Chili's keeps flying under the radar for me like it's in witness protection, it's not i'm my wheelhouse for lunch options, but should be. This place delivers. Burger? Slaps harder than a chancla mid-argument. Charred edges, melted cheese, layered like someone took a burger-building masterclass. Fries? Crispy enough to file a noise complaint. Salad? Exactly the right size--fresh, cold, and that ranch? Oh man... that's Midwest aunt-at-a-church-potluck tier. The perfect 50/50 blend of mayo and buttermilk. No vinegar sharpness, no "healthy" lies. Just pure, creamy glory. My iced tea got refilled like the server had ESP. I thought I was being pranked by a hydration fairy. And that "3 for Me" deal? It's the cheat code they don't want you to know about. Value so good, it feels mildly illegal. In and out in under 40 minutes. Smooth, efficient, satisfying. Final thought? While food trends scream for attention, Chili's is calmly out here with a full house, winning the pot--and they didn't even bluff.

GOOD FOOD w/ DECENT SCREENS. I came to Hemet's Chili's with a couple of friends to grab a bite and chat, we had a fun time. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and fries under their special value deal which includes an appetizer, drink, entree, and dessert for just under $18 bucks or so. My burger was juicy and the patty was thick. I got a potato soup w/ bacon bits for my appetizer, it was totally Tex-Mex and I loved it. My mini-molten chocolate cake was perfectly gooey and spongey. Service was hit or miss, our waitress was nice but some of the other staff was a bit unfocused and panicked. I came on a Sunday evening during the NFL playoffs, so maybe that was to blame? I'm not a major football fan, however I got to glance at one of the games here and there while hanging out. Chili's had quite a few TV screens. The Chili's has a nice vibe to it, lots of families and friends come to visit. It's got dim-lighting and a variety of seating options from big tables, booths, and counter space. There's loads of parking out front as it shares its parking lot with the Hemet Valley Mall and Polly's.

Well it's Chilis... so the quality is what it is, the expectations can never be high. However, we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was an older gentleman and very attentive. The food was mediocre, my son enjoyed the dragon fruit tea and my daughter had strawberry lemonade, I thought it was gross. My chicken sandwich was over fried and the breading was falling off.

The food was fresh, the vibes from the staff were awesome, and our serve Daniel was super cool. He was helping me choose out my margs and they were so good! He should be made a bartender

Came here with a group of 15 from the gym. Considering they said they didn't get the reservation straight we were seated after about a 30 minute wait. Which isn't horrible. Our waitress was great! I ordered the Ancho Salmon along with black beans and Mexican rice for about $26. The food was delicious although I felt overpriced. I would not come back alone but in a group setting... yes.

Chili's has let me down with my to-go order. Let me start with the positive and the only reasons why this order doesn't deserve zero star's (if that was an available option. The young woman who took my order over the phone was polite, friendly, and reviewed my order. Down side on her end I had mentioned the number given to place my order was also my Rewards number and she said you have to enter the number in the store then when picking up the order we were told it was too late so no Rewards points. Minor issue with the pick 3 smoke house combo. We ordered half rack of ribs, chicken crispers, and brisket quesadillas. This order was fine aside from the quesadillas they had almost no cheese (the main portion of what makes a quesadilla) and looked like 2 table spoons of shredded brisket mix into two tiny tortillas (so 4 slices of quesadilla looked like one mini cheese quesadilla from the local chain mexicali fast food location) the portion of quesadilla and the fillings was really a why bother item, legitimately 4 bites it was gone. So either skip this selection or save yourself a few bucks and go with the pick two. The big issue was with the 3 for me meal. Asked to have bun well grilled (so it didn't get soggy), burger patty with pink. What I received was a bottom bun so soggy and untoasted that it looked, felt, and tasted like it had gone on a swim. I wasn't even halfway through half of the burger and I had to remove the bun because I just couldn't do the texture. The patty had zero pink, and was so over cooked it just crumbled while trying to eat it. Also a clue it was over cooked is the cheddar cheese was almost not visible (see photos). The kicker was the additional sauces that I paid extra for that were supposed to be 4 oz and both were just under 2 Oz. Very disappointing, do better Chili's!

LOVE Chili's ! Been coming to Chili's since I was a kid ! Always great food and LOVE the Bar/Grill environment ! Family oriented and a great atmosphere! So I came here for lunch with a friend , and we were so excited to get there on time for Lunch Special that goes from 11-3p. My friend got the Smash Burger and i ordered the boneless wings! Maybe the server was trying to get his ticket up (price wise ) because he gave me the boneless wings appetizer instead . I get it , Higher Ticket = Higher Tip . But if you're there at a certain time , you should be asking if we are here for lunch or regular menu items , which he didn't . Food was good , refills were on point , but the dissatisfaction was with the lunch and being charged at a dinner price ! Hopefully they will take it as constructive criticism and feedback to improve their food service quality

We ate the Smash Burger special which came with fries. The burger was good, as usual and the fries stayed hot for a long while. The servers were quick to bring our order to the table. We were seated in the section between kitchen and bathroom. Music was very loud, we had a hard time having a conversation.

Look at my food before and after. You cannot tell me that the food isn't delicious. The vibe made me comfortable enough to be big. Plus, we had a great waitress.

Service is always so fast! (We don't come at dinner time on the weekends) Food is always on point. No complaints.

My Wife and I took her father to Chili's in Hemet on Florida ave. The food was great and the strawberry lemonade is our favorite drink. Our server Alan was Awesome! He really made sure we were well taken care of. He brought us multiple refills on our drinks without us having to ask even once! To me that alone is worth a good tip! He always had a smile on his face and was there whenever we needed him with what ever we wanted. Alan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He is one of the best servers we have ever had! And we have been to much more expensive restaurants and didn't get as good of service as we did with Alan. Looking forward to going to Chili's again! read more

A group of us went to this restaurant for the 3 for 10.99$ burger. However we all ordered different things and were very happy with the food. The thing that made our experience here top notch was the impeccable service we received our server, Naijah. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu,and professional. I ordered 3 meals online 1/1/25 everyone's food was good expect mine. I got the bacon ranch quesadillas. They smelled and tasted horrible. Idk what it was . I've had the quesadillas many times before at other locations and it's never smelled this way. Not sure if it was chemicals or old grease or just bad food. I called to let the manager know that my food wasnt edible the smell was nauseating and I didn't get to eat dinner that night . I told Raul the manager my situation he claimed he knew why they smelled bad but didn't tell me . He did offer me a refund . He told me he would take care of it. my husband and i treated ourselves to dinner tonight, so we decided to give chilli's another chance. it has been 10 years since the first time we ate at this restaurant. (different location) when we walked in and told the lady table for two, off she went. we had a hard time keeping up. my husband ran back to the car so i wasn't sure what he wanted go drink so i asked for a water while i was waiting for him to return. he came back and we decided on a blended margarita with a top shelf alcohol. they have a digital thing on the table and it said "if i signed up we could get a free chips & salsa. i filled it out and it says to check the mail to activate the account. i checked but there was no email. i decided to figure it out later. here comes our chips & salsa. the chips were very fresh. the salsa, now that is a whole different story. this was not a salsa. there were no chunks of anything. it was watery and not any taste.. even some heat would have been better than nothing. i had them bring some ranch. a lot better. we ordered some bake potato soup. it was okay, but you had strands of cheese to battle after everybite. we ordered a bowl, it came in what looked more like a cup, same size as the questionable salsa. after that our entrees came. i had a chicken sandwich. it was nice & juicy. my husband wasnn't too impressesd with his "old time classic cheeseburger". it came with a big slice of tomato that we did not want. he managed to eat half and took the rest to go. i also took the rest of mine to go. we bagged it up and here comes the bill no she wanted to give the bill digitally through the electric thing on the table and said i could pay that way. i said i want the bill the traditional way and i would be paying the traditional way also. i got a fifty out of my wallet as she walked up with a paper print out for $58.00 i was looking it over because i was thinking i would be getting some change back. i see a charge for the chips & salsa for $7.39. they were suppose to be free for joining the reward program. there was no way in hell i would ever order chips and salsa for that amount especially since it came with something that was not salsa. she adjusted the bill down to $51.00 and some change. i gave her $52.00 and we headed for the door. safe to say we won't be back here or any other chilli's. read more

We haven't step foot in a Chili's in the past 10 plus years, not my type of restaurant, I dislike Applebees as well. Last night we decided to give it a go, maybe things have changed? Hooray Chilis is back. They were pretty bad during and after the pandemic but we stopped by last night and the service and food was excellent! Terrific bartender I wish I got her name, working Sunday night, very busy but friendly and efficient. A nice bar ambiance that was not too noisy and had several sports events on. read more

First five stars to Monique she took my order and handle other orders all at once she is being very kind cheerful and on top of that very pregnant. How ever I do have have something to say about the manager older white lady that came around the corner and started yelling at her about why she was still taking orders and that they were closed I believe she had no idea that they had closed that area of the restaurant, I don't know who the manager is but whoever it was they should not have yelled at this woman who is clearly just doing her job and is literally making a human Bean the attitude was unnecessary other than that the all the other staff are very extremely friendly caring and smileskudos Please address The other individuals attitude read more

If you can avoid chili's in hemet do so! It use to be awesome, but lately it's been disappointing. Long wait time for the food, inattentive staff. And today they told us there was an hour wait to be seated because they had too many TO GO orders while the dinning area only had a few tables with customers. I don't know if they are under staff but if that is the case they shouldn't be open for dine in. read more

We ate at the Chili's in Hemet for our grandsons 14th birthday. We arrived at 4:30. Some of us just ordered water to drink besides ordering beer and a couple alcoholic drinks. Our daughter took a drink of her water and said it tasted odd. I took a drink as did my wife and sure enough it tasted like chemicals. One of the managers brought a drink to our table and I told him about the water. He said they serve filtered water but it tasted as if they never change their filter....it was disgusting....he was no help at all... We ordered a 3 for me special where you get one beer for $2.89, a salad, a small dessert for $3.00 something but we were charged full price $6.00 and change. My wife paid the bill and she didn't want to make a big deal at our grandsons birthday so she didn't say anything to our server. We have had problems at this chili's before as the customer service here is terrible. I'm going to email Riverside County health department concerning their disgusting water situation. We will not be eating at Chili's again. read more

YUP! Who took over Chili's and made it Fabulous?? WOW!! .. been several times lately and each time is another wonderful surprise. Food has been excellent. ( get the corn on the cob) The drinks were in mugs and never empty and the wait staff are friendly and helpful and FUN!! And if you can hear it, the music is also fantastic ... Extremely rude host at the Hemet location tonight. Blonde young man, very bad attitude, made myself and my boyfriend so uncomfortable because of his attitude we opted to leave instead of wait for a table. He made it very apparent he did not want to be working and was speaking extremely unprofessionally and throwing attitude and rolling his eyes. Service is awful, we walked in at 11:11 not busy, was told 5 min. Hostess barely had clocked in so we were told 5 min from a waitress. Once hostess arrived she sat on her phone. We waited 30 minutes past the time we were told and still weren't seated so we walked out. How do y'all even have a wait when you had 5 tables on the floor. read more

Curbside was good. Meats were good except the corn. Ordered 1 street corn and a corn on the cob. Whoever was cooking them must not know how to. Both were very much undercooked. Like eating pebbles. Too bad, would have been a nice meal. Come on Chilis, get it right. Shame. read more

This bar is what I'd hoped it would be!…read more It's got a pool table and seating all around plus TVs to watch sports. There's karaoke I think every night which I'm not always in the mood for but we take that into consideration when we go. The Karaoke hosts are good and they double as DJ when nobody is singing. There is also a dance floor. Kaitlyn is a really good bartender and is the only one we've seen since we go on the weekend and I think that's her usual schedule. We want to try a comedy night here too. The food is pretty good too since the place is really more of a bar first rather than a restaurant. Good finger foods and sandwiches but they have a decent menu with lots to choose from. Also I want to mention that some "dive bars" feel unsafe to me but this place does not. We have been at least 5 times and everyone in there is just having a good time.

What I got instead was a front-row seat to culinary disappointment and customer service failure. If mediocrity had a mascot, it would be this place. We were seated after a long wait--despite half the restaurant being empty--by a host who looked like we just asked him to solve world hunger. Our server finally wandered over like she was being forced at gunpoint, took our order with all the enthusiasm of a dial tone, and then vanished into the void for 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was somehow both burnt and cold. Impressive, honestly. The ribs were dry enough to be used as kindling, the fries tasted like they'd been reheated in a microwave powered by disappointment, and the "bottomless chips" were bottomless in the sense that they never actually made it to the table again after the first sad basket. Oh, and don't even think about asking for a refill. You'll have better luck squeezing water out of a cactus. We asked twice and eventually gave up, watching our empty glasses sit there like trophies of our regret. As for cleanliness? Let's just say if you're looking for sticky menus, crumbs on every surface, and a bathroom that looks like it gave up in 2007, you're in luck. Both were terrific! Mike had the chicken ceasar salad and the chicken breasts were fresh grilled and the dressing has a bit of a kick. He thought it was a great salad - all but licked the plate. I don't order them very often but I also like their baby back ribs - true to the ads, the ribs are good (the part of my family now living in Texas might disagree with me - at least on principle). Very upset at my visit last night! The food was ok. But the customer service was horrible. I had the host telling us her whole baby daddy drama, then the waiter was very unattentive. Had to search for him for everything! Refills, check, boxes. The whole no notepad, I'm going to just memorize your order, doesn't work here! He got me and my fiances order wrong. Along with arguing that he owed me change. My bill was 28.17 he gave us 71 out of a 100 with no receipt. I asked him where the .83¢ was. He said you don't have change. He checked again and gave me .15¢??? I asked a third time for him to check it.... He then realised and gave me the correct change! I love chilis but this one makes be highly doubt going. The one thing I know is that the guy bartender that world there most of the nights is freaking amazing. I think the comment below was probably by a guy who hasn't gotten laid in a LONG time. Staff is nice (esp in the bar) and the girls arn't exactly nice or "in the middle" that means; A the nice girls feel bad for you so they talk to you. B the not nice girls don't talk to you cause ur giving that creepy Stalker vibe. Was there last week and it was very busy. I'm a very patient person and understand that things happen unexpectedly. I have to say even though they were full, I mean every table and not very many servers they all managed to keep smiles on their faces. Worst "corporate" restaurant in Hemet, the best thing that could happen to this place would be an all-consuming conflagration in the middle of thi night. General Manager "Ton-a" has all of the managerial ethics of a prostitute on Palm Ave. She sacrifices the quality of the food service just to turn in a pretty balance sheet to the corporate office.
