It wasn't until I got all of the way to the store that I was informed that they didnt have all of the items for my order and asked what I wanted to substitute. Not once was I contacted at all to say they didnt have what was ordered. When I said I didnt want to substitute anything I just wanted a refund for the item they informed me that they were unable to do anything about it because they could not refund anything through the app. According to Drew the manager if I wanted any sort of refund I would not be able to take any portion of my order and I would have to go through the app. to initiate a refund. I spent over $40 and tipped which I would have taken back as well seeing as the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful saying it was my fault for ordering something that wasnt available. Meanwhile what I ordered was available through the app. And it stated if it wasnt available I would be contacted which never happened. Had I been contacted I would have just cancelled the order all together. I reached out for a refund through the app. Which is an automated chat bot and still no refund over $13.00+tip for something I didn't receive. Not to mention the food we did receive was a joke. The sub bread was flat with one triangle of cheese and like two pieces of lettuce which a good portion of was brown. Definitely not worth the cost. I will be contacting the better business bureau. It is absolutely insane and horrible customer service that I have been charged for something that was never received and not refunded. That is fraud! DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly this experience put me off from subway all together. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. THEY ARE SKETCHY CHARGING FOR FOOD THAT YOU DONT RECEIVE!!
