This location is terrible!! Stopped coming here. Today was my first time back in 3 months...Id say its gotten worse! No cars in drive thru when I ordered and still had to wait on food. Sandwich wasn't made correctly. Fries were cold too! Somethings never change. I'll keep going out of my way to Mc Donald's and Arbys. Me my sister mom dad and cousins went to the drive thru it was a Sunday or Saturday I think bc they closed at 8:00pm and it was 7:40 when we got there and we were ordering and I will admit we were taking a bit long but then my dad got rudely interrupted bye the drive-thru worker she said " ARE YOU ALMOST DONE" an annoyed rude tone and when we got to the window she was really rude and the only good part was the food never eating or coming here again terrible service. read more

The most consistently disgusting restaurant I've ever been to. I'm the dummy that keeps going back But never again. And to make it worse most of the employees look dirty themselves. The place makes the food taste bad. I've seen the owners, face to face and they are very well dressed and very clean cut. For people that hold themselves to a standard you'd expect them to hold their employees and business's to the same. My review has nothing to do with the food, service or cleanliness of this Burger King. It has everything to do with the fact that my niece was contracted (she's private painting contractor) to paint this store inside and out. She spent her own money doing this and a considerable amount of her time. When the job was done the staff was very pleased with her work, but SHE WAS NEVER PAID FOR THE JOB. NOTHING!!! She can't afford an attorney to sue them and has abandoned her painting business. I ask that you boycott and/or make sure you tell the Burger King staff and management of this dirty deed! Immature and thoughtless employees with terrible customer service. The girl that took my order sounded like a brat trying to give me attitude. The man who gave me my food and took my cash didn't greet or say a word with me and looked like he had just finished huffing exhaust fumes or had lost too many brain cells doing it the previous times. I've been going here from time to time and I'll say today's service from the manager was garbage. In the process of pulling in, my 15 min coupon went away when I put it down. I told the manager and said I'll be alright. The cashier said that I was supposed to get the bogo whopper but when I got home after my 45 min drive I found out it wasn't there. By the way the drive through is terrible for trucks and at all turns my full sized truck almost hits. I'll probably go again just giving a warning about this place before you go. read more

I went to the Burger King in Hanover Pennsylvania in the giant shopping center for drive-through yesterday. There were two lanes open and only two cars in the first lane and no cars in the second lane. I drove up to the second lane placedmy order. The employee asked for my order and I started to give it. I had only ordered one of the three items when she asked me to hold. And then she proceeded to wait on that one not two but three cars in the other lane. So I drove up to the window and explain the situation to the other employee. The first employee made a groaning sound, to which I responded you don't need to have an attitude when you're the one that messed it up. So we ended up holding up the line to give our order and wait for them to give us the wrong thing three times. The service was horrible. The food wasn't that good and what they gave us wasn't what we ordered. But it wasn't worth going back. I worked drive-through at fast food and I know that it's not a fun job. People are nasty and you can't understand them and they may speak the language you don't understand. But you completely ignore the customer and then make a groaning noise when they have to correct it is totally unprofessional. Maybe this is just an exception for this Burger King. This was only my first visit there. Hopefully your experience would not be the same. read more

I ordered two value meals. One hamburger meal and one cheeseburger meal. One of the cheeseburgers had a paper tag under the meat on the bun. Poor service related to their response to the issue. Very poor on the part that it had to be seen but they ignored the paper when putting the burger on the bun. Will go to 5 guys for now on. Worst of all it wasn't even busy. In the past I've been to this Burger King and it's been horrible I thought because they remodeled it may be a little better now so I tried it again this morning sandwich croissant sandwich was ice cold you could feel it cold through the wrapper the tater tot rounds were hard as a rock and ice cold I always wonder why there's not one car ever in the morning there it's probably because the food is horrible it seems like it's gotten no better. This is the most disgusting restaurant I have step foot into. The store is outdated but thats not the issue. As I looked behind the counter the floor has not been swept in days. There was a build up of grease crumbs and trash under the food stand. I stopped for breakfast and my hashbrowns were over fried and tasted like fish. Don't think they changed the grease from last night. The restaurant gets one star because the cashier was extremely nice. DON'T EAT HERE.....shame there are far and few Burger Kings around.
