Just poor customer service. Not sure if i will go back there. General manager looks at me crazy like this is 1936. Very poor attitude. I dont recommend this Hardees. They need new management because the GM is horrible. She needs to find a profession where she can be more pleasant to people minus her racist attitude. I wont be back!!

I had a doctors appointment over in Chambersburg and when we left, we wanted to find somewhere to…read moreeat that was different and we found Dave's Hot Chicken Since this was our first time eating at this establishment, we were unsure what to order so we both decided to order the number one which is two chicken tenders and fries and you have the option of selecting what type of spice level you want and we both elected to get them mild. And let's just say that it was simply outstanding, the spice rub had a lot of flavor and their own sauce, made it even more enjoyable dipping in it . The fries or crinkle cut fry with a very light seasoning and they were done to perfection . When we walked in, we were cheerfully greeted by the young lady behind the counter who provided such outstanding customer service and answered our questions and made sure that we are well taken care of and let's just say this is very impressive for a fast food place if that is the category to call this place . She was kind enough to give my wife a sample of the kale salad and my wife said that's also outstanding . The interior is very cool a lot of graffiti art on all the walls and I could just sit there and stare at the walls all day that's how needed it was and you could see that in the pictures . The interior has plenty of open seating and the interior is spotless and let me rephrase that it was spotless. Nothing on the floor. The counters and table were very clean and presentable. Not one complaint on the cleanliness of this establishment and the bathroom was spotless. Very impressed ! You can tell that the staff takes a lot of pride in their job and maintaining the inside of this restaurant. My hat is tipped to them for their hard work and dedication on keeping this place very well presented. This is a fairly new location. The young lady said they opened in August and there is plenty of open parking all around this location. So yes, this is a very highly recommended place to stop if you want to try some unique chicken and I asked one of the other people that were eating in there. They have a mac & cheese with chicken and let me say it looked amazing and that's on my list for next time we come out this way Thanks for doing such a great job at this restaurant and we look forward to stopping back again when we are out that way for my next doctors appointment .

( I believe the worst I have ever had)I think they in the warmer for a couple hours. I could not finish them. Plus they were not hot. The fries were warm at most but had an old oil taste to them. Now they did get my sandwich right and my drink correct. They should go back and retrain people. Or pay them minimum wage till they can do a simple job right. The poor quality of preparation of my order was shameful. But it is not going to change. Complaining at the store only gets you order redone. I didn't have time today. Why can't they get it right the first time.

I don't like the breadsticks so never order them. I didn't really want the large amount of food but knew I could use it home as leftovers. Within minutes the soup and salad arrived. I began on the salad and within 5 or so minutes the main meal arrived. I never had time for the salad and had about half the soup. The soup was fair as the veggies and beans were super soggy/too soft, likely to having been sitting in the liquid since many hours ago when it was made for the lunch crowd. I had the tour of Italy as the entree but subbed cheese ravioli instead of the chicken. The ravioli was okay. Fettuccine fair, lacking taste in the Alfredo sauce. The lasagna was okay as well. It had a distinct sausage taste but fair on the good side. Disgusted at feeling rushed to eat, I decided to eat some but take the majority home to enjoy at a slower pace. The waitress, college aged tried to make things better by offering me extra Alfredo sauce so I could use it when reheating the Fettuccine so it's not too dry. She did great in lowering my disappointment and increasing my happiness-a great model others could follow! This is a nice restaurant, comfortable and located in a convenient place. I cautiously recommend this establishment.

We started out with a salad and mozzarella sticks, most of the lettuce within the salad was brown and/or browning. The mozzarella sticks were good, the marinara sauce had something hard sticking out of it. Neither of us were sure what it was. Our entrees consisted of the shrimp alfredo and "create your own" pasta. The shrimp alfredo was either not made properly or was sitting for a while as the sauce was practically water when we received our food. The create your own pasta was good, the noodles were a little undercooked and still sticky. It unfortunately was a very disappointing experience for one of our (previously) favorite places for a date.
