I ordered a pizza Sunday night March 8, 2025, to be delivered to my apartment right up the street from the store, when the pizza arrived it was cold, then when I opened the box it was the wrong pizza, I ordered thick crust Mad Dog with extra of what comes on it.. I called the store to explain that I had received the wrong pizza, the guy tried to blame the driver for giving me the wrong pizza, when she clearly didn't she read my name on the ticket and gave me the box that had my name, again clearly your mistake in the store because someone wasn't paying attention.. Then the guy hangs up on me and didn't answer when I called back.. I will be there first thing in the morning with the wrong pizza with the ticket that was placed on the box to say that it was my order. So, they get zero starts from me. And I probably wouldn't be so mad, if the guy hadn't hung up the phone!! customer service really!! I nor my family will be eating here anymore. I want my money back since they can't get my order right and then be rude and hang up, who does that! read more

First time at this MOD. We usually go to the one in West Manchester. Was dismayed to see the person making pizzas had their mask pulled down below her nose. While we were waiting for our pizzas two of the employees engaged in a loud disagreement where they were easily overheard by everyone there. My pizza was done the way I like it. While they were making my husband's they didn't spread the sauce out close to the edge of the pizza. There's usually like a half inch of plain crust and then the pizza starts. This chick left like 2 inches of naked crust and when my husband asked her to spread the sauce closer to the edge she added more sauce but didn't spread it any further. He was mad. You can't beat MOD for their prices and how fast it is. It's good, fast pizza. read more

Today is opening day. With that being said on customer service they were all working hard to make things right. My order was right and the flavor was that of what it should be. This place is worth trying. If you like there style of pizza you should do ok here. read more

The food was good as always. But there was zero effort put into spreading the toppings out. Plus the amount of toppings was very skimpy. Half the pizzas had no cheese. All my chicken was on two and a half slices. My daughters pizza didn't have much cheese or spinach. Obviously no pride in the work. read more

I mean it's great pizza. It's a flat price for however many topping you want to add on and they have MANY toppings to chose from from meats to veggies. They also have a selection of hand crafted beverages that are good. The only thing is that it is a loud atmosphere because it has an open ceiling so everything echoes around. read more

I showed up to pick up my take out order and the store was completely empty, with no one visible that was working. My order was sitting on the counter, with a receipt with my name and phone number visible. I took the order and when I got home 8 minutes later, both pizzas were cold, and no pesto drizzle on the one that was supposed to have it. From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted With smiles and friendly speech. Everyone working was tentative, friendly, and accommodating. After my order was finished they continued to project their excellent customer service asking how our food was. During my visit it began to pick up but that did not deteriorate their attitude. I walked in at 345 and there were 8 staff members behind the counter talking. Only one of the 8 was actually at the counter to make pizzas. I had 5 people behind me at one point and the girl who was slowly getting to my order had to call over to them to come help her. There was zero sense of urgency shown by any of the employees present. When I went to pay they were still counting out the register. I was the first person in the long line of people and it took 15 minutes to go from ordering to paying. When I paid for everything I had asked for two drinks, after I was handed my receipt, the cashier just looked at me. I asked where I get the cups she got snippy with me saying she was going to get them. Now, this is my first impression of this restaurant and I've been to a similar one down South with much better customer service and far better attitudes. I would've even blown it off as the establishment having a bad day but when I brought my barely eaten pizza up to the counter to ask if the red sauce is normally super spicy because I can't eat it, and I like spicy food, I was told yes it is. No offer to exchange it for something I can actually eat. My response was simply "good to know for the future". Horrible! While the food looks pretty, I will never return to this particular restaurant, solely because of the staff. read more

Went there to check it out on opening weekend. Unfortunately I was not impressed at the cleanliness. I watched one lady assist another with garbage and then go straight back to touching pizza without changing gloves. The instrument they use to turn/remove pizzas from the oven was also being stored food side down on the ground. And they don't appear to recycle, seriously who doesn't do that these days. I'm summary decent food but the sanitary practices of Rwanda. Edit: I had the medium cheese. read more
