I got the new york strip, 2 clusters of crab legs, broiled scallops, baked potato, and corn. I ate the crab legs, scallops, and baked potato... I only ate about 2 strips of my steak, and half my corn and was already full.... took my steak and remainder of my corn home for a second meal... So good! Our server (Carmen)was very attentive but didn't interupt our meal unnecessarily. I appreciate now being hovered over!.. We both had the spiked strawberry lemonade which was very good also. This is the third time we have been to this restaurant. We would be there more if we didn't have a 45 min. drive to get there. They have a nice outside eating/bar area that I would like to try also!

In the summer, perfect apres golf grub and grog, especially at the back bar with fresh air open setting and elevated patio overlooking the last golf hole. In the winter, back bar is sealed up and heated, several large TVs for football/sports watching. The front bar is nicely decorated for Christmas, and has an elevated stage for live music. Dim lighting, dark wood, nice menu, really good food, and pretty good service! Sundays are half-price burgers. My fav is the BW Pub Burger. Did I mention the 4-6p Happy Hour? But the chicken on the panini was like shoe leather - very thin and so tough that I couldn't take a bite of the sandwich. The Loaded Nachos were good filled with white cheddar cheese sauce, tomato, jalapeno, black beans salsa, sour cream and chicken. It was good and the chicken was nicely seasoned and succulent. The jumbo lump crab cake was....okay, it was topped with the mornay sauce that was very tasty but the crab cake itself just fell apart. I didn't feel as though there was any structure to it and that with the amount of sauce on the crab cake and then the crab cake being too tender that it just falls apart...it wasn't a good mix. It felt like the crab cake was swimming in the sauce at the end, unfortunately. The mornay sauce tasted great with the mixture of cheeses so I really appreciated that. Besides the mornay sauce, the onion rings were another big favorite of mine. They were perfectly seasoned and crispy. I really liked the batter on the onion rings as I think it was executed perfectly and they helped to save the rest of the dish. Altogether, I'd enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. While one dish was lacking, the appetizer and my drink weren't. The prices were alright, a little steep but nothing I couldn't handle. The customer service was also really good as our waiter was kind and helped us with whatever we needed. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely come back again to try other things off the menu.

And, so it would take a long while to get service and food. We stayed anyway, we weren't in a hurry. I picked up menus and brought them to the table we sat at. In the time we looked at the entire menu and decided what we each were going to order, the waitress came back to take our order. We asked for three orders of chicken wings with celery and sauces, a blooming onion, fries, and a cheeseburger. When Nikki brought out the blooming onion and fries she apologized for the wait and bought over a pitcher of water since she knew she wouldn't be around to refill our glasses. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. As our food came out she asked if we needed anything else, we were good so she quickly went off to the bar area. My guest were content with the size, crispiness and flavor of the wings. My burger had American cheese, mayo, onions, pickles and lettuce and tomatoes. It came with a pickle and chips. I don't care for chips but there's no lesser version price wise without. The cheese on the burger tasted like cheddar not American and the patty was well cooked but not seasoned. The meat had that not so fresh meat taste and smell so I added a lot of salt and pepper. All the other ingredients were fresh. The blooming onion should've been cooked longer as the center of it still had raw batter and the onion wasn't fully cooked. We took it home to put into our air fyer. The fries weren't anything special as they were thin and not seasoned. The location was on the right side right after passing a one way under pass. It has a small parking lot. The entry has a left door for the tavern and the right door for the dinning room. At first we were going to sit at the tavern side but it was too hectic and loud. The dinning area was decorated with bright farm animal paintings. It was clean. Did not use the restroom.
