Decided to do a carry out order since I was working in the area and didn't pack anything for lunch. Highly recommend their steak fajitas, very good and a reasonable amount of food for the price. I ordered online and my food was ready and hot at the time of pickup. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Would happily return.

What a great restaurant! I loved all their meals were so delicious and tasted so fresh. Their menu is huge so everyone's bound to find something they like. I was amazed that the seafood soup was so delicious, highly recommend. There's plenty of seating, the restaurant is huge. For birthdays you HAVE to come here! It's such a hoot. They give you a sombrero and have a whole big song. Our server was super kind and attentive. She was great!

Parrandos is a great spot to grab tex-mex food in the area and I very much enjoyed my experience. The service was attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. There was a lot of seating in the bar area, so we took advantage. There was a lot of seating, and as many have commented it shouldn't be a problem. The margarita was strong and tasty. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet, unlike many margaritas you get at Mexican restaurants. I ordered the 3 tacos and tried various ones, each delish! I enjoyed the seasonings and sauces and the portion sizes were perfect.

So upon walking in we were met with a friendly smile and immediately sitting down we were met with chips and salsa. Chips and salsa 10/10 - extremely fresh you can tell they make everything in house. The salsa was fresh chunks of tomatoes and onions so good. Frozen Strawberry Mango Margaritas 9/10 -Extremely great flavor and smooth. Could've been slightly stronger in my opinion but overall amazing Steak Fajitas 10/10 -By far my favorite place to get steak! It's always cooked to perfection no matter if you get it medium or well done. It melts in your mouth and so tender and flavorful. I love that they make their tortillas in house as well because homemade tastes way better It's a laidback, friendly atmosphere and the restaurant is very very clean even the bathrooms so it makes it way better coming here.

Parrando's is a Tex-Mex grill in Ashburn known for it's delicious drinks and Tex-Mex menu. My coworkers and I went here for happy hour. The waitress was nice, but she didn't really give us the happy hour menu and the prices online were incorrect. However, the frozen strawberry margarita and frozen mango margarita were still flavorful and yummy. Also, the wings were a little salty and the guac lacked seasoning. Additionally, the ambiance was average for a Mexican restaurant, but it was a nice place to go out with a big group.

My wife and I had dinner there on 1/23/2025. The server brought chips and salsa right after we were seated. Chips and salsa was tasty. Nothing really stands out. My wife had the steak burrito. Steak was very tender. The burrito was flavorful. Delicious. I had the crispy Tacos with ground beef. Tacos were flavorful. Delicious. I asked for hot sauce. The server brought homemade jalapeño, habenero hot sauce. It had some heat which I enjoyed. We both had rice, refried beans on our plates. The rice was tasty. The refried beans were creamy. A delicious meal. Our server was attentive. We will be back.

Great service thank you very much! Clean place. Food was amazing. Server was very patient and understanding he took an order one at a time and then repeated the order he did a Great job!!

Camarones Jalisco ( sauce was really nicely balanced and dish was pleasant)

Well,I would say it's should be rather 3.7 stars, but we left happy and warm after dinner on a brutally cold night in January. Service was very friendly and attentive, atmosphere was very pleasant and people on the bar looked happy and satisfied. Food was good, not outstanding or phantasmic, but solid quality. I ordered Camarones Jalisco and had a choice of 2 sides. Portion was pretty decent, even though I didn't have any appetizer. Shrimp could be a little larger and a little juicier, but nothing was wrong or not tasty. My family liked seafood chimichanga with shrimp and scallops, but proportions were not even, was much more shrimp than scallops inside. This is a neighborhood place,I happy to have them 10 minutes away from my house and will be back sometimes soon.

The French toast is phenomenal, the pancakes are light and fluffy, and the omelets are loaded and satisfying. If a place consistently delivers tasty food, solid execution, and keeps you wanting to come back, that earns a top rating from me. Ted's Bulletin absolutely does that. We have been to the One Loudoun location several times for breakfast, and it is consistently a great experience. That kind of consistency matters, especially for breakfast service where some places can be hit or miss. One of our favorites has been the huevos rancheros. They serve it on tostadas, which gives the dish a great crispy base and a really satisfying texture. It is flavorful, hearty, and always hits the spot. We have also had their homemade tater tots, and they are excellent. Nicely fried, crisp on the outside, soft inside, and clearly done with care rather than feeling like an afterthought side dish. Their French toast is another strong option and always enjoyable. If you are in the mood for something sweeter, it is a very solid choice. We have also tried the breakfast cinnamon roll. It is definitely generous in size. It is decent and worth trying, but it can be a lot, which is probably why we only order it occasionally. For the kids, the hot chocolate is always a favorite and something they genuinely look forward to each visit. Overall, Ted's Bulletin continues to deliver tasty breakfast food, dependable quality, and a family friendly experience that keeps us coming back. Easy 5 stars from me.

As the evening progressed, more people came in for dinner. The place has an industrial type vibe with exposed ceilings and concrete flooring. We were seated and greeted shortly after we entered. A server came along to ask us what we wanted to drink. I had a lemonade while my husband had a Coors Light. We decided to forego an appetizer after reading the descriptions and seeing that they were meant to feed more than two people. For dinner, I ordered the "Grilled Atlantic Salmon" which consists of: "grilled 8 oz. Atlantic Salmon Filet w Tamari Bourbon Glaze & your choice of side". For my side I chose "cheddar grits". My husband chose the "Shrimp and Grits which consists of: "8 Jumbo Shrimp and House Bacon sauteed w Onions & Garlic in Creole Sauce. Plated over creamy Cheddar Grits & topped w Green Onion". As for the food---I found that the salmon was properly prepared with a pink center. The tamari bourbon glaze was a nice accompaniment as it added a touch of sweetness to the dish. I wasn't impressed with the cheddar grits as I found them to be too dense with little to no flavoring. The melted cheddar cheese helped some to add flavor but I would skip ordering this side again. My husband thought that his grits were also too dense with little flavor. The sauce portion was stingy and he used it to dip his shrimp in it. He did appreciate that the shrimp were served with the tails removed and were properly cooked. Taking inflation into consideration, this dinner was reasonably priced at $58 + change before the tip. Service was good as more than one server checked on us to see if all was well. We would consider going again and perhaps trying their burgers and sandwiches.
