Love their Club sub with the applewood smoked bacon. The rewards points are great, I've received so many free subs!

We have not been here for awhile as our last experience was not the best including pricing but we were hungry for subs and decided to give it another try. Well we will make sure to go to the competition down the street then next time we want subs. The guy seemed to be more interested in taking care of an order of a customer that was not currently there but was more focused on making the sub go that other order perfect while basically ignoring our subs. We both had to repeat ourselves several times with what we wanted as the guy kept asking , including for the Mike's Way as I asked for it to include light on the oregano and my husband asked for light on the oil and this seemed to baffle the guy. Well we get home and my #8 club sub had no tomatoes at all on the entire sub, we both got giant sized, and I am pretty sure he also missed putting the oil and stuff on my sub and we both only had one strip of bacon on both of our giant subs. My husband had a #9 roast beef sub and said it was just okay. But yet that other order that the guy was definitely more focused on I'm sure was perfect as this is where the guy's focus was instead of paying attention to the customers standing right in front of him. Again we will not be coming back and will be going to Jimmy John's down the street where we have gotten good subs and service. Oh, Jersey Mike's! Where have you been all my life? My husband and I have heard the subs were good and finally decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Subs were tasty but we ordered 2 giants and they were over $20 each and no where near giant size. I couldn't feed my whole family with these small subs and paid over $40!! That's a shame read more

When you pay 13.65 for a sub, a meatball and cheese sub, you would think something basic like cheese would be included. Silly me to expect such things as cheese on a menu item called a meatball and cheese sub. I won't be back. Hugely disappointed. read more

Getting used to this place! Today I finally got a sub the way I wanted except they didn't start making it until I was there which was at the beginning of my time window. Instead of the usual 30 minutes I had 15 so I left a little earlier to get there. I live 3.4 miles away so I got there exactly when it was supposed to be done. Then since there were no subs ready they had to ask me my name. Before when I ordered I had to enter a name but today that wasn't an option but my email name was on it but when they asked for a name I didn't know that. Quality over time has greatly gone downhill. Used to go there 4 to 5 times a month. No longer. Last time there, ordered my usual giant #13 Mike's way. Ordered extra "juice", somehow, sub was dry as desert sand. Second consecutive time this has happened. Last week, tried the new shop on Memory Lane. Same outcome. Never again. we went to the east york location and this location listened and made a much better sub,we got the #13 and they put the mikes way on it and it made a big difference.the assembly line of people appeared to work better than the west end people and it showed in their product.only one suggestion and many sub places go this is to try to serve green lettuce,not aged white. 4-STARS . read more

The cheesesteaks are good when prepared properly. So inconsistent. I can not stand the taste of onions so I get my cheesesteak without onions. Half of the time it comes out great and the other half it ends up with onions I have to pick out of the sandwich. I know the onions are remnants from another sandwich because they're always at the edges of the sandwich. I just can't eat here anymore because recently I keep having the same experience. read more

The subs are overpriced for what you get. $9 for a 7-inch sub with barely anything in it. Little disappointing, these chains can't beat local places. For $9 you can literally order a sub from any pizza shop (I won't even plug any here) and the subs will be larger and you would be able to add extra meat or cheese at that price. Place looked clean and the workers there did a good job so I won't give the place a 1 star. But I won't be back. read more

Great sub shop. Friendly staff, quick service. Prices are decent (maybe $1.00 higher than similar places). Sandwiches have a generous amount of meat and other toppings. Big Kahuna cheesesteak is DELICIOUS! They have a reward points card that you can earn free sandwiches. Decent amount of inside as well as some outside seating. read more

This location is at the former site of Pita Pit, which as sad as I was to see it go, I was so much happier that this place opened up. Their cold cut subs are the best in the area, though my friends rant about their hot ones as well. When you enter, you go the slicer counter and place your order where the staff cuts the proper amount of cold cuts and cheeses by hand, weighing it in the process - thus assuring that you don't get skimped by someone with a lighter hand than the others. Their menu selection is impressive for subs, really does put places like subway and jimmy johns to shame. The bread has a good crunch and is durable enough to not fall apart on you. Go hungry when eat at Mike's, its always a good bang for the buck. I love their italian combo sub. Just be forewarned, the gigantic sub size feeds the average 2-3 people with ease. read more

I had these subs before at a party but I never actually went and got some for myself. I got a small sub (which I thought would be small, it was not) I wasn't sure if I could have the spicy ham that was on it so the lady let me try a piece and decided I probably shouldn't.. so she doubled my ham on it. Who needs S*b@ay and their pitiful subs when you have Jersey Mike's around the corner. The subs these people make are awesome. The bread is fresh and have way more meat on them than their competitors. Yes, they are a little pricey but the freshness and quality balance it all out. First time here and I'm sure we won't be back. The service was really good, but the subs weren't that special. They were average at best and subway has more veggie options. The turkey was a cheap deli style that had very little flavor. The rolls were nearly identical to subway. I'd suggest going to subway - more options and sauces. read more

JERSY MIKES is my go to spot when I want a good sub....and im about to smoke. the staff makes you feel like they know you and the female staff are mostly bbw...which is a plus for me. I DONT GET MY SUBS MIKES WAY....BECAUSE WHO DIPS THEIR SANDWICH IN OIL AND VINEGAR...but besides that.....jersey mikes makes subway look like a trolley car. read more
