I went in to get to go for my birthday, and the staff was so amazingly friendly. The food is always so good here but I don't go as much as I'd like too. I've had so many nice experiences here. I like that all the tvs play different things. Over all the atmosphere at this chilis is outstanding.

The chicken fajitas are such an amazing dish and the service was wonderful! And we always get a second round of chips and salsa for the family because the salsa is so tasty and fresh!

This place has not changed. Slow service. Food was hot but my sandwich was burnt and very dry. Plus they missed up my toppings. About two hours to get in and out. And there was no wait to get in. Server was very friendly.

When the bartender is running like crazy and the 4 hostesses can't be bothered to sweep up a broken glass a customer dropped. The long term staff are amazing, but no support. 3 stars cuz the cooks are good and waitstaff is best in town. Hostesses and Management. 0 stars

We've given this place a few tries because we always get great, friendly and fast service but the food is always mediocre at best. They do offer plenty of interesting drink options.

The only complaint on here that I can agree with is that it took a long time to get beers and food. I don't think this was our server's fault, and Grace was nothing but pleasant, gracious and apologetic for the slowness. The beer list was pretty inclusive of a variety of styles. I had a Spooky Tooth Imperial Pumpkin Ale which was delicious and then a Hazy Beer Hug - also quite nice. The kicker is the whiskey/bourbon/rye list - it goes for pages and is exhaustive. The food was good. Pretty much pub food, but handled well. I had the GIANT soft pretzel and the cheese sauce was one of my favorites ever (and I've had a lot of soft pretzels and cheese dipping sauce). I also had the coleslaw and really liked it. The Maryland Crab Cakes and Rickhouse Cuban were enjoyed by other members of the party. The Cuban was reheated and finished for lunch today. My vegetarian take? Not much here for us, but it can be made to work. And hey, beer and whiskey are vegetarian. Back to the decor. I think people will either like or hate it. I ended up liking it; I thought it was fun with a capital "F". Here's the final bit - there is a hidden speakeasy inside (not that hard to find) which is a really cool little bar off by itself. That made it quiet and uncrowded. Very pleasant. Could have done without the Halloween decor, but what are ya gonna do? All the whiskey's are displayed around the bar, and that's nice. The bartender (Craig?) was super helpful and service was excellent. Def loved the little speakeasy.

The waitress couldn't have been nicer and checked on us just the right number of times. The prices are reasonable, but the dinner portion sizes are on the small side. The person I was with the got a basket meal and the basket comes loaded with fries. So, the more bang for your buck seems to be if you go in that route. I got the Cajun Mahi Mahi with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The fish was slightly over cooked and on the dry side plus needed more seasoning in my opinion. The have a very decent sized bar with plenty of drinks to choose from and good specials. I was a little disappointed in my fish being over cooked, but I loved everything else about this place and will be back to try something different.

If you love large portions and hot yummy food I highly recommend it if you have time. The only issue I have here is this place NEEDS a proper staff. I really do like the folks they run the joint. But the service is inconsistent at best from visit to visit and even on a slow day with an empty dining space it can take a while to get served. Knowing that we went in today not expecting much more than large tasty portions. We took the whole family as a good bye brunch as my oldest his partner who we're visiting with my grandson. Im not sure what happened today but the single little old lady who runs the front was all over the place. She was polite and professional but you could tell she was overwhelmed. It took quite a while to get menus and waters then quite a while longer than that to get to order. She took the order and then we waited. And waited and waited. As we waited the littles started to devolve. And then, we waited some more. From the moment we sat down to the time food arrived was about an hour and a half. By then the kids were done. My wife was done and I was done. The food was hot. Some under cooked and my meal was missing the main component. That mouth watering and coma inducing pastrami. All said and done it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. No one was happy when we left. And that's a huge bummer. The food here is too good for the experience to be so bad. There were apologies and eventually the owner came out and compensated the entire meal. But that's not a good business model. Will I go back? Absolutely. They could cuss me out and I'd go buy the pastrami even if it fell on the floor. It's that good. But I probably won't ever go back with the kids. They don't have the stamina for it and we really have enough time to truly enjoy it as we would like to.
