We ordered burgers, and they were all really good. One bun seemed a little stale, but it didn't take away from the overall meal. The cheese curds were a standout: piping hot, crispy, and definitely worth ordering. The beef nachos, on the other hand, were a bit disappointing. They arrived cold and just didn't have the same wow factor as the rest of the food. My sweet potato fries were a little soggy, but I took the leftovers home and popped them in the air fryer the next day, and they turned out fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely go back. Fort Mitchell Public House Bar and Grill checks all of my boxes. The first thing I look for is a nice patio. More people started arriving after 5:00. There were so many yummy sounding choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. I asked my server, Erin, what she recommends and she said the CAJUN BOURBON FILET TIPS were her favorite. I went with that and was not disappointed. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It is served over mashed potatoes and topped with onion straws. While the beef portion was small, it was a satisfying meal and the flavors were perfection! I added a side Caesar salad. Their house-made croutons were so good and the dressing was tasty and perfectly portioned. I don't often order dessert, but decided to splurge tonight and got a slice of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake to-go. OMG, this is one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. They also include either plain or bbq potato chips (I got bbq). The pretzel comes with salt and a cup of beer cheese. Presentation: They served my hoagie open faced which improves the look of the dish but probably not your shirt. The pretzel looks like a pretzel. 6.5 out of 10 Taste: I'll start with the appetizer which was the soft pretzel. The pretzel was nice and soft and had lots of salt. The beer cheese had a very strong flavour which beer cheese should have. Perfect for this application. The hoagie as I mentioned was as messy as could be. They probably could have gone a little easier on the sauce but the sauce did have yood flavour. They certainly didn't skimp on the meatballs here either as they just bulge out of the sandwich. I do think the open faced serving of this sandwich helps it too. Just be ready to use the fork they give you with it. Definitely a tasty option.
