Absolutely amazing! Greeted right when we walked in the door. Hostess was friendly and engaging. We were greeted by our server, Leo, and he was exceptional! I don't usually leave Yelp reviews for chain restaurants, but I had to shout out the incredible service I received at my local Chili's. From the moment we sat down, our server Brendon (Brandon?) made the entire experience feel way more like a cozy neighborhood spot than a chain. They were genuinely attentive without being overbearing and constantly checking in with a smile, making sure our drinks stayed full, food came out hot and fresh, and that we had everything we needed. It's rare to feel so well taken care of these days, especially in a busy restaurant, but they absolutely nailed it. The food was great but the standout was the service. If management sees this: give this person a raise, a bonus, and all the margarita gift cards. read more

Considering it was a packed Sunday night- 15 minutes wait wasn't bad. We were seated immediately as soon as a table opened. The triple dipper was very good. I order the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo wings. The sliders are very good and are a must get. The mozzarella sticks are good as well but do have a lot of cheese that sometimes can be too much. Lastly the buffalo wings are good and there are a good amount of them. I go to Chilis occasionally when no other restaurant is open in or near Glendora after 9 PM. Yestlerday my daughter craved a salad at Chilis, so I capitulated and went there. I realized that after I ate the horrible fajitas, that the Chilis chain is another fast food greasy spoon. it is obvious to me that most of the food delivered to your table is premade at an offsite facility. This includes the meat, steak and chicken specifically their chopped up vegetables for the fajitas and other items. All the meat on the fajitas were over cooked and the vegetables that include red bell pepper onion and a few slices of green bell pepper we're overcooked and soggy. None of the food at Chili's is healthy. All their entrées are loaded with batter, or very sweet sauces, sour cream and more. The only exception is their sirloin steak with commercial mashed potatoes and broccoli. I remember going to Chili's when I was a kid and young adult 30 years ago. Their menu was more creative. Chili's is definitely geared more for kids and young adults that wanna drink and eat heart clogging crap. I rarely go to Chili's now and I will go less in the future. read more

This is our third visit to this Chilis location. I must say not all Chili's are the same! Servers, food and the ambience speak for itself. Two of the servers named McKenzie and Natalie are customer/professional friendly and attentive . The food comes out fresh and if you're ordering steaks or hamburgers it's cooked to your preference. The food is always consistently good. I come here for date night with my husband, and we get such amazing service every time. I can't believe how long it is taken me to finally write a review. It is truly a gem. We have two littles and it's is close enough to get to the sitter. While feeling like we are having a night out in the town. We (my husband) love how well stocked the bar always is, and I love the margarita of the month, I always look forward to ordering it. The join the waitlist on Yelp makes it so easy to leave the kids and not waste precious time standing in the waiting room, even at peak hours! If you have kids you value any time you have away. It's nice that we are close enough should the sitter need anything. We pay less because the drive isn't long and the service doesn't drag on. It makes me think the employees must be happy with their job because they never have a bad attitude or irritable, we always leave happy and satisfied. The manager is doing a great job also. Kara is never to busy to chat with customers and even takes plates away. You can tell it really is teamwork at its best. This last time, Our waiter William was great with us, he was memorable. A fun person to talk to, and very attentive. He can definitely handle bigger parties. We are Mexican so we feel like we can really satisfy our cravings with the fajitas they are good! Took my lady to Chilis for an early lunch. The host was nice and friendly and let us pick where we wanted to sit. The restaurant was really clean and not too loud. Our waiter John was fast friendly (he greeted us with a happy Tuesday) and efficient. We ordered the smash burger special with the drink and appetizer for $11. The enchilada soup appetizer was hot, delicious and John brought it out fast. The burgers were also hot, fresh and perfect. On top of all that, you get a big order of hot crispy fries. All that for less than $25 for 2. If you want John as a waiter, you better get there soon. That guy is on top of his game. Anybody that does that good will be leveling up soon. I usually have a good experience here, but I wanted to share something important in case it helps others or staff become aware of a potential issue. I visited on August 3rd, ordered the surf and turf, and began feeling sick within an hour--stomach cramps, low fever, and GI issues that lasted about a day. I suspect mild food poisoning, possibly from something mishandled or left out too long. My wife had a different dish and was totally fine. I'm not leaving this review to blast the restaurant--mistakes happen--but rather to encourage a quick look at kitchen safety and food holding practices. Hope it was a one-off. Tonight my boyfriend and I were served by Mason, and wow, give this guy a raise! He was so attentive to our table, without making it feel overbearing or like he was constantly interrupting. Our drinks were never empty, and I don't remember having to ask for a refill. He even offered a to-go cup for the rest of my beverage without me asking. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly well mannered. 10/10 is carrying this restaurant on his back. I have come in before, and while it was alright dining, tonight was worthy of a review. So, Mason, if you are reading this, you made our night. Give him a raise please. Got on the waitlist for 8 of us and wait time was about 30 minutes but we waited 45 and went in and asked and they guy said we weren't even on it even after i received the confirmation text so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The waiter gave very little attention to us no napkins, utensils or anything unless we asked. And even when we asked for more he would bring about 4 napkins. Naomi the Manager is absolutely amazing. She walks around the entire restaurant talking to customers and asking if everyone is ok. She engages on a personal level getting to know every one. She remembered me and my husband from the last time we came in. she made our experience there so amazing . The food is always on point. Never had a bad experience here. Our waiters and waitresses were absolutely amazing too. Never an empty glass. Highly recommend this place. One star for my most recent visit. This review is for this visit only. I've been here numerous times and can say that I like Chili's. Todays order was different. I placed an order on the app and got there at the designated time. The server was friendly and brought out my food soon after I checked in with her. I ordered a steak, soup, Caesar salad, and mashed potatoes. The soup and mashed potatoes were good but the steak was over waaay cooked. The worst part was the Caesar salad. It was a cup of shredded lettuce with no dressing. On top of that my wife's pasta was under cooked and my sons sliders were so over cooked that he only took one bit. From the get go our server had an attitude and a short man complex who asked if we wanted chips and we refused but he placed an order for it anyways. When the chips came that we DID NOT order my father let our server know we didn't order them and he said rudely "calm down man it's not a big deal I'll take it off". And when my dad ordered ice tea with Splenda he only gave my dad 4 little packets instead of the whole sugar packet container! Glendora is a small city and the Glendora Marketplace is the only one that has a cinema and a bookstore. I like that plaza, there are also Bestbuy and PetSmart, two of my favorites. There is also Bemvo and other cool shops. The Chili's is just in the middle of the entire plaza. I like Chili's even I do not visit there a lot. It's a typical American restaurant, welcoming, cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. The clerks are good and warm, you can chat with them about everything. The food is good, especially for meat lovers. The beef steak is good, even it's not as good as steak house but still a good one for that money. The vegetables are fresh, the chips are decent, the entire restaurant is good. I can spend the entire afternoon there drinking beer and watching the games on the TV. read more
