Been staying in the area and was in the mood for some pizza. They have outside dining (for when the weather is warmer) and inside dining. The inside is cozy and has a warm ambience. Jay(I believe his name is) was amazing! He provided the BEST customer service! He was attentive to what we needed. The pizza was , even the Don would have approved. However, the Greek salad needs some work. Giardiniera does not belong on the Greek salad. The meatball parm I had was eh, it lacked seasoning. It's strip mall pizza, but it rocks. We ordered a large with mushrooms and onions, one salad and two drinks. Service was hard to gauge since it's kinda self serve. The owner was very welcoming when we walked in. He checked on us after we received our order. Good sign. If anything is lacking, it's ambiance. Phenomenal pizza! Some of the best we've ever had. Their white pies are phenomenal, but here's the problem. As my picture states, I called looking to use a coupon, 2 large pizzas with a topping each, for $24.99. This deal has been seen at many pizza shops around our area, give or take a few dollars. I called them looking forward to great pizza on a Friday night for my family. A gentleman answers the phone. I let him know we were using the coupon. He knew which one. I explained we'd like a large pepperoni and the other could they do 1/2 bacon and 1/2 onions. He said up charg. I was like, oh, even if it's a half and half? He said , "no, you don't understand. The coupon is only for 1 pizza with one topping, and the other is plain cheese." Huh? Your coupon says 2 large one topping pizzas, $24.99. Totally deceptive. I like this guy. I like his wife. I like their kids. It's a family affair. One thing for sure is they are Italian. Very good pizza. I ordered a medium with spicy sausage, pepperoni, and anchovies. I should have ordered a small but many times my eyes are bigger than my stomach. The dough is thin and crispy on the outer edge - no huge edge that nobody wants. Just right. The inside crust was a little soggy but still very good. The sauce is great. It is mild and sweet and you know it's there but it just blends perfectly. Their menu is huge so there is definitely something for everyone. They also have a large screen TV but with a difference. They play Italian love song videos on it. Different but cool. Best pizza I have found in central pa. They make it fresh on order. They also have slices for those not getting a full pie. Price is reasonable for a large pie. Great staff and owner is always here and very friendly compared to previous ownership. They even have beer/wine! We usually get pizza on fridays and here it's always a quick call or order online. They have lots of seating inside as well if you want to eat there onsite. read more

On March 30th we ordered a marguerita pizza. I told the person behind the counter I had ordered a marguerita pizza. The person checked two boxes and gave me the 2nd box. I paid for the marguerita pizza and left. When I got home I found I had been given a plain pizza. Because we were tired and had just driven 12 hours we ate the pizza. Two weeks later I found the receipt for the pizza and decided to stop at Vito's to tell them I had been given the wrong pizza. The owner was confrontational and berated me for waiting two weeks, cross examining me as to who I had talked to and who gave me the pizza. We've been driving past here several times and never stopped. My daughter had a two day limit or food restrictions for a test in hershey. On the way home, quick stop at Giant and she was hungry. She is a picky pizza eater. Staff was great, polite. Food was fast and was priced well. Daughter loved it. We have to agree with her the pizza was really great. I used to go here when it was brothers oh how it has changed the new owner seems nice he always very kind and talked with me for a few mins the price is fair and the location is great I am a firm believer that when I try a new pizza shop you got to get the Italian first that will tell you everything you need to know about how that shop is So let's talk about the Italian sub I got from here it Wasn't bad but it left a lot to be desired like Poor meat to cheese to bread ratio: there was like a very skinny layer of meat in there the taste of cheese and lettuce over powered the taste of salami and ham Poor bread: these guys don't make there own bread with the dough they get these rolls then cut them and they are not what I look for when I get a sub from a sub shop I look for that when I get subs from a grocery store Way too much lettuce: so you put next to no meat in it but fill the rest with lettuce dude if I wanted a salad samich I would have just got a head of lettuce and put it between you slices of bread The only amazing thing about the sun was the cheese it was Smokey and delicious I'll try this place again in a little maybe they will improve next time until then thank you Vito's for my dinner read more

Nice light crispy crust and very flavorful toppings. Except that it was cold. So second time I picked it up. Much better. Still same pizza but this time it was hot. However, both times I was greeted by the same young guy who had a poor attitude. Also, they're super annoying and post every day on Facebook in the Mechanicsburg group. We have often stopped in here for a delicious take-away supper. The staff are always friendly, and always remember us. We came in late one night (MAYBE 10 minutes before they closed, and (we did ask) they had NO PROBLEM making our large order (ended up keeping them about 10 minutes passed close). My BF almost always gets their wings & the garlic knots; they are ALWAYS yummy. Cooked properly, with just enough crisp. The price is a little steep, but nowadays, everything is expensive; so that's not really a complaint. I've had the wings, bread, and pizza. I kept my review as a five-star, but the pizza needed some improvement. I ordered one with almost everything. When we got it home, 89% of the toppings were on one side of the pizza. The herd migration (topping placement) was pre-cooking (I mean, they didn't slide down... it was cooked that way -- because of the cheese/sauce placement). I was so excited to try this place, honestly. But the food is bad. I was excited because they had gluten free subs and their website clearly said it was homemade bread. Couldn't wait to try it. The sub came and it's just Udi's brand bread, which is by far the worst gf brand. The sub came with tomato and mayo on it even though not listed as ingredients on the sub on their website. I also got the loaded fries. The fries are poorly refried from frozen, and the "loaded" was a tiny dot on the top of a huge plate of fries. My wife got a broccoli and cheese Stromboli which was okay at best. No flavor in the Stromboli bread she reported. And it also had two random ingredients (tomatoes again) not listed on the menu. When we stumbled on the menu and were looking to order, we said "doesn't matter what we get because we'll be coming back asap to try something else!" However after eating the food, we will never be going back :/ read more

I've visited on many occasion trying to see what some rave about but I think today was my last try. Prices continue to rise and quality/taste keeps getting worse. Menu on their website does not match what you get. The latest visit my experience was the grilled chicken salad used to be decent, now half the chicken, barely had one small tomato, and a good bit of sweet peppers with iceberg lettuce. Stromboli so salty could barely eat it. Not sure if it was the ham or something else making it so salty. Disappointed because I like to frequent small business and this one is very convenient. I also tried the hot wings because someone else said they were the best in the area. This isn't true either. Everything was good, but I wouldn't choose this over other pizza shops.
