We enjoyed our Friday night takeout from Allen's Eatery last night! I got the American Chef Salad which had ham and cheese rolled up with hard boiled egg, beautiful whole bell pepper rings, sliced tomatoes, and oil and vinegar dressing. Great little place to stop in for a bite to eat! The prices are so affordable, but the food is even better! I really enjoyed a ham and cheese on a pretzel bun with a side of fries, and my boyfriend loved his Italian grinder! The inside of the restaurant was simple, but comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. If I come back to the area, I know I gotta stop back in for another good meal! read more

It seems like every single time I order from them some part of my order is wrong. I have lived in this area for 14 years and over the years have given them my business only to be disappointed over and over again. This last time I ordered eight pieces of chicken and six of them were burnt and then when they replaced them the chicken was extremely salty! Since you usually don't get salty fried Chicken I can only surmise that they did that on purpose because I made them make me more. I will never ever order from them again!!!! read more

I started eating Stromboli from Allen's when I was a little girl my daughter's age. Today, we traveled back to give her her first taste. Still as amazing as I remember!! I love this place. I've been eating here for 23 years. The Stromboli is by far the best I've ever had. When I'm away and I order Stromboli I am always so disappointed. Allen's boli is all meat and cheese! The crust is thin which I enjoy. Make sure you order a side of sauce so you can dunk your pieces in there marinara. Pizzas are very good as well, I always enjoy the pepperoni with extra cheese. Subs are good as well, however they are not fancy. my god people...seriously?? i ordered your supreme pizza last night. around 7pm. i walked in and ordered. 2 hours after i ate it i was on the toilet with severe diarrhea. its 5am as i write this. im up early because i been vomitting pizza all morning. im also hunched over in severe heartburn pain.. thats from using a cheap generic canned sauce. i mean really? you can't make a fresh sauce????? im also guessing your ingredients were old. i should not be this sick from just canned sauce. i hate you guya forever...i will shout from rooftops to make sure people don't order from you...lord have mercy on children who eat there!! read more

This pizza place use to be my favorite pizza joint, but not now. It has gone down hill. The pizza use to be delicious, lots of cheese, yummy sauce and a nice dough. Now the dough is bland, barely any cheese and overall no flavor. My recommendation to the owner would be to go back to the way it was and fast. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more
