Every time my partner and I travel up to Harrisburg to visit his family for the holidays, we think about how good the bread is for their Turkey subs is. O.M.G! Craveable! I don't want a Turkey sub from anywhere else but here. The perfect. It tastes homemade and fresh. When you take a bite, the bread is chewy and full of flavor. The mayonnaise, lettuce, onions, and turkey are also delish, but the quality of the bread is the star of the show. The portion of the Turkey sub is massive. It truly is a big hoagie. I would say it's about two feet long. My partner and I share one happily. Sometimes the service can be slow so call ahead for pick up. This past Saturday night they told us one sub would be ready in 25 minutes. That feels like a lot to me but maybe they were busy? The place has sports on the TV, and people usually waiting for their food to be ready to take home. They have a large parking lot in a shopping mall. read more

Great tasting pizza, and subs were delicious too! We order to go every time, and they have everything ready quickly for us.

We ordered pizza to pick up. Was given a 25 minute wait time. No problem. When we got there to pick up, it wasn't ready and ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes. There was only a couple tables being used at the time but perhaps they had a few pickup orders to complete. Finally got the pizza and took it home. Opened it up and the order was wrong. Asked for no onions and instead they gave us no peppers and LOTS of onions. And the cheese on the cheese pizza had slid to one side. The taste wasn't bad but had to spend a long time picking off onions which were under the cheese. read more

This is a family favorite! Excellent New York style pizza!!! But all the food is good home cooked Italian recipes. Prices are excellent. They do a pretty busy take out service, but you can also dine in. The dessert zeppoli (little donuts) are addictive served hot from the oven. You can BYOB. The ambiance is family friendly. read more

This has been such a great experience! The family that runs USA & I are so amazing and friendly. I felt so warm and welcome every time I went there. They even helped me snap my favorite pic so far (I do pizza). So much GREAT food. And GIANT sized meals. Everything I ate was incredible. I mean it. Tried something new every day and was thoroughly impressed with each meal. I wish this restaurant was closer to me. I would continue to eat there every day. Excellent pizza! I'm originally from NY and couldn't find "New York Style" pizza ANYWHERE around this area. This is one of the best places that I've found! My boyfriend and I walked in about 30 mins before closing feeling bad about ordering so close to closing but they were extremely welcoming and happy to take our order. The man at the front counter was so nice and kind. I would go back just for the service, but of course the food was delicious as well. This place is one of my favorite pizza places around they never fail to make a good pie I highly recommend this place.

I work sort of near this location and would rather travel a little farther than go to the closest pizza place which is Brother's Pizza due to their horrifically rude owner and subpar food. So glad I found USA and I. I've had their pizza, calzone, and sausage and peppers sub. Wait time is decent, staff is friendly, dining room is clean. The only problem I had which wasn't worth taking any stars off was the casing on the sausage was a little tough and I pulled it off and then reassembled my sub but that's just my preference! Stopped in, and from Yelp reviews ordered the grandma pizza and wings, hot. The wings were crispy, which I like, but were overdone, maybe cooked once and then fried again to reheat? Loved the way they were packaged to go, wrapped in foil to hold the sauce. Grandma pizza reviews mention lots of garlic. Wow, lots is an understatement and I love garlic! Too garlicky to eat more than a couple slices, and I can eat more pizza than that in a sitting. Happily, when I reheated a slice the next night on my pizza stone in the oven, it was really great along with a big salad. Crust was delish, still chewy. Though my review doesn't sound great, I would absolutely get another pizza there, just not the grandma for me. It wasn't too busy when I stopped in on a Friday evening, but while waiting for my food, the line was backing up. The servers were all super friendly to the patrons - so nice! My family and I stopped in for a quick bite on our way out of town and we were so glad we did. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, which were basic but good as expected, and then a large margarita pizza. After a few moments I elected for a special made with oil, pepper, onion, ham, salami or pepperoni on a fresh flatbread. The crispness of produce matched with fresh flatbread. Sweet onions. Not overly greasy with the oil and pepper. Good: fast, friendly, affordable, and delicious. Bad: wish I could eat more. Worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered at 6:30. At 7:20, my son and his friend went to inquire how long it would be for their cheesesteaks. Marty slammed the counter and said, "these things take time." One hour in, I followed up and was told "if you want fast, go next door." I asked for my money back and was told "No. You can wait." USA & I is a MUST STOP shop when in Etters. My husband grew up in Etters, but we live in Pittsburgh now. Every single time we travel to visit his parents, we get USA & I. We are normally so torn between pizza & an Italian hoagie that we have to get BOTH, and also an extra hoagie to take home for the next day. Their bread is incredible and the service is fantastic! I look forward to visiting Etters just to order USA & I. The Italian hoagie is the best I ever had. It's loaded with meat unlike many other sub locations. I also love their homemade Italian dressing. Today I left Brother's Pizza after being threatened by the owner because I was upset for having to wait 45 mins for an order I called in. So I called USA & I, they told me to give them 15 minutes. A great local Italian Eatery, to eat in or take out. I can't say enough about their hot subs and dinner entrees. The owner makes his own bread rolls fresh every morning. Maybe that's why I like their subs so much. The dinner portions are very generous. The pizza is very good but the hot subs and the dinner entrees will have you coming back again and again. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. The first thing you will notice, it is family owned and run. Every time we go in there we are always greeted with a smile and a hello. If you order a large sub it is safe to say that you will have dinner and lunch for the next day, they are that big. Personally, I love their pizza. Since I read some of these fine reviews about the place a few weeks ago, I have eaten there once and gotten takeout three times. The service here is fantastic. All four people I have talked to there have been extremely nice, even when they are busy. Considering this is a pizza place, we were treated well when we ate in the dining room. Reason for 4 stars is you have to make sure one of the owners is there cooking, we have gotten raw and undercooked pizza multiple times and subs that were not even close to what you ordered. Not sure I understand the fuss over this place. Yes, the staff and owner are very warm and friendly because it's family owned. However, their pizza is nothing to write home about. It's mediocre and very salty. Their subs are hit or miss. Steer clear of the turkey as they use cheap meat and the texture and taste isn't appetizing. For being an Italian family pizza shop, they could afford to spend a little more money on their ingredients to match the friendly service. read more
