This a a super-sized CFA right off I-83 Exit 4 (Shrewsbury). This place is ALWAYS busy but wait times are short. Service is superb and always polite. Double drive through lanes keep everything moving. Chick strips, nuggets, sandwiches all standard CFA. Love the Mac. I have never had an issue here. read more

Not that any of this matters because Chick-Fil-A employees are fake nice with their "my pleasure" fakeness. I ordered lunch for my family through the app yesterday and didn't receive all of my chicken sandwiches. It's irritating because I paid for those and promised my family lunch. I did get a refund and was sent a free sandwich through the app as a reward. I also understand that there are people homeless and I'm complaining about a chicken sandwich but I should have received my full order. Have always appreciated the way this store treats the youth of the area. They really promote the kids that work for them and teach them responsibility and character. Located just off an interstate exit, this Chick-fil-A has a captive audience and is accordingly busy. The employees are so friendly and efficient that a line I thought would take at least 10 minutes was done in half the time. Consistency is key for any quality chain, and thus was no exception. Fries were hot and crispy,they have diet Dr.pepper,and the chicken sandwiches we got were tasty. Chick -fil -À is my favorite national fast food chain and this location proved again why it's my standard go-to especially when traveling. read more

I am extremely disappointed and just honestly disgusted with my experience yesterday 7/1/24 at this location. My husband & I went through the drive-thru to order an 8 piece grilled nuggets and a tiny cup of whipped cream as a last meal for our senior dog Chico. You see we were headed across the street to the Mason Dixon Animal Hospital to have Chico put to sleep. He was almost 14 years old and battling heart failure. He was our son, he has been in our family since the day he was born. All we wanted was to give him something he loved for his final meal. We were greeted by a young man that took our order for the nuggets and I asked if it was possible to have the smallest cup of whipped cream and told him the situation. He seemed puzzled and I said I would just ask at the pickup window. He said no I will call on the radio. He did and after a minute said they aren't responding. I said its ok I can ask or if I need to pay for it or order a milkshake and just get the whipped cream. He scanned my app and told me the total of $11.39! That was the total for the nuggets and a milkshake! I was already pretty upset and baffled at the total. We get to the pickup window and I am handed a medium sized bowl of whipped cream and the bag of nuggets. I was in shock at this point and said to the young woman that if i were having to pay for a milkshake that we will take the shake and he can lick the whipped off of there. I explained what the request was about and she did show empathy about his soon to be passing. She proceeded to then grab a milkshake and handed it to us. Look its not about the money at all, It's the simple point that a little compassion and decency would have went a long way! You would think that a large well known and very profitable company would of been able to afford to give a thimble full of whipped cream as a kind gesture to an old dying dog. Or at least offer any other solution. But $5 and change for a full milkshake.. Geez like even offer a refund or something or charge for a lesser item or here's a thought BE KIND and give it to us and show some Compassion! Other companies have things in place such as Starbucks with the pup cups. We frequent Chik-fil-a very frequently and honestly after this situation we will no longer ever support or patron another location ever! You all could of done better plain and simple and my money does not support greed or unhuman companies! I I will say this your company can certainly take a lesson from other companies. Today I had to cancel the Auto-Ship through Chewy for Chico's heart medicines, not only were they super supportive and sweet they simply asked me to take the meds that were just literally sent to us only a few days ago that were not even opened to a local pharmacy for them to dispose of. The Rep that helped me also issued a full refund for the recently shipped meds. Its the littlest thing that they did out of RESPECT that made me smile in this awful time of grief. I love this location! Never an issue with mobile order, they sometimes even give me more sauce than I requested. The manager seems to be pretty active, and since they opened a second drive thru lane it's been quick unless you go at very peak hours. And it's so cute in spring when they post signs congratulating their high school graduate employees. read more

Using the mobile app makes everything so much easier. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A and haven't had many issues. I waited in the newly renovated drive through line (5-10min), and got my food. I asked the worker if they checked to make sure I got everything I ordered, and she said yes. I pulled up to the stopsign a few feet away from the drive thru door to check my bags. They forgot my large fries and cheese sauce. I yelled for the worker multiple times but she didn't hear me so I had to walk up to the door and tell her and it was so embarrassing for me to walk in front of a car and just obnoxious. The food was very good, as per usual. I have no other current complaints about this location of CFA, but please actually check to make sure mobile orders are correct! read more

Wow! Now this is a Chick-Fil-A! So good! I rarely get out here as I live in Maryland, but whenever I go, it's fantastic! Went here recently for breakfast, and I got my favorite, The Original Chicken Biscuit. This is the best one I've ever had, and that's saying something. Not sure if this one uses the regular size chicken patty or what, but it was hot and very good quality. I can't say enough good things about that breakfast sandwich. Keep up the good work! While enroute to a camping ground, I pulled off the highway to this Chick-fil-a location. The staff immediately greeted me at the cash register. I placed my order for lunch. I was given a color coded holder to be placed on my table. The General Manager immediately greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Shortly afterwards, my meal was presented to my table. It's Chick-fil-a...as far as fast food goes, it's a delicious option (but always makes me feel miserable afterwards). Regardless, the nuggets, classic chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and the milkshakes are awesome on a fast food level. This location is always crazy busy, though. At peak times, it's often difficult to find parking in their part of the lot, and the drive-thru is way too long. Both issues have kept me from stopping by in the past. Other than that, it's a nice, clean location, and the staff has always been really nice. I just can't get over how insanely busy it can get! read more

We pulled in to chik fila in shrewsbury with a line of aprox 15 in the drive thru we patiently waited our turn, well what should have been out turn to order. But two employees came out and began taking orders in a line of cars that they flagged in from the outskirts of the parking lot.
