Food is great cause it's Hardee's and foods good there. Quick service workers are kind of weird though and cheap.

Put too much ham on my cheese and not enough cheese on my cheeseburger. Other than that everything else was good.

Well, this is my last review of 2025 and what a better place to conclude this year than Big Mikes…read moreCrabhouse ! We decided to stop in here as it's been a while since we last started here and the seafood is simply outstanding. The staff is very welcoming helpful and they will answer any questions that you may have and they make sure you're well taken care of. We had a pound and a half of the steam shrimp which are an extremely nice size and done to perfection and we also had the crabcake and two fried shrimp which were butterfly and the flavor is just incredible and the crabcake all crab and it was just amazing . The location is very easy. It's right next to the Hanover post office on the corner. There's plenty of parking along the street and in the back in their small parking lot and they are known for their crabs and there were people coming and left and right picking up their orders and they do a really nice business here. The inside is always very clean. Tables are clean and it's a small place but it's very relaxing and you can bring your own bottle as well. So if you're in the area and you're looking for some good crabs, shrimp and seafood give this place a try you will not be disappointed . Happy New Year !

From the onion…read morerings, crabcake, that is full of crab meat, the fried shrimp, and the fresh freshly steamed shrimp, were just all so very delicious!!! This place in Hanover is very well known for their seafood, and by the pictures, you can see why. Everyone there is so very nice and accommodating. This is not a fancy place, you can go dressed very casually and enjoy all kinds of seafood. If you wish to, you can take your own adult beverage to enjoy with your meal. We saw a couple sitting next to us that brought their own beer. They could enjoy while they were cracking their crabs! my husband ordered a pound and a half of the large steamed shrimp that are served to you hot and with their own cocktail sauce, they were so big we could not even finish all of them, so we brought them home to enjoy today. We will be returning soon as we really enjoy the seafood here!!!!!!

They do have a small parking lot and some benches around back but not ideal for colder weather. The menu is pretty extensive with many options of hot dogs, burgers and dessert. We got the Chicago dog, chili dog, patty melt and onion rings. The onion rings were the best! The breading did not fall off and stayed with each bite of the onion! Not to mention the crunch! The hot dog was also delicious! The way they dressed it was neat and you got a solid bite each time! The patty melt was juicy and the rye pairs so nicely!! The service was quick. It seemed like our small group of 6 may have overwhelmed them slightly with the amount of food we ordered but nonetheless did not take too long !

Beef 'N Buns 'N Paradise is one of those hidden gems that feels like summer. This fast casual burger and hot dog stand is walk-up only, with outdoor seating and a handful of parking spots (which fill up quickly during peak times). You order at the window from a huge menu and wait for your name to be called over the loudspeaker. We tried a few of their hot dogs, the Chicago Dog and the Chili Nacho Cheese Dog and both were awesome. The dogs were snappy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. We also grabbed the double patty melt, which was superlative. The patties were juicy, the rye bread was perfectly griddled, and the whole thing just hit. The onion rings deserve their own shoutout too, crispy, hand-breaded, and the perfect side item. And of course, we had to finish with dessert. We got vanilla soft serve cones with black cherry flavor burst on one and coffee on the other. Super tasty and the perfect ending. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size. It's exactly the kind of place you want to hit up on a sunny weekend or for a casual dinner after work.

I've been coming to all the Famous locations since I was a little kid. Tons of great memories…read moregetting some dogs with my dad. Now I get to enjoy these dogs and make new memories with my daughter. This was the first time I brought her out to this location. She's a plain Jane and just gets a bacon and cheese dog with fries. I normally go with the two dog special, one with chili and onions and one without. The whole onion on each dog is just too much for me. So this way I scrape half off right onto the other dog. I will always be a fan and come back as long as they are around.

It was a rainy afternoon, bordering on the evening, and we were returning back to Hanover after a…read moretrip halfway across the state. We knew that going home was going to result in TV dinners coming out of the freezer, so we opted to try something new in town (for us). We figured that a hot dog place that has been around for over a hundred years would be a good bet. We were wrong. Pulling up to the place, it met our expectations... building that has been around for a couple of decades, lots of glass windows to see out of, etc. I know we weren't at the original downtown location, but this one had been there for decades and we figured it used the original recipe that made it so famous, so we would be good to go. Walking inside, we were met with... well, low-key chaos is a reasonable word for what we saw. One of the wait staff said we could sit anywhere, but that proved to be a bit of a challenge as most of the tables were filthy, covered in onion debris and other condiments. The floor, of course, was also covered in the same debris. We would soon find out why. After having found (and wiped down to remove some of the filth) a table, our wait staff came up and provided us with menus. The menu isn't all that big, so it didn't take long to figure out what we hoped would be a good meal. My mother went for a simple hot wiener with the onions and chili sauce (no mustard, we knew it was going to be yellow mustard), and I went with the wiener special, one hotdog and one burger. We didn't have to wait that long for the food to come out. It was when the food arrived at our table that we finally understood exactly why the tables and floor were such a disaster. I am quite sure I have never seen that much diced onion placed on a single hotdog. Both of our plates were simply smothered in the onions and chili sauce that comes with these things, to the point where we couldn't really see the bun or hotdog underneath it all. It was definitely a fork and knife kind of meal, because picking something like this up in your hands was an invitation to disaster and the primary motivator for all of the onions on the floor. So I cut a bit out of the mound... found a bit of hotdog and bun, and tasted it. This is where the sadness and despair truly set in. The bun was just a soggy white bread bun that you can get an 8 pack of for 99 cents at Walmart. OK, I can go with that, part of the charm and all, except it was buried underneath all that onion and chili and it really was just a complete soggy mess by the time it got to our table. I could have let that pass... if it weren't for the hotdog itself. I don't know where they get their hotdogs, but they need to change suppliers, and fast. The casing for these hotdogs was hard and rubbery, not from overcooking, just from their production method in the first place. Once I got through the casing, the meat contained within was some of the most flavorless meat I have ever had in any sort of sausage. I would eat a vegetarian hotdog over this any day. The onions were just too much... perhaps if they had been cooked through instead of placed on there raw they would have been nice, but as it was it was just not a good thing. Combine that with a chili sauce that also had next to no flavor, and I was not in happy town at all. So... combine a place that is filthy with food that is flavorless and has the texture of a bouncy rubber ball, and I'm sorry but one star is all you are going to get. I almost never write one-star reviews, and I don't give that rating lightly. This is not to say that the staff were bad, however. They were pleasant, took care of our orders, and handled us just fine. I did wonder how the breakfast at this place would be, but after experiencing the dinner fare, there is little chance of my returning to try the breakfast.
