Dip Trio
William W.

We were about to head to Chil-fil-A and stumbled upon this Chili when supercharging our Tesla and was extremely glad we did. The restaurant is conveniently located in the shopping plaza about 5 minutes walking distance from the Tesla superchargers, which is right across from the restaurant near Meijer grocery. The restaurant is quite busy at a Tuesday afternoon and ambience is lively and classy at the same time. The waitress recommended the 3 For Me on the menu that gave us the best bang for the buck. We had the Sirloin steak w/ broccoli plus baked cookie w/ icecream; also the Original Fajita Trio w/ steak, chicken and shrimp as another order. The food was amazingly well seasoned and savory. Though it amount was too much and we had to bring some on the road, we definitely ate way more than we should because of how good delicious they were. We highly recommend Kailey, our waitress, for her exceptional service. She was not only warm and efficient but also offered thoughtful suggestions that gave us more food for a lower cost. Additionally, she went out of her way to help us honor my military service, which we truly appreciated. Kailey is clearly a seasoned and professional member of the Chili's team. Great experience here. If we're ever doing another cross-country tour for TDY or PCS, we are definitely stopping by here again. Keep up the great work Kailey and Chili Florence Kentucky!

Love this place! An American staple. A place of joy and honey chipotle (which, should it ever be discontinued, god forbid, would be a great travesty). Love chilis!

Triple Dipper - Big Mouth Bites, Southwestern Eggrolls, Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers

It had been forever since I had been in a Chili's. My food was good. I mean name a better trio than southwest egg rolls, big mouth bites and chicken crispers. The food came out quickly and hot during a lunch rush. And of course as a self proclaimed Diet Coke queen, it was nice and crispy! My server was amazing and I hate I can't remember her name! She was fantastic and just the right amount of personable. If the manager reads this I think I was at Table 32 during lunch rush. It was crowded and loud, but that doesn't bother me. Especially when the service remains top notch! Hopefully there won't be as long between visits!!

The Steak Fajitas were excellent!

We have not been here since 2017. The food and service had really gone down hill back then, but heard it was really good now, so we gave it a try! We were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and the service was top notch. It was busy, so we sat at the bar and Maddy took care of us. She was awesome! Very attentive, always checking on us, and fun to talk to. College football games were on and it was a fun atmosphere. I ordered the steak fajitas, my husband ordered the steak and broccoli, and our friend ordered the surf and turf with steak, shrimp and loaded mashed potatoes. All three were excellent! We will definitely be back! Kiddos to the management for stepping up their game there. It's nice to have another great place to dine in Florence.

smashburger + fries, 3 for me portion

Never have I ever been to chili's before. I remember their baby back ribs commercial back in the early 90's and 2000's. Fast forward to 2025 and the viral instagram posts has gotten me to try it for the first time. I got the 10.99, 3 for me deal. I got the Smashburger, fries, chili's soup and diet coke. The portions were great for the price. The fries were well seasoned, and the chili soup portion was a bit small, but very savory, meaty, and well seasoned. the burger itself while not as flavorful as shake shack's, was a fresh patty with good thickness and crisp. The bun was also fluffy and light. The service was very attentive and the place was reasonably clean. Definitely better than the applebee's and outbacks and I'll be returning for to try other items on the 3 for me menu.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas

Ordered: 3 for me; $14.99 meal with strawberry lemonade, chicken enchilada soup and chicken and bacon quesadilla. This was my first time at Chili's and I was pleasantly surprised. The 3 for me meal is a great deal with a drink, appetizer and entree for either $10.99, 14.99 or $16.99 depending on your choice on entree. The strawberry lemonade was great, it didn't taste artificial and even had a subtle taste of crushed freeze dried strawberries. The cup chicken enchilada soup was warm and well seasoned. The chicken bacon quesadillas portion was very generous- 9 pieces with sour cream, queso, lettuce and salsa on the side. Initially, the bacon was very overpowering but overall it was a well done crispy quesadilla. The service was great, our server was fast and attentive. The restaurant and bathrooms were generally clean.

It's true chilis had had a major turn around. The place was packed! But that's ok because they have staff to take care of you!! And the staff we encountered were great and friendly! And the food was good! Got the chips and cheese and a burger and fries. Both very good!! Also the store was clean and everything looked good!!

We come here often and love the food, service and atmosphere. We get great value for our money with the 3 for Me deals.

This is the piece of glass and you can still see the food like colored it and was in the crevices of the glass

Food was really good until we noticed the hair on our plate and the dirty cups. Service was pretty bad too.

You've got everything from burgers and loaded fries to sushi rolls, which sounds like an odd combo but somehow works perfectly. The vibe is casual and upbeat, with TVs around for games and a lively crowd most nights. It's the kind of place where you can go with kids, meet friends for drinks, or just grab a quick dinner without feeling rushed. Food-wise, the burgers are consistently good juicy, flavorful, and actually cooked right. The sushi is surprisingly fresh for a non-traditional sushi spot, I love the surf and turf roll, me and my husband get it everytime, and it's a fun option if you want to mix things up. The appetizers are definitely worth it too, especially if you're sharing.

The salad is plenty big enough to fill you at lunch. It comes in a bowl with greens,, roasted chicken, pepper jack cheese (my favorite), roasted sunflower seeds, chips and more. The only change I made was I wasn't crazy about mustard Dijon dressing, so I went with the poppyseed dressing. The poppyseed dressing was outstanding. To this luncheon off I had what was probably the best sweet tea I've ever had. There is seat available both inside and outside. The staff is fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean. PS. My colleague suggested i tried his fish. That was absolutely outstanding. It's one of those things you try and say to yourself, I wish I got that.

My mom has ate at Bourbon & Brew many times and recommended it, so we gave it a shot. This restaurant is centered in the middle of the gaming area. It features quite a bit of tables, bar seating, and limited booths. The booths are reserved for larger parties. They have a spot behind the bar for live music and have a huge TV above the bar for watching sporting events with many other smaller TVs around the whole area. They also have a scrolling board that will show upcoming game times/current scores. The ambiance is good for what it is. It was nice for us, but we were there before any live music and it wasn't super busy so we had a good experience without having to deal with a lot of background noise. Our service was very attentive and nice. The menu is pretty small. A lot of options that previous reviews spoke of are no longer on the menu. They pretty much offer limited appetizers, burgers, and some entrees. I would definitely check the menu before deciding to eat here to make sure there is enough interest across your group. Three of us ordered the Double Smash Burger and my girlfriend went with the caesar salad. The smash burger was good. Pretty much a basic burger, two patties and your typical fixings. It was a huge burger, so I cut mine in half. The burger came with fries as well. The meal with good just average. Nothing really special or over the top about it. I'd eat it again if I was hungry or wanting to watch a game, but not sure that I'd go out of my way to eat it again. My girlfriend said the caesar salad was good as well. The portion was huge, but it had a little too much dressing for her liking. Maybe something they should put on the side and let you put the amount you want. Overall I'd say this is a good option if you're planning on spending a lot of time gaming, betting on horse races, or watching a game at Turfway. If not, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again unless they offered more options on their menu, had rotating specials, or something that just gave it more appeal to come back. The food wasn't bad at all it just wasn't impressive.

And, doing that, you end up discovering new awesome places. That's exactly how we came cross Papa's Bourbon and Beer House. Never would I ever have found this off-the-beaten path bar and it's adjacent pizza joint. On Wednesdays, they host trivia from Last Call Trivia. If you haven't done, what are you waiting for?!?! It's fantastic. If you are concerned about the viurs, know that they have an open patio for seating, and signs that suggest you must remain seated during your stay. Not a lot of crowding or mixing is going on, in other words (inside at the bar is another story). Our trivia host was awesome. Our server, Jordan, was too. They have a pretty good bourbon selection and my SO is a bourbon fan. I had the peach smash, which was refreshing, tasty, and perfect for a warm summer night. Our pizza, from next door, hit the spot. I'd love to go back and try the pizza fries, the antipasta salad, and the wings. So, yeah, I'm a fan. I'm not sure how the bar is on a regular night. YMMV.
