This is my new go-to place for a quick meal while I am out and about. I'm so glad they opened a Burger King, in the area. Everyone knows that McDonalds is the worst of the fast food restaurants in the area, besides failing every health inspection that occurs when the Health Department inspects the restaurant. Wendy's used to be my previous go-to place. I still go there for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, that wins over all the other competitors in the area. I'm mostly a creature of habit when it comes to fast food. I always get the Whopper with cheese, a small fry, and a large Diet Coke, when I go to Burger King. I like the flame broiled burger taste with fresh toppings. I've come to use the drive through as opposed to eating inside because the tables are always dirty and you have to wait a long time to get your food. If you're looking for a healthy, low calorie meal, I wouldn't suggest here, although I haven't really explored the menu in depth. I am comparing what I eat to other competitors meals. I would recommend Burger King for a quick meal; drive through only though. read more

I like BK but will not come back to this location or ANY GPS Hospitality restaurant if I can help it. Service is consistently slow-to-stop. Today I was the only one in the drive thru. Pulled in at 10:32 and my order wasn't taken until 10:37. I was then asked to pull away from the window because they were making "fresh fries"... again, I was the only one in the drive-thru and the lot was empty. Got my food at 10:44. How long does it take to cook fries? The fries I got were ok. This isn't the only time service was slow and food was sub-par. I mentioned before that they charge 30 cents per burger for extra pickle. Ordered an Impossible Whopper on 9/15/26 7:02 pm and got a regular one. When I went to exchange it the Assistant Manager refused and told me it was an impossible burger in a regular box. I asked to make another one and the Assistant Manager refused claiming it was an impossible burger in a regular wrap and box. She said she knew because she works there I asked why didn't they put it in the impossible burger wrap and didn't answer. I ended up getting my money back because she refused to make another impossible burger. The sad part is the day shift is great . read more

How this place has more than one star must be because family of owner or employees are giving higher ratings. This is the SLOWEST place to get food, and last 2 times I ended up leaving before they took my order at the drive-thru. I wait 6 months or longer before I try them again. I didn't see many employees in there so this may be the reason why. i'm not mad just a little disappointed. our food was basically cold and they pulled us up because they just put the jalapeño bites down witch is fine i work in fast food so i understand. but the other food was lukewarm, and they forgot our sauces. overall a 5/10 still ate food but no sauce and almost cold food read more

Everyone knows this drive through is extremely slow. Takes minimum of 15min even if there is only one car in front of you. They always seem confused on your order too when you get to the window. Just got an order and they forgot our kids meal and they left out items once they did bring it out. Bairly got any fries in the boxes either. Today, I ordered on my phone and received about $10 off my order. Easy-Peasy! The order was hot and ready when I picked it up. My sandwiches were delish. The staff was friendly and helpful. Place is a disaster. When it opened years ago I was excited because I enjoy Burger King a lot. This place isn't clean, the workers mess around and don't take orders and food is not good sadly. The only place in the area that is worse may be McDonald's, I would stick with any where else. read more

Always something here... and not something great. I live near this BK and often need a quick meal or snack when heading out. This place almost always blows it. The food is not the issue. It is just like any other BK in that manner. It is the service, lack of products, and lengthy waits. I do not know how many times they are "out" of key items. Or they never answer the drive through lane I am sitting in, meanwhile they processed three cars waiting in the other lane, two of which arrived after I did. I often see a manager and one other in there. Staffing issue are real. All of the area fast food places suffer this (except Chick-Fil-A), but BK is the worst. I suspect this location will find itself shut down in the near future. It is never that busy. Even at prime times. read more

Haven't been here in almost a year because of the slow drive thru. Nothings changed. 33 minutes in the drive thru. The slowest drive thru in the history of drive thrus. You can go to a sit down restaurant order your food, eat, and get out quicker than going here. read more

I know all fast food places have been challenged by lack of staff these days. But this Burger King started out really great when it first opened and then it steadily declined to the point where you can't count on them having anyone available at the drive-through or even at the dine in Part of the restaurant. That aside, the most disappointing thing is their overall food quality. The beef they use these days is very low grade. It's full of fat and gristle, and has very little, if any taste. Even the meatless impossible whopper has become dry and tasteless... As if it was sitting out, and they merely nuked it in the microwave or put it under hot light and plopped it on a bun. Overall, food, quality and service at this location is at an all time low in my opinion. As our area continues to grow with more restaurants and retail, they are really going to have problems competing here if things don't get better. In the upcoming months, there will be a Royal Farms across the road with more food choices and probably more food places to come into the new retail area . I hope this serves as a wake up call for management before it's too late. read more

Pulled up to both intercoms open. When I pulled up to the first one they said "Be right with you". About 5 minutes later another car pulls up to 2nd intercom and gets their order taken, then another car pulls up and starts giving their order. I said "Hello..I'm still sitting here.. " someone opened the back door looked out at me then went back in. I pulled into a spot and went inside. I watched people having no idea what they were doing. One family in line behind me got furious and left. The kid ordering in front of me was reaching over the register hitting buttons to mess with the other kid taking the order. Never ever have enough staff. Got stuck in drive thru 2x once 6 months ago, once today. Each time no one to take orders at intercom or to serve food. Only 1 car in front of us and waited 20 minutes to order nothing. I'm sure the staff is nice but it doesn't matter if you can't serve people. read more

Id give a zero if I could. Stopped in during the afternoon when store was not busy. It took around 15 minutes to get my order. My chicken sandwich couldn't even be considered a "sandwich" as it was just a small chicken tender between two smashed buns. Looks like it could have been a kids meal. There should definitely be a lower rating than one star and this place deserves every bit of it! I haven't gone here in months because the last time it took me an hour and 20 minutes to get through the line at lunchtime. today I took my chances because there was only three cars in line but shocker it still took them 45 minutes to make my food. I had a few words with the manager, which is when she told me that she was not allowed to tell people how long it would take for their food(I sat at the speaker to order for 15 minutes after someone said one minute please) I made the mistake of not checking it, and when I finally did over an hour later, it was incorrect.! I took it back to the store to replace and they took that old sandwich back so someone I'm sure will be getting a two hour old sandwich soon! I highly suggest you do not go there if you value yourself or your time in anyway! They need to fire everyone and start fresh! read more

It is fast food, nothing special but this has to be the best food i have gotten at a Burger King! The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and just as i ordered. I was so disappointed with this Burger King. We stopped there for a quick burger since we were going right by it to get back home. I have been there before but this was the most awful. Wish I had gone to McDonalds or Wendys. The burgers were barely warm, had three pickles on it and a dime-sized portion of ketchup. We ordered cheese sticks and they gave us Jalapeno poppers. We told the person who handed us the food and he gave us cheese sticks. That would have been okay except they were cold. If this is the way you keep business, it's going to be another burger joint out of business. I shall not go back. Nothing like what is shown on TV, way below that standard. The food and service is good. It's interior is clean. The only thing is you will freeze inside with the AC set so low.
