I had to cut through a line of traffic to get into the lot. When I was able to navigate the lot I had to then find a parking spot. None of them were available near the entrance to the lot so I decided to go around the building and saw there were spots, but an entitled person decided to park sideways in several spots and left nowhere else to park on that side. So I went to what is basically the front of the building and found a spot. Such chaos. Finally inside, I used the kiosks to link my account and place my order. Order placed, took a number and found a table. Situated myself and just waited for my food to come out. After a bit it did appear and I was about to dig in. However, there was no ketchup on the tray and it appeared there is no ketchup out in the restaurant to grab my own. I went to the counter and had to wait until a staff member came to the counter. Interestingly enough it was the staff member that delivered my tray and she thought I was there to order something. I just wanted ketchup and after saying that she handed me a few packets and I went back to my seat. Can't say much about the food, it is what it is. We all know what McDonald's taste like and there isn't anything special to it. Leaving here was just as chaotic. I was trying to pull out and was almost in an accident. There are too many thing converging at the entrance to this lot.

Everyone knows that McDonalds is the worst of the fast food restaurants in the area, besides failing every health inspection that occurs when the Health Department inspects the restaurant. Wendy's used to be my previous go-to place. I still go there for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, that wins over all the other competitors in the area. I'm mostly a creature of habit when it comes to fast food. I always get the Whopper with cheese, a small fry, and a large Diet Coke, when I go to Burger King. I like the flame broiled burger taste with fresh toppings. I've come to use the drive through as opposed to eating inside because the tables are always dirty and you have to wait a long time to get your food. If you're looking for a healthy, low calorie meal, I wouldn't suggest here, although I haven't really explored the menu in depth. I am comparing what I eat to other competitors meals. I would recommend Burger King for a quick meal; drive through only though.

They treated us with helpfulness and kindness. You truly felt as the costumer that you and your order were important and mattered. The manager, Hannah personally sat down with us and went over all details, worked along side us to make sure we didn't forget anything that we may have needed and made sure we were happy with everything we ordered at a price we could afford. She was patient and explained everything and was happy to answer any and all questions we had. She even personally came in early to help make subs and guarantee our order was ready for pickup as soon as they opened on Sunday. The subs were large, delicious and very well made.
