This is actually my favorite Chili's that I have been to in the SGV. I have been here a couple of times and my food was always been on point. I ordered the big smasher along with a cup of chicken Enchilada soup. The soup was a bit salty but the burger was juicy and flavorful. My bf ordered the triple dipper that included the mini burgers, mozzarella stick and wings. We enjoyed our meal and was very full afterwards. Parking can be a pain since it's shared with many businesses but if anything, can park further. read more

I've eaten my share of LTO's, specials and specialities in the hamburger space. Today we stopped at Chilies in San Dimas/Glendora to try their 3 for Me menu (that's right, menu, not LTO. That means you can get this anytime you want. I had the big Smash Burger, half a plate of seasoned French Fries and a dinner salad (I chose the salad for my starter). Burger patty was cooked to perfection equipped with crispy edges (delicious) all for $12.99 (What!!). My wife had the Crispy Chicken sandwich, half a plate of beautifully seasoned French Fries and a dinner salad all for $10.99. The sandwich was enormous and the fried chicken patty was perfect. I honestly, won't be eating at InNOut, Habit, Five Guys, Panera, Jack in the Box, Carls Jr. because they simply cannot compete at this level. This place really seems to be turning around a bit. Food is a good temperature when served. The staff is nice and checks in a good amount of times, as well as being quick with requests. We no longer have to wait 20 minutes for a coupe le straws they forgot to bring out! The place is lively and warm so it feels nice to be there. This is a delicious burger I had tried today. The service was accommodating. I asked for a ranch dressing and I had received it. The ranch dressing is liquid-y but it is tasty with the fries. Alex's Santa Fe Burger has a bit of a spicy kick to it with the jalapeños. It is mildly spicy. It is so flavorful and this is one of Chili's popular menu item. I can see why. I don't have anything to say about the ambience other than they gave me a clean booth. If you are a burger enthusiast, or just want a burger with a spicy kick, Alex's Santa Fe Burger has you covered. My husband ordered the mixers sticks, Hot chicken tenders, sliders. The mozzarella sticks are large, delicious, HOT Chicken tenders are hot, mouth tingling. If you like your spice then these are perfect.! I like habaneros, Serrano. Sliders were very dry! I ordered the original mozzarella sticks, Chipotle Chicken tenders and the sliders. The mozzarella sticks were good, a little greasy and a tad salty, the marinara cut through the salt. Don't let them sit. Why ? Because they get soggy and break apart. My Chipotle Chicken tenders were HOT! Burgers were so dry, top of the bun was greasy. So I didn't eat them. I had 1 1/2 mozzarella sticks, 1 large Chipotle chicken tenders. I was full.! I asked for a Togo box, I took my dippers home too. Stephanie didn't bring lids. UP DATE: I had one slider at home and used the ranch dipping sauce it was delicious. The sauce is needed.! My husband had my chicken tenders & one slider and he agreed it was delicious. The Chicken chipotle is smoky which I like and my husband likes the heat of his. Over all the food was delicious. We came here for first time, not sure why we avoided place but always looked way too busy. Well of all days to try out, we came on a prime day and time of Saturday evening lol. Well we're told it'd be a 25 min wait, we were called in in about 15 (awesome)! Every table in this restaurant was taken, I mean every table and chair, so I was a bit worried about how long the wait would be and how well service (if any) would take place... To my surprise it was as if there were only 5 groups there, service was non stop attentive, food came out in a timely manner, and all of our food was excellent!! Loved everything about our stay here, a little on the loud side but don't mind it at all, after all there are sports on and tons of family gatherings here. At Chili's in Glendora I was met with great customer service and a warm atmosphere that felt welcoming. My partner and I were seated quickly and asked if we wanted any drinks and appetizers in a timely manner. I ordered a watermelon lemonade that was refreshing and my partner ordered mozzarella sticks that tasted amazing. I'm not much of a fan of mozzarella sticks but I was craving for more. The sticks were crispy, had a lot of cheese on the inside that was melted and stretched, and the breading itself tasted a little smoky with herb seasoning that brought it all together. For the main course, I ordered the Triple Dipper which consisted of Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, southwestern eggrolls, and sliders. The eggrolls had a nice flavor with a creamy spinach filling that paired nicely with ranch. The sliders were cooked medium rare which is what I prefer and were not too greasy and had good flavor, but I did add ketchup because they were a little dry and in need of some sort of dressing. However, my Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were not that good and I only took a couple of bites. The oil used to coat the mozzarella sticks was a little gritty, too oily, and stained the inside of my mouth with an unpleasant texture. Overall, I was very satisfied and my waitress was amazing. First off, The service ! Superb. Jessie is the best waitress. She was our server the first time here a few months ago. This is my 2nd time here. Never was a fan of Chilis. I guess the carne asada is great because I liked it the first time so I got it again but also because it's gluten free. The beans are really good better than most Mexican restaurants. If you've never been here, I'm Gonna say you'll love it because if by chance you get something you don't like they go out of their way to keep you happy. The first time the manager insisted I try something different. I forgot to write my review so I forgot his name but he was a night time manager that first time. Really really helpful & friendly. Chili's is my guilty pleasure. The skillet queso and to go margaritas were my staple whenever I finished my last nursing night shift of the week during the covid lockdown days. So although Chili's is seen as a subpar restaurant chain, I am quite fond of them. My family and I ate here just before watching Deadpool as the AMC is right across from Chili's location. The sharkbite cocktail of the month was good but a little too sweet. The skillet queso is just so good with the thin tortilla chips. It has me in a chokehold everytime. I didn't care so much for the boneless wings and the triple dipper. I wish I had ordered a regular burger instead since I do love their old timer burger. It's a classic. I am sad that they no longer have their fried onions which was kind of similar to the blooming onion. Our waiter was amazing, I usually get good service at any Chili's I go to. Chili's is a fun neighborhood bar and grill is the cool place to be on a rainy day. They recently started serving these nummy triple threat dippers. I have to say, it's pretty darn good. You get to change up your choices and I picked the honey chipotle mozzarella and fried chicken strips, along with the sliders. Each pick was actually quite a kick. I could've opted for the Nashville hot flavors but again, I've had to curb up my love for spicy. It was a slow day that day for lunch but soon picked up for the lunch rush. Our family of 5 visited the Glendora location tonight. We were welcomed by a very sweet greeter at the door. We were seated in Conrad's section and he was A-MA-ZING!!! We had apps, kids meals, adult meals, beverages and desserts. Everything arrived exactly as requested and we thoroughly enjoyed all of it! It can be difficult to find an eatery that appeals to children and adults and Chili's never disappoints! We especially appreciated the excellent service from Conrad. He is extremely personable and his ability to interact with children and adults is a rare and valuable quality. All of the staff were so kind and accommodating.
