The girl dropped my bag of food on the floor, called me Marshall, then realized we all saw her drop the bag...so she puts fresh fries in the bag and transfers the sandwich to the other bag with the fresh fries and then called for Marshall again. I said, it's Michelle and you're crazy if you think a person should eat that after you dropped the sandwich as well. I asked for the manager. His name is Chad Herring. Chad says it's company policy to give the customer the sandwich that fell on the floor bc it was in the bag, but they give you fresh fries. I asked again, and he insisted it was COMPANY POLICY to give customers food in a bag that FELL ON THE FLOOR to the customer bc the sandwich itself did not hit the floor even though my sandwich was discombobulated in the bag. He says he'd eat the sandwich in the bag off the floor bc it's company policy. So, Jack Stefano - Operator of Store Hanover FSU 02756 Chick-fil-a, it's your store. The plaza was under construction and had horrible signage for anyone coming in at night. The food was what you'd expect from chick-fil-a. I was meeting my wife for a pitbull concert and we pregamed with some chicken and beers. Food was delicious, we just ordered the basic chicken sandwiches. read more

I have never met a Chick Fil A that I didnt like u today. The lemonade had no sugar. I asked for replacement lemonade. They got lemonade from the drive thru. It was not mixed properly. I asked for De. Pepper instead. It is lacking soda syrup and carbonation. Flat watered down Dr Pepper. Now for the first time in 40 years, my mom sitting across from me could not eat her sandwich because it was overly breaded, has a piece of gristle, and is greasy. Never again Haniver. There is no extra help with ordering at lunch time on the outside. If you are in a hurry, avoid

They accidentally put the wrong nuggets that I ordered, but they quickly changed them to what I wanted and offered to leave the ones that I did not order. all this was done with a sincere smile, which made me very happy. This is the only fast food in the USA where, despite the city and even the state, you will be served equally excellently. I have been going to this chic fil a since they opened . Never once had any issues . Always great service. Always nice people . But around 9am Friday January 15th a friend and I had gone through the drive thru (no line at all) ordered a chicken and biscuit sandwich and 2 bacon and n cheese on a biscuit sandwiches . When I had opened my ordered half way home I had 2 biscuits with nothing but cheese in them. I'm an understanding man as ive worked in restaurants and restaurant management, hotel management so I'm no stranger to the hospitality industry. I figured it happens. It's an easy fix. We went back to let them know so we could get two new sandwiches. I was even gonna give them the biscuits they gave us. But when we let them know the issue and we pulled up to the window I was greeted at a female manager I believe it was who instead of apologizing and offering new sandwiches she had asked if she could just give us the eggs and bacon separate" so I had to make my own sandwich ? I was so flabbergasted by this and never heard anything like that before so I just said yes cause I was so irratated that she had seriously asked that and I just wanted to leave. I mean was it really that hard to make 2 new sandwiches when there was 1 Other car there ?? That's it. I was very upset and was never gonna come here again. The only reason I will be coming back is cause of Dan who answered the phone and is one of the managers . He had apologized offered me a free meal . I declined as a free meal was not what I was looking for . But he was so understanding of why I was upset and apologetic even though I was extremely upset as I was talking to him but he had promised to look into it and make sure that it never happened again to me or any other customer there . CFA just announce a reduction in the size options for drinks and "Ice Dream" cups. For a restaurant chain at the top of the heap, this is a giant step in the wrong direction in customer service. Bad move CFA. I am sure this is a cost cutting measure, but I will personally be boycotting for a time and will be less likely to choose Chic-Fil-A in future. Every time I go, it's always busy and for a good reason! The employees handle the lunch rush so well. The line always moves super fast and you get your food almost instantly. Went to the drive-thru today at lunch and will never me back again. The food wasn't ready yet so I was told to move up it would be a few more minutes. They have a catering van in parking lot and was told to move up to that point. After moving up to that point cars started to back up behind me. The car behind my vehicle was honking their horn and swearing at me to move. I didn't know where to move to. Then the manager Merium came out and yelled at me to move into the parking lot. I moved my car into the parking lot and waited longer. My order was 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and a order of chicken nuggets for my child I was on my way to pick up from daycare. He Manager came out again and threw the food through my window and walked off. I asked her how I can make a complaint about her and she said she was the manager and there isn't much point. After driving away I looked at the website and noticed the owners name. I called the store trying to get contact information for him to make a complaint and of course I got the same manager. She refused to give me any contact information and was actually laughing on the phone. This is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with before. I will be making my complaint to corporate and my dash cam captured most of the encounter. That will be posted to you tube read more
