No problems here to report other than no access to the lobby. Food was what was to be expected.

Two orders and they can't seem to get it right! Both orders were missing food and included specifically non-requested items. Unacceptable.

They gave us stale food and then told us that they can't give us fresh food because their kitchen closes at 7 but they're open until 10?? She was rude and very unhelpful. read more

This Taco Bell/KFC is "okay," but they have neat habit of messing stuff up. for example, I asked for Pico sauce, as in Pico de Gallo and this goober puts in taco sauce -- as in red taco sauce?! I was too far away when I discovered it to go back -- too far being I was parked and it wasn't worth MY time to drive back over there. Just irritating. More training and supervision for young kids! Also, they don't have stuff like Green sauce or Border sauce?! WTF? My wife HATES their burritos as she orders no onions, extra cheese. RARELY does ANY Taco Bell put extra cheese on when you order it (I tell her it's a waste -- they don't care). Anyway, went there tonite, had popcorn chicken and two fresco crunchy tacos... hard to mess that up. Was good. She had their XXL Chalupa and seemed happy. Idk what is with the guy reviewing this place over and over saying he hates this place but, keeps going back. I'm just passing through and he should really visit a KFC in Connecticut to know what a terrible KFC is. This one was great!! The staff was so friendly and although the food took a little longer it was hot and fresh. Not bad for 930 at night. The guy cashing me out had friendly conversation while my daughter and I waited. Food is good for what it is. The atmosphere is pretty good. The staff is always grumpy when I walk in. After I finished ordering the one day the cashier said to my friend "oh what? Your ordering now too.." like he didn't want to serve her. The guy was very old and probably shouldn't be working there because he makes the place not very welcoming and it's part of why me and my friends don't come here anymore that often read more

This entire place is filthy! Trash everywhere in kitchen all over floor and its not like they were in a rush. The place had 6 people in it and no cars in drive thru. Food dried on tables and the seats had old food encrusted in cracks of vinyl booths. The service was slow yet the servers seem kind but just not into their job. The food was cold when we got it and seemed to be sitting in the hot boxes for some time. This is the third time we have come here and even though it seems new its very nasty and dirty inside. read more

Manager is very unprofessional. I Ordered a Cheetos sandwich. Cheetos where stale and missing the sauce . When I said something about the sandwich, never once apologize and told me I couldn't have a replacement with something different because I bit into it one time. The manager Kim's shirt was filthy and looks like she hasn't washed it in weeks. Entire staff was very rude and I will never come here again. The restaurant was empty and every table was dirty including the bathroom. After I mentioned the problem with the sandwich I overheard all the staff talking from the kitchen about my experience with stale Cheetos and no Cheeto sauce on my Cheeto sandwich. I should've been aware that the sauce was missing before the sandwich was made. The manager was Very unprofessional by not addressing the situation and just relying messages back-and-forth with the cashier . I wouldn't of been angry if the manager Kim would've addressed the situation, and offered me a new sandwich.
