Food and service was amazing!! We didn't wait long at all and our waitress was amazing!!

We stopped here for a late lunch and seated immediately. It was very busy that afternoon, and our service was really good. The server was very attentive and friendly. I went off the grid and got the chicken strips which come with french fries and mac & cheese, and it was really good. Their sauce that they make was outstanding. It was the buffalo ranch had amazing flavor. My wife ended up with the burger, which is always 100% on the money. Why the four stars well it's quite simple. The bartenders need to learn how to make a normal martini when you order a martini it is not filled properly in the martini glass. It's very short in our humble opinion if you're paying for a drink, it should be done properly in a few centimeters below the rim. But other than that, we absolutely love Chili's. You can't beat the price and you can't beat the food. read more

How can you not like Chili's? As a lot of sit down chains are slowly dieing off Chili's stays at the top. The appetizers alone are a hugh win. Free chips and salsa just for walking in or ordering to go. The prices and deals can't be beat. The staff are always amazing. I've never left here hungry or upset. read more

As usual, our smash burgers were amazing. They are just so delicious and juicy, everything comes, served very quickly, done perfectly and very hot. You can't beat the "pick three" price for the quality of burger that you receive at Chili's. The service is always perfect, very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We go often when we are just running errands and need a quick bite to eat and are never disappointed with our food. It always seems to be pretty busy at this Chili's which also tells you a lot of people return for the good food, service and the relaxed atmosphere!!!! We will always return!!!! read more

So here it is. The grandkids absolutely love this place. They also only eat boxed and prepared foods. I think the food is seriously salty or something to give it flavor. Of all of the Chili's locations I've been to, this one may be my favorite. The service is always top notch (although maybe a little slow on days they're extra busy and/or short staffed). The food always comes out hot, fresh, and very tasty. The amount of food you get for the money makes most things here a good value. I've tried several different burgers here and have enjoyed all of them. Their rewards program also keeps me coming back more frequently, with things like free chips, which are always a great starter. Eventually I'll get into the desserts if I don't fill up on my main course first. read more

WOW!!! This place is amazing. I have never had better service anywhere I've been. All the staff is so friendly and always checking to see if my family and I ever need anything. A young gentleman who was tall with darker curly hair and was wearing a hat (couldn't catch his name).. but held opened the door for my husband and I and was such a delight!! Quality and selection has diminished, place needs renovation. Bathroom was disgusting. Corn chips all broken small pieces.Salsa was like water. Wanted dry rub ribs, they are discontinued. Thought they would have learned their lesson the last time they did that. Ordered and paid for a ribeye and got a sirloin, instant mash potatoes, no baked potatoes available and salad was forgotten, came out after main meal served. Ordered fajitas and toppings came on a small plate and sure didn't work out well trying to use a fork to get them in the fajitas, instead of small containers as in the past. Additionally, bar tender was busy and shouldn't be waiting on tables and relaying on others to deliver food. Even though the other waitresses were not busy, they didn't rectify any of the issues. All for the mere price of near $70 with only a 1-tea and 1-water for drinks. They need to stick to their burgers and become a hamburger joint. I'll vote with my feet and won't be back! read more

Went this past week. It is a fast food chain that has continuously went down hill. Guessing their cooks are smokers based on the salt levels of the food being pushed out. Food is absolutely terrible. Ordered the chips and salsa and seemed like they took an old order from another table and gave it to us as the chips were barely a half order and cold. Waitress hated her job and seemed like we were bothering her when asking for a fresh/hot chips. After 20 min had to ask for our other app that they forgot about. Wife's steak and potatoes were so heavily salted that they were inedible. Traditional wings were so rubbery that I couldn't eat more than 2. By far the worst wings I've ever had anywhere. I will forever now use these wings as a basis of 0 out of 10 when I rank any other wings. Shame because the sauces were decent. Had to flag down other waiters and waitress for refills of drinks because our server never came back. Pool But she was more than happy to stand around and see about the bill with tip at the end of the meal. We will never return. read more

Management: Don't write "wait in your car for a Chili's employee to bring the customer's order to you, enter in the app what parking spot number you're in" on Doordash instructions if you don't actually do that. Change your instructions, or else the food will just have more time to get cold, and it wastes everyone's time. Customer support says you didn't answer your phone to rectify this, and the hostess didn't seem to care. So if you order Doordash from this Chili's, expect your order to take longer than normal because they write false instructions in the app. Your order will sit on their shelf while the Doordasher follows instructions to stay in their car, apparently by management's choice. read more

Very disappointed in our visit to Chili's yesterday. Around 5 PM we came in for dinner. We were placed in a corner booth that seated all six of us well however the window shade on both sides were in operable. We were blinded by the sun and literally could not see each other and it was so hard it made sitting there extremely uncomfortable. This however what is the most minor issue we had with this visit. After ordering our meals and receiving our orders three of them were incorrect. Now, we don't blame the waitress. She was very nice. They must be grossly understaffed. Three of the six meals we ordered were messed up. One order was for a half rack of ribs. A half rack should consist of 6 to 7 ribs. this pig came out with only 4. The Cajun chicken pasta meal came out ice cold. In the deluxe fajita meal came out without the deluxe. It was supposed to be three meats, it was only chicken. While we waited for the orders to be corrected we were told by the waitress that the ribs only come with three or four ribs in the half rack? Really? The deluxe fajitas were replaced and the ice cold Cajun chicken pasta was replaced. However by the time we got these meals replaced our family was done eating. Not exactly the trip we planned. I'm hoping the manager reaches out and offer some type of correction for this very poor experience. If he does I may change my rating from one star? By the way, no compensation was offered for any of the orders that were messed up. read more

I'm not too big into the chain restaurants, but in spite of that I do seem to find myself at Chili's pretty often. It's a go-to place in Hanover for great drinks and a good atmosphere. I always try to sit on the bar side, even better if I can get a seat at the bar itself. The bartenders that are always there are Paul and Matt, and their service is top notch. Tonight I ordered a Mango Patron margarita and a Strawberry-mango Presidente margarita. Both were delicious. The food is pretty good, but it's nothing to write home about. The table side guacamole is good, and made fresh right in front of you. Be prepared for a wait if you go on a Friday or Saturday night. It's always busy. Tonight, around 6:45 we told there would be a 45-55 minute wait. Luckily we spotted some open seats at the bar and took those instead. Call ahead seating is always an option as well. read more

I am NOT a fan of chain restaurants. But this Chili's managed to get my attention. I've been there 4 times in the last month after my first visit proved hot fresh made-to-order and tasty food was possible. I have come to expect quick and friendly acknowledgment when I enter an establishment. This Chili's succeeds. I do not expect to be rushed into deciding or having microwaved or heatlamp food that was made earlier in the day. This Chili's succeeds. I appreciate the well-timed follow-up visits by the floor manager that are courteous and non-intrusive. I like that the server offers to refiill drinks without me having to ask first. I even like how the pay-at-your-table option removes the need to flag down your server when you're finished. Another Chili's success. Congratulations Hanover Chili's. Continue as you are (great management, great staff, great food!) and you'll have a customer for life. read more

It's hard to rate a chain, because in Maine, the chili's was always top notch in quality and service. The chili's in Hanover has messed up my meal literally every single time I've gone. They also don't have the same options and prices we've gotten at other locations. So you get a worse meal and almost double the cost. I don't know whose fault it was that my meals always came wrong--a lazy server or a distracted kitchen worker, but I was surprised the third or fourth time going when my meal was wrong yet again. Chili's is always convenient. The food is decent, the service is usually good, and the location is great... especially if you're on the way to RC Theaters. Someone should always order the chips and salsa to start. They're bottomless, and the salsa is very fine and appealing to even the pickiest eaters. As far as entrees are concerned they have plenty to choose from, but none of it will blow your mind. Placed an order through door dash for a Chipotle Chicken bowl...no modifications or anything. Received rice and chicken...that's it. Called Chili's to let them know about the problem and was told to call door dash...no help at all. Door dash won't correct the problem...only offer to reimburse $4 from the order...no offer to correct the mistake. Almost always have great servers here. It is a staple for us, we visit a couple times a month, and the food is always consistent. They did recent change their burgers and they are not as good as before. I've ordered the veggie + black bean patty fajitas a few times from this location (carry-out). This is a very impressive vegetarian (I think can be made vegan without cheese/sour cream) meal. There's peppers, onions, asparagus, tomatoes, corn, a black bean burger patty, tortillas, and rice/beans on the side. This is one of the best vegetarian meals i've seen any restaurant have and it's yummy! i would definitely recommend this to everyone. I usually get about two servings out of it read more
