It's the kind of place where you feel like family, even on your first visit. The meatloaf sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the homemade pickled beets were outstanding. If you love large portions and hot yummy food I highly recommend it if you have time. The only issue I have here is this place NEEDS a proper staff. I really do like the folks they run the joint. But the service is inconsistent at best from visit to visit and even on a slow day with an empty dining space it can take a while to get served. Knowing that we went in today not expecting much more than large tasty portions. We took the whole family as a good bye brunch as my oldest his partner who we're visiting with my grandson. Im not sure what happened today but the single little old lady who runs the front was all over the place. She was polite and professional but you could tell she was overwhelmed. It took quite a while to get menus and waters then quite a while longer than that to get to order. She took the order and then we waited. And waited and waited. As we waited the littles started to devolve. And then, we waited some more. From the moment we sat down to the time food arrived was about an hour and a half. By then the kids were done. My wife was done and I was done. The food was hot. Some under cooked and my meal was missing the main component. That mouth watering and coma inducing pastrami. All said and done it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. No one was happy when we left. And that's a huge bummer. The food here is too good for the experience to be so bad. There were apologies and eventually the owner came out and compensated the entire meal. But that's not a good business model. Will I go back? Absolutely. They could cuss me out and I'd go buy the pastrami even if it fell on the floor. It's that good. But I probably won't ever go back with the kids. They don't have the stamina for it and we really have enough time to truly enjoy it as we would like to.

We sat upstairs in the brewpub area. We would have preferred a regular table, but it seemed like they really wanted to seat us at a high-top. I didn't feel like pushing back, so we took it. I assumed maybe they were trying to keep the four-top regular tables open, but by the time we left, the high-tops were full and the regular tables were still empty. Maybe there was a reason for it, but it made the seating feel a little odd. For food, I split the meatball appetizer and the tarragon chicken salad sandwich with another person. Both were good. The meatballs were golf-ball sized and served in a small skillet of marinara with two slices of bread. No complaints on taste or quality. The sandwich was also solid and about what I expected from the menu. That said, the pricing felt a little high for what we got. The sandwich was $14 and did not include a side, and the four-meatball appetizer was also $14. Again, the food was good, but it was definitely on the pricier side. I also had the cream ale and the blonde ale. I don't remember the exact prices, but they seemed in line with the styles and I enjoyed both. My biggest complaint was the 3.99% credit card surcharge. That seems steep, especially at a restaurant where lunch can already add up quickly and most people probably aren't carrying enough cash to cover a full meal. To their credit, there was ample signage about the surcharge, so it was not a surprise at checkout. Still, at this price point, adding nearly 4% for using a card left a bad impression. Without the surcharge, this probably would have been a 4-star experience for me. The food and beer were good, and I did not have any real complaint about the quality. But the surcharge, combined with the slightly odd seating experience and higher prices, brings the overall visit down to 3 stars. Overall, I'd consider going back, but the seating experience and credit card surcharge would make me think twice.

I didn't get any drinks, but my friends really enjoyed the beers here. Food was not the best. I personally enjoyed my coconut curry chicken, but my friends weren't impressed with their food, notably the sourdough bread on the sandwiches and the chicken pot pie being particularly unimpressive. If you come, stay clear of the sourdough and pot pie but the beer is good!

They're warm, genuine, and make you feel safe and welcomed in a way you don't find often anymore. It's the kind of kindness and comfort that stays with you. If you want incredible food paired with unmatched hospitality, Divino is the spot. Five stars, If there was 6 I would give it without hesitation.

I ordered a dozen, split between Old Bay dry rub and Mango Habanero, served with bleu cheese and celery. First, the positives: The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the restrooms were spotless -- always a good sign. Now, the food: The wings were... just okay. * The Old Bay dry rub barely had any Old Bay flavor -- a disappointing 4/10. * The Mango Habanero had more promise, but the flavor lacked complexity -- I'd give them a 6/10. Then came the celery -- take a look at it. Who thought that plating was acceptable? A 2/10. The bleu cheese dressing didn't help much either. It lacked the rich, creamy, chunky texture you'd expect. Another 4/10. That said, the menu is quite extensive, and some of the other dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen looked genuinely appealing. I'd be open to returning -- just not for the wings.
