Same as it always was. Subs are good - kind of poorly put together and hard/very messy to eat. They put the lettuce tomato and herbs on top of the sandwich like a boat instead of tucked in. Still tastes good though! Service is like no other - the friendliest staff!! read more

I was really hoping to enjoy this place, but it had so few redeeming qualities. The location was convenient and curbside pickup made the whole transaction very easy. The counter person was friendly and got me in my way quickly. For these reasons I gave 2 stars. This was some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The whole pie was completely uneven, from parts of the slices themselves being thicker than others, to unevenly and under cooked. Doughy pizza can be great, maybe not everyone's preference but still good. This pie however was rushed and just edible at best. I could see this place being awesome, and maybe off peak hours it is. Such a fun experience! We were in town for a powerlifting competition. Marcello's was next to our hotel and we wanted pizza, so we thought we'd give it a try. We were welcomed immediately by smiling faces. I noted they had bottled beer, but since I don't like beer I asked if they served wine. The manager told me no only beer, but I could bring my own bottle. Maybe I don't get out much, but I had never heard of a restaurant having BYOB! After getting directions to the nearest liquor store and procurring a nice bottle of wine, we returned to meet our party. We ordered a large pizza with 1/2 buffalo chicken and 1/2 all meat. We also ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza. All three kinds were delicious and piping hot. The crust was thin with a slight crunch, soft yet pliable enough to fold the large pieces in half if desired. Both pizzas had substantial toppings covering the thinly spread sauce. The ham on the meat and Hawaiian was cut into large thin slices--so good! The Hawaiian had just the right ratio of meat and pineapple. The chicken buffalo was perfectly spicy without being over powering. The all meat was just like a meat lover likes--lots of flavorful meat. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Plastic silverware was available presumably for takeout as we were given regular silverware. You could order pizza by the slice that were ready to go or from the menu. I would like to say that this is the worst place I have been to! My food had a bug in it. This is SUCH an unsanitary place! This restaurant needs a health inspection right away. The employees were also so disrespectful on top of that. One employee smoked inside of the restaurant. They don't sanitize anything. The food is taken off the table and then nothing is wiped down. I recommend anybody not to eat here. Especially with COVID being a big issue at manner. Also, to end it off, every time I have ordered they have either messed up my food or forgotten something I have ordered. It's Monday...just shy of noon... One table has 4 customers well into their meal...no one else stands waiting and we step right up to order. A friendly kid takes our order... two lunch specials (drink, salad and a slice)...it's 1155.... At 1225.. no food...no one has come in after us...one of the employees comes out of the kitchen to sit down at eat lunch...where are our salads our slices???? We go knock on the kitchen door because there isn't an employee to be seen except the one that's eating... We see a kid siting on the counter top on the kitchen eating a slice...the kid who took our order said that the ticket didn't print in the kitchen....hmmmmmm....the slices and ovens are out front....1230...salad!!! The kid (the who took our order) puts the slices in the oven.... 1240...the slices come out...perfect!!! But seriously 45 minutes for a salad and a slice x2.... Unbelievably amateur. New location with a bunch of idiots working there. Lunchtime Monday, the place is empty, it takes 35min for 2 salads and 2 slices of pizza. They register person claimed it was because lunch special orders don't print in the back. But we were the only people there. When I asked where our food was at the 30min mark the register guy was sitting on the food prep counter having a snack. A delivery person had what looked like a comp meal and left a mess under the table. No one cleaned it up. Food preparers don't wear hats or hair nets. We called the main location at George St but got a cryptic answer. I put one star but I wish there was a no stars category. The pizza was okay. Best to order take out. read more

We recently moved to the area and I am obsessed with the buffalo chicken pizza. It's the perfect pizza. The wings are also amazing!

I have really love the foods had from Marcello's. A friend and I ordered a small buffalo chicken Stromboli for lunch and is was big enough to share between the two of us and it was delicious. The Italian subs my husband and I ordered for dinner the other night were the best we have ever had. Looking forward to trying more from here! read more

I called and she said I didn't order what I am stating and she rudely said that she had my name listed on her computer that I always have problems with my orders. This is the second time in 2 years that I have called about an issue, either its the person taking the order that can't listen or their foreign workers in the back can't read the order correctly. She said if it's such a big deal for me to remove the onions she could redo the salads but not the pasta. Sorry you aren't doing me a favor here... if I am paying I should not have to put my fingers in my food to fix your mistake. My family and I were in town vacationing from Ohio. We had drove all day and just wanted to be out of the car. We ordered carry out and went to pick it up. They forgot the salads that came with the order. When I called back to inform them of this, the lady offered to bring them to us. We got a call front desk that there was a delivery for us. They had the salads plus a few desserts for us, and the deliverer wasn't even working! The point of my story was that they made it right and went out of their way to correct the minor mistake. Pizzas liked old and when asked if any fresh pies were coming out of the oven she didn't know and looked around. Cook came out and smirked to another cook about pizzas being fresh. I dont know what it is about this location, but they have sincerely put the Marcello's name to shame. Having grown up in Dallastown and ordered from the Windsor Commons location for over 10 years, after moving to Hellam - was thrilled when they opened a closer location. This location does not honor the same cheap reasonable lunch specials as the other locations, let alone they have messed up my orders on multiple occassions. At one point as I was looking to pick up a pizza on my way home from work for my family, I ended up sitting in the drive thru waiting because they gave my order away to the wrong customer so they had to make me a whole new one! Want to know how they tried to compensate their idiocy? They tried to offer me the other customer's order! Let alone, now with delivery services, apparantly they also have a $2 delivery charge just for the sake that they have to bring it to you? I feel bad for those delivery drivers because that certainly lessens the tip for them! Get on the same page as your other locations, Cinema Drive.
