Is it the best place for wings? Not really. I find them to be too pricey, but they taste okay. The best time to go is around lunch; it's not too busy, and they have decent lunch prices. If you ever decide to order delivery from here, don't do it. Between BWW and Uber Eats, no one can seem to get their act together. BWW doesn't receive the order, yet Uber Eats drivers keep showing up for it. Then, when we go to pick up the order in person ourselves, they say to cancel the delivery order, and then we still get charged for each driver that came out for an order that was never even made to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous, and the workers were very insulting the entire time while we tried to get everything corrected over the phone for over 2 and a half hours, and then in person. The whole system is so screwed up, and in the end, we are out a lot more money than we should have been. I don't think we will ever order from here again. We came here because we didn't get the Steelers game at our camper. It's about a 25 minute drive from Gettysburg and located in a major shopping center area. We were told it would be a 20 minute which was fine. When we were seated the service was fast and friendly (I had the nascar race on my phone and our server kept checking in on that). We had a very disappointing experience here tonight. We came in to have dinner and watch the Raven's game, as we regularly do. We couldn't hear the TV, so we asked the manager to turn the TV up, as almost the entire dining room were Raven's fans. She refused, and even argued with us, that if they turned it up- they wouldn't be able to hear the guests. The female staff members did not seem to be taking the mask-wearing seriously at all, and were either wearing them below their nose or below their chin. What's the point? The male staffers did seem to be doing a better job wearing them properly. My meal was meh. I ordered the naked tenders with the Nashville Hot sauce. The tenders were so over seasoned and salty that they were hard to even eat, and I did not finish. I ordered blue cheese dressing and $.60 for a very small container of blue cheese is ridiculous! The Hanover location hasn't been open for to long. If there is a wait you usually don't wait long, maybe 10-15 minutes. The menu is basic, appetizers, salads, and burgers. I always order the same thing each time I go. I get the blacken grilled chicken salad. The salad is usually fresh and the chicken is flavorful. You can also have the chicken tossed in one of there signature sauces if you prefer. The drinks are just alright. Nothing to really brag about. The service each time I've been has been pleasant. For starters the staff - all young teenagers, which is to be expected. But not an ounce of maturity between them. In fact the one wearing the "captains" jersey spent the entire even playing grab-butt with a couple of waitresses. The others all just stood at the register and danced with one another. Before this location came to hanover, I used to drive to Westminster just to go to BWW. I was happy to hear they were coming to Hanover. But the thing is... I would still rather make the drive to Maryland. Every time I go here there's a problem. The most recent issue was on Thursday night. My friend and I decided to come to BWW for some drinks and wings. We ordered two drinks from the bar. Then we each ordered wings + shared an appetizer. Let's just say we didn't get our drinks until all of our food was gone. That's ridiculous. This was not at all her fault, she did everything she could do for us. But I expected a place like BWW to be on top of the drinks. Overall, my experience was bad with this restaurant. It was our first visit to this chain. We had really good service. We received free samples of beer and we were also able to try some of the sauces before deciding which ones we wanted on our wings. We ordered an appetizer and wings. The appetizer came out and was good. We waited about 40 minutes and I asked the waitress where the wings were. She went back and checked and the kitchen told her they were served. WELL NOT TO US! The waitress,was super friendly...Mariah...and she immediately got her manager involved, Matt Booz....the store manager. He offered to take off a sandwich for the inconvenience, which wasn't even the restaurant's fault. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and have not been to one in quite some time, as there has not been one in the area. I have come here for lunch once and done take out once. I did not have anything to complain about either time and the food was as expected. I have to admit that my biggest disappointment was that they eliminated the wings and ribs combo from the menu.
