This is by far the worst Chipotle I've been to in Southern California. The entire establishment was dirty -- the windows were filthy, the floors were dirty, there was trash around, and the restrooms were in horrible condition. When I went up to order, I stood there for about two minutes while employees just stood around and ignored me. At first I thought they were busy with something important, but they were simply taking their time before finally helping me. After I got my food, I sat down and noticed the Chipotle Tabasco sauce was empty. I asked one of the employees if they had a new bottle. She said she would check, then continued cleaning tables for another five minutes and never came back to update me. I eventually went back to the counter and asked someone else. He told me they probably didn't have any more because their shipment wasn't arriving until tomorrow. Meanwhile, I noticed there was another bottle behind the counter, so I grabbed it myself -- and it turned out to be a completely brand-new bottle. The employee who "checked" never bothered to tell me, and the second employee gave me completely incorrect information. The service was lazy, unprofessional, and disorganized. Came late on Saturday March 14th, 2026 Today is Monday evening and I am still throwing up and nauseous since eating here. I have been in the restaurant industry over 25 years and I knew better, but it was late and I took the risk. The line was filthy. The cook had the grill pulled out and was sweeping while cooking chicken on it. There were containers of freshly cooked food sitting on the counter waiting to be replaced into the steam counter for over 20mins. One girl was struggling to run the line and customers while a young guy literally stood at the cash register watching her. Guacamole looked oxidized, fajita veggies must have sat for over 4 hours they were mush, queso dip was luke warm at best. I didn't eat much of any of it so thankfully I shouldn't be sick much longer. Where is the management here? Food safety is non-existent. Franchise would be shocked. read more

First I drove past and saw quite a line inside the store the day before a holiday, after looking it up; found that it was a 2 for one special day; which explained the line. The place was packed with people so it was a little dirty because the staff was on full alert trying to handle that many people. Went in waited in line for about 30 minutes, get to the front and of course they were out of chicken as it was still being cooked, asked the staff; what now...blank stare returned; so instead of waiting for more chicken in the back of the line; I opted for the barbcoa. Staff was very overworked but I kept pushing for the add more on the fixins on one of the bowls but didn't get a chance to do the same for the second bowl and ended with unequal portion sizes....Careful, I'm guessing they are advised to speed customers through to lower food costs; PRO Tip: hold your ground and keep saying Add More (beans/cheese/rice/sour creme). The protein was better than the steak option but would have prefferred the chicken. Decent deal when it's 2 for 1, whenever that magically appears. read more

I eat here twice a week in spite of the fact that my orders are incredibly inconsistent and the service is terrible. I enjoy the burritos very much although the size of the burrito heavily depends on who is working that day. For instance, I bought a $13 burrito and it was literally 6 ounces and only contained rights. I called six times in an attempt to get through to somebody but no one ever answered. I left a Google review and was told to contact customer support and which I did but never received a message back. I am now on a review crusade in an attempt to get somebody's attention. I've been a very loyal customer, but at this point, I have reached the limit of my frustration. And someone please reach out to me so we can come to some kind of resolution please. I have been going here for at least two to three times a week. It's been my fav go to place, but some of the people working here, some claiming to be managers, though I only remember seeing them more recently, aren't listening to customers when the place orders. I told the lady three times I wanted corn, and at the end she finally heard my friend say corn, and just threw it on top of the lettuce in a rude way. From 08/26/2025 around 3pm. These are 2 barbacoa burritos made by two different employees. The only difference is one has onion/pepper/salsa and the other doesn't. I've eaten at Chipotle before with these differences and never had an issue on the size. Doesn't have to be perfect, I get it. I'm not one to complain but the size difference was obvious. Instead of making the smaller burrito more full like the other, (as I politely requested) the manager avoided me and made me feel like it was my fault for watching it and not saying anything?? I assumed the employees had proper training on delivering relatively similar sized burritos (so issues like these won't happen.) Not sure how this falls on the costumers for not "watching it" as I'm not trained on chipotles standard portion sizes? If I'm paying for the same meat burritos I expect similar sized burritos (as the costumer). I couldn't even compare them until after payment as they weren't made at the same time and by different people. Instead of fixing the issue he kept going back n forth with me. I told him I wasn't sure why we were having this conversation (polite way of saying argument as any other place would've fixed it without hesitation) to which he responded with "oh you don't know why we're having this conversation? I'm torn about this location. The food was good. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The service was... interesting. We ordered 1 full kids meal (Cheese Quesadilla, Beans, Rice, Chips, Soda) and 2 additional small cheese quesadillas. I have a 2 year old and don't want to deal with the mess of beans and rice. The guy taking and making the order was great! Super friendly and created conversation nicely. I'd hire him at my venue. Then it came to the lady who was either training the cashier or was the lead on that front line by the way the cashier was asking her questions. She was marking the items and was a bit rude asking "why are there 3 quesadillas?" We explained why and she was very short with saying "We don't do that." We explained that we always get it that way and the guy making the items didn't say anything. She snapped back super quick with "He's new. Do you want to speak with the GM" (or something of that nature but still rudely) we said no and to just to charge whatever they needed to and we'd know for next time. We pay and leave. We looked at the receipt and apparently she didn't have the cashier ring anything up for the additional small quesadillas. Not sure exactly what her issue was but being that abrupt about something to follow the rules, then to not charge for it weird. There is already a practice in place for side tortillas and/or side items. She probably should be coached on extraordinary situations and how to speak with guests when they happen. It's not big deal if we're known. I understand food cost more than most so having to pay more for items I order is no big deal. But a bad customer service experience is. Food for thought. read more

I was annoyed at first because there was a long line when I showed up. I waited for probably 15 minutes to get to the food. Then they gave me a large portion of guac without me asking, which was great! And then when I went to eat my bowl, it was the most flavorful and fresh ingredients that I've ever had at Chipotle, and I've been to probably half the chipotles in America. I don't know if it's their chefs or their suppliers that make the ingredients so good, but whatever they're doing, it's better than most chipotles! Keep it up. read more

The customer service is great, just don't be an asshole and make it difficult for them. You're an adult, order like one. The food is good, haven't had a problem with it. Stop expecting everything to be perfect, they run out of food like every other food place and make mistakes. You guys just wanna be dumbasses about it and complain. The employee whose name starts with a J, probably Filipino I believe. She is great with customer service & very friendly. She wraps the burritos well and does a good job giving you a proper portion. Gina the manager is also very kind and does a good job leading. The music can be a bit loud though. Got the steak and brisket burrito bowl because that's my favorite but this time it was the most unpleasant thing I have ever spent $11 dollars on. The meat was dry. She actually scraped the bottom of the pan to get my meat. The beans were dry and not cooked all the way. The rice was crunchy and not moist. We haven't been to Chipotle in over 6 months, used to go for the quesadillas, my daughters favorite. I was ordering 3 burritos and a quesadilla. Well, came to find out after ordering first burrito that they could not take a quesadilla order that I had to order online. I didn't understand why, the worker just said I had to order online that they could not take any orders for quesadillas in the store. So as I'm getting my burritos made, I downloaded the app and started my order for the quesadilla. I figured it out fairly fast, the workers were all VERY nice, even though I had no idea what I was doing, and was holding the line up some getting help from the girl. Finally, quesadilla was ordered, it will be ready in 10 minutes. It was actually 15 minutes but while I was waiting I was talking to another customer that said that some TikTokker who ordered a steak quesadilla from chipotle was the reason they no longer took in store orders. My daughter and I had a good laugh about it all. Also chatted with another nice customer, made the time pass quickly. No 5 star rating simply for the fact that I can't walk in and order an all cheese quesadilla anymore. Kind of dumb. The 4 stars are for the awesome workers here who were amazingly polite and patient with me. Went in earlier tonight with my wife and got a bowl and a salad. Just to find out once the girl finished putting the proteins on that they have NO salsas, NO guacamole, No corn and NO vinaigrette.. They insisted we still pay for our bowls because they put rice beans and chicken on it but we refused to pay for the salad because they had no dressing for it even... They was not enough meat cooked the girl said they were making more . Well they did iron while I was there waiting she did not anymore meat . And to top it of she charged us additional $2.80 per taco for guacamole that she dabbed on it. I told her if she was gonna add the other stuff she said she already had . There was not beans no rice as I requested cause she said that was per request. So I don't know if they are not trained properly or what I know you guys are reducing the amount of food you give to customers but maybe you should be looking at counters how much food they waste.
