't know if the avocados were too ripe, but it was bitter. The chips tasted like they had been dirty grease. Wow, thought the reviews were over reactions but my God this place is a mess. Literally every single item that came to the table was wrong, the waiters attitude was the absolute worst I've ever seen. The ABSOLUTE worst!! read more

Well it is a Chili's so you know what you are getting food wise. This Chili's is one of the best ones I have been to. The staff is really friendly and top notch. Happy Hour in the bar is pretty much all the time and the bartenders are great. If you go often you will see a lot of the same folks in the bar so it has a nice Cheers kind of vibe. Yes they do allow smoking in the bar but I have rarely had too many smokers in there. Happy hour in the bar gets you free chips and salsa if you ask and I have to say these are some great chips and salsa. Really they are better than many mexican places I visit. My go to meal here is to split a Triple dipper with my wife. Great value and plenty of food for 2. read more

Quite honestly they served me the worst chicken wings I ever eat. They disguised them with so much sauce that they were impossible to pick up and eat eat. They were obviously precooked and then rewarmed. They tasted like a piece of warmed up leather. Most went uneaten taken home and thrown out in the trash. Additionally the beer was flat and sent back. This is the first time back at Chilis in several years. I will not go back again. The whole lunch was a complete waste of money. I used to love this restaurant. read more

Okay. literally I'm here for one reason and one reason only. To tell everyone and chili's, that today I ordered chicken crispers in Belgian waffles. and my fucking god. it was the sexist meal I have ever had. The chicken was crisped to perfection so outstanding for that chili's, brownie points for you. but the waffles, the fucking waffles, if I could have one wish, it would be endless fucking waffles from Chili's. OUT FUCKING STANDING. I literally was so sad to finish my meal bc I wasn't ready for it to end!!! read more

I tried the Honey chipotle chicken crispers. They looked good and tasted good. The ranch they provided wasn't cold, it was kind of lukewarm. The corn on the cob didn't have much flavoring . The timing on the food was good, but could have been better with the drinks. Me and my friend waited awhile for refills and our receipts . The food was still pretty good and presentable. We had a great time a this chilis. Food was fantastic & the drinks were well made! We will be coming back!

If i could rate this 0 stars i would, worst experience i have EVER had, 45 minutes for my group of 7 people to get their food and even then only 3 plates came out, once 2 of the remaining plates came out they were ice cold! We let them know and saw them clearly put in it the microwave and still took another 20 before we canceled the order. Our server was an older male with shaggy hair, don't know his name but he seemed as if he was more interested in the game on the tv rather than his guests food coming out. I am a server so i know how it is at a restaurant but this was outrageous. Just save yourself an HOUR AND A HALF of your day and go somewhere else. read more

It's what you expect from Chili's. Fast and friendly service, with a full bar and good stuff like fajitas and quesadillas. Cheap date night.

Hailey the bartender and bar area server was Ah-mazing! Great service, highly impressed!!

Waited 25 minutes to be seated and ordered waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. Waitress was rude wouldn't change one of the 4 TVs to the Astro game when nobody else was watching it anyways. - The only reason we have two stars is because we love the food. - This review is for this Chilis only. - We used to go weekly. Now, every time we go they take a really long time to get service or food. We now only go about once every 6 months due to very poor service. We just went and after sitting down, after 15-20 minutes, we still did not have our waters. This is the last try for dine in. The last time we went they took 1 1/2 hours to get our food. We had a similar experience the time before and the time before that. Their excuse is always the same, their kitchen is always behind. You think after 2 years they would fix it. read more

I would have given this place 4 stars, but they took Shiner Bock off of the draft menu. I asked the manager about this, and he said they only were allowed 1 draft besides the beers that are mandated by corporate. He chose Dos Equis, he said it was more popular. I doubt it, but just in case, start demanding Shiner to see if we can get it back! Anyway, the food is good here, the service is fast. I don't think I've had to wait more than 10 minutes on a Friday night (7:30ish). The new 2 for $20 deals are great, you get an appetizer, two meals (you can choose from many of the less than $10 menu items) and a desert. Unfortunately, my favorite, the Jalapeno Smokehouse Burger isn't on the 2 for $20 list. The bacon on that burger is incredible and the Jalapeno ranch sauce is to die for. I can't set foot in that restaurant without ordering extra jalapeno ranch sauce to go with my fries. read more
