9/18/25 we were traveling from out of town and stopped at this location. Very nice gentleman (manager?) took our order. Got food rather quickly for a family of 4. Walking to the parking lot, our bag ripped and we lost all our fries and nuggets My husband went back in and same guy was so nice and replaced the fries and nuggets without charging. Honestly I chose starving rather than that nasty food. They only gave half the order to begin with. 10/10 do not recommend.

How can I rate it zero stars? For preorders, this is one of the worst stops. The order is never ready and be prepared to wait in line. I guess, if you want it fresh, it's not so bad. From what I read here, good luck getting the food you ordered. If you're interested in fast deliveries, go somewhere, anywhere else. The workers clearly don't want to be here. read more

The food at this location is halfway decent. Maybe it just tastes decent because by the time you've gotten your food, enough time has gone by that you should've had another meal or two already. I can't believe how long it takes for the drivethru line to move. 20 minutes later and I've moved three cars up in line... and that's because two people got sick of waiting in front of me and left. read more

I usually like to eat Wendy's more than any other chains nearby but this spot in particular I recommend no one goes to. Even with no cars in line they take their time to even acknowledge your presence, let alone take your order. The drive through speaker itself is garbage which is what I hope is the reason behind the fact they always get my order wrong. I don't know how a spicy chicken sandwich with a coke turns into a Dave's double with a sprite but I don't care at this point. DO NOT EAT HERE. I don't do reviews or waste my time on the phone with corporate offices.... But my experience was absolutely atrocious. People without gloves on expoing food and mashing their BARE HANDS all over peoples food, there's a layer of grease so bad on the floor that my daughter fell just from walking, absolutely everything is caked in dirt and old food laying all over the counters . THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO USE THEIR NICOTINE VAPES OVER THE GRILL. On phones and doing nothing. I've never waited so long for fast food in my life. It was so disgusting in there that I just decided to leave which was met by attitude and passive aggressive comments from an employee to the point where she was standing at the counter yelling at me. She was a tall shorter haired girl in a baseball cap with a round face . She and the boy who is smoking while on the grill need to be fired immediately. The issue isn't their food this time though the fries were lukewarm when we got them, no it was their service. Took 40 minutes to get to the ordering box in drive-thru, then 10 more minutes to get the food once we got to the window. Then we asked specifically if the food in the bag was the doubles we had ordered and got a "yes". After we left the drive-thru we checked and they had given us singles instead. I found two employees at the dine-in entrance who wouldn't take my food to be fixed/replaced and told me I had to go back thru that drive-thru to get it fixed. I refused and walked to the drive-thru window instead to get the order fixed and the manager was unapologetic about my order. Regarding their corporate customer service, I privately put feedback in their app the night it happened, and never got a response so now a few days later, I am letting you guys know so you are informed. read more

This is the second weekend that I went to Wendy's for a frosty first weekend I ordered a strawberry frosty gentleman said is that all and I said yes .and he was outside with his head set on . And he saidboh I'm sorry I just put strawberry mix I the machine so it will be awhile . He never washed his hands from being outside went right to the window so we got chocolate ones . So today we went ordered strawberry frosty a lady took our order while she was getting our ordered ready young man with tattoos on his neck was standing up real close her and she handed us a straw and a fork and I said can we have spoons not forks he said real nasty we don't have spoons and told me I didn't have to be rude .so if you order chilli they will give you a fork cause they don't have spoons this is the second incourter with this gentleman read more

I do not eat fast food often but when I do I usually pick Wendy's. This is the second time I've gone within the last month and the french fries were cold. I asked for new french fry and the Fry guy argued with me insisting that they had just come out but yet they were stone cold mind you I touched the french fries knew they were cold handed them to the person, Ask For knew ones he argued with me but what's the most disgusting thing is the french fries that were cold and I touched were put back on the rack to give to someone else. We stopped here for lunch on the way home from Thanksgiving weekend in New York. When we're travelling and need fast food Wendy's is generally the lesser of the evils up North (the chains down south are so much better.) As is to be expected it's not exactly the best lunch you can get. First off, I have to say that I really dislike Wendy's new fries. They are overly salted to an insane degree and practically inedible. Also, their new "hot and juicy" burgers should really be called "hot and greasy". The miss' grabbed a single burger and the bun itself was actually greasy. No other fast food burger joint has the grease on the bun as well as the patty itself, and it was quite a turnoff when it's all over your hands. I decided to be different for once and tried my first grilled chicken sandwich from Wendys but as disappointed. The chicken was that nasty rubbery processed stuff and it tasted gross. This kind of food is expected when you're traveling down the highway and need to stop to eat something near the exit. I just wish there were some better options up here, and I wish Wendys would go back to their old burgers and fries (less grease and less salt for the win!) read more

We stopped at Wendy's today for lunch... fried smell approaching door was overbearing... when we opened the door the entire restaurant was filled with blue/black smoke, entirely to the floor... smoke started burning my nostrils & hurting my eyes... why wasn't the manager evaluating the place... couldn't believe that people were actually standing in line to order food... is like they needed someone to tell them what to do... lady at table, as we went into restaurant, commented that the smoke was really bad... but she just sat there... is like... come on people... if the manager doesn't have the good sense to tell people to leave, don't you have enough sense to decide on your own that this is a place you really don't want to be... just praying the restaurant wasn't on fire with all those people in it... in a situation like this, sure hope someone doesn't sue the company over problems from inhaling all that smoke... needless to say, we turned around & left... a very disgruntled customer... read more

Not good at all. Had a burger and ordered it with just pickles and catchup and it came with Cheese and a huge amount of catchup. The fries were soggy and oily. The oil was a dark and very used. My wife and I had upset stomachs. Will never eat at this Wendy's again. I bet Dave is rolling around in his grave! read more

Service was horrible! It took 20 mins to even get to the pick up window after doing a mobile order. The lady named Kayleigh refused to give me a refund after canceling my order after I had requested when she was shouting and screaming at me and my family through the drive thru speaker. Told me welp not my problem not my fault you will have to go through your bank. Then refused to give me a receipt for the refunded order. Yelled at me to get out of line so other people can order. Yelled stating that they were short staff. The app still shows my order then a younger gentleman came outside shouting go around the assholes. They refused to give me a refund or a proof of receipt of the canceled order. Told me I would have to go through my bank for that another person told me to call the app. The wendys app customer service told me that they need to cancel the order and it automatically goes back on my card. The order never showed as canceled and never refunded on my card. When that happened then at that point we simply said then just give us the supposed canceled order. They refused to do that as well. read more

Sad to say we used to eat at Wendy's much more, but this store has changed that. They are too busy multi-tasking that they almost always get part of the order wrong (this is an issue for the whole chain). Here the food is regularly cold, unless you order a Frosty which is a soupy melted mess before you even get it. In our experience this store is dirty: sticky tables and trash on the floor. read more

unlike everyone else here, I've had great luck with Wendy's here. it has to be the fastest drive-thru ever. if I pull up at 10 at night, I'll lay at the first window and almost before I come to a full stop at the second, they are already handing me my drink and meal. very fast, and have never been disappointed by the food. that's not to say they always make award winning burgers. every place has its bad days, but for the most part I always leave happy. the staff is always very decent and the place is always clean. what else are you looking for? read more
