This used to be a pretty good restaurant, however our last several trips through the drive through have seen either missing items, or items that have been destroyed in the bag before we even pulled out of their parking lot... Like seriously, how hard is it to serve up three crunchy tacos without smashing the actual taco shells to pieces? And the one out of the three that wasn't damaged? The shell was absolutely stale tasting. Incredibly inedible. The same thing happened for our last two visits here as well. I thought they were just having an off night the previous time, but it must be their new normal... Looks like another fast food restaurant I'm marking off my list to avoid giving my business to for at least another year, and maybe then they might be able to turn things around again... Quick stop at our local Taco Bell Ordered the ad advertised Luxe Box ... Not a bad deal - Food was hot and fresh ! Was not a fan of the beef/bean burrito, not much beef in it, seemed to be mostly rolled up tortilla shell. Service was a place your order on a touch screen and they call your name. Today we decided to go to Taco Bell, mainly for my granddaughter who loves just a cheese quesadilla. However, I forgot about the new grilled cheese burrito and so glad I decided to try it! It was delicious!!!! I've been seeing this on TikTok and forgot about it until til we visited today. Service was great, employees were happy to answer any questions and I even asked to see the big "Cheez It" that they put in their Crunchwraps, etc. That will be the next item I try. Taco Bell is always a relaxed atmosphere, clean restaurant. So glad we stopped today! read more

Ordered jalapeño fries with no meat, but got meat! Ordered and PAID for extra cheese and sauce on my cheese quesadilla, got a sprink of cheese with a dollop of sauce, tasted like a plain flour tortilla. My husband's steak quesadilla literally had 4 pieces of steak in it. The food seems like it's on point when Derrick is there but if he's not, the food isn't made right. This Taco Bell is particularly bad. I went so far as to give them 3 chances and every time the food was soggy as though it had sat around for some time waiting for me to come order it. When I registered a complaint to the website on their receipt the manager reached out to me to try to make it better, however after one response they just went radio silence. This Has to be the most slowest drive through I've ever been through in my entire life. I had to wait in line about 15 minutes before I could even placed my order and then another 10 minutes after that to get my order. Once you get in line there's no way that you can get out of the line because it's a single lane. I have to remember to never get in this Taco Bell drive-through again. I don't know why they don't have the menu at two locations so you know what you want before you get to the order person. read more

I ordered online and went through the drive thru checked in and they showed me my order on the screen and everything was correct. Got my order and went home found that in was shorted 3 soft shell tacos. Call the store and asked if they could possibly give me a gift card and there only respones was that they could make me the food if I would come back or refund my order or I was out of luck. Second time I've ordered online and received far from what I actually ordered. I don't understand how difficult it is to read an order, and confirm you're making the correct item. The food was pretty good. I had gotten the triple double box for the first time. I feel like they could definitely add more variety to the box. It came with a Doritos locos taco and a regular taco. Now these are very delicious, but I feel like that's what comes in every box. Then there was the triple double which was absolutely amazing. The only problem I had with it was I ordered it with no tomatoes and Taco Bell wanted to be a little sneaky by putting in a ton of tomatoes half way into the taco so I spent a good 5 minutes picking out tomatoes. I don't know what kind of hour it was for their employees but it must have been "goon squad hour" because my food was just a mess. I ordered 2 soft-shelled tacos and a pack of cini bons. I pull up to the window to get my food and I already notice there's no cini bons ? The next thing I know I open my bag to find all my tacos having just cheese and meat, no lettuce. Ate here yesterday. Food was not usual quality one expects from Taco Bell. Got promotional $5 box. Fillings non-existent, all food in box cold - hungry so ate a little of each of the three items in the box. You had to ask for ice from behind counter. Very little put in cups, yet sodas out of the machine vastly watered down and flat. Could not drink.
