This is the best Chili's I've gone to! And I'm a Chili's connoisseur. This location is so quick! There are times when I just come in for a molten cake, and I'll place the order, receive it, and pay in just 7 minutes. And the food is fresh! I always get the triple dipper: Honey chipotle chicken crispers, southwestern eggrolls, and mozzarella sticks. The crispers actually have a kick to them but it's not overwhelming, which I love. I also get fries on the side and they're well seasoned, hot and crispy. They also always customize a lemonade for me! Blackberry and blue raspberry combined, so good! The servers are also so kind. From dine in to to-go. They tend to go above and beyond for me. I once ordered to go and was running a little late so my ice cream was starting to melt, and the server without even asking, noticed and went to grab me a fresh one before I drove off. Well I went to the Chili's in Plano and ordered steak/mashed potatoes as I did the other chilis in Dallas. The potatoes I didn't like i had to add a lot of butter, the steak was ok it wasn't an outback steak. I just know I will not order it again. Customer service was wonderful. read more

I went to dinner here with my roommate one week night. It was surprisingly decently busy and we were seated in the bar area. I got the 3 for Me deal which is a drink, select app and select entree for $14.99. I do not usually drink any drinks besides water but since it came with one I got a diet coke. I got a house salad with ranch for my app. My roommate got their chips and salsa and she did not finish them so I helped her out. Their salsa is tasty but not spicy at all. My salad was fine with the ranch, pretty basic. I got the Bacon burger for my entree which came with fries. This was pretty good, surprised that the top actually had nice char giving a crisp texture. The burger is a good size and the fries were excellent. The bar ceiling height is quite low which I thought was a little weird but the service was pretty good, our apps came out before our drinks which was crazy fast lol. They let you pay on the handheld on the table which is nice to leave when you are ready but from a service aspect seems weird to me. Great Lava Cake! There was no wait for a table around dinner time, and we were able to check out when we wanted with a tablet. Yesterday I ordered from Chilis-- I realized there was an error after I received the wrong item and we were home. On my screen originally it looked correct when I selected the item, but it did show up wrong when I paid. I get it--- to the restaurant it looked correct, however the rude, and aggressive nature and behavior of the Chili's employee was completely unacceptable. He even hung up on me. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a chilis. Me and my boyfriend walked in and sat our selves in the bar area at 1:50ish. we sat for 10 minutes as our server never greeted us and saw us there and never let us know he was the server. He finally approaches and did not even greet us nor give his name & asked "what can I get for yall". Unfortunately, we didn't know what he could get for us because we were never given menus!! We had chilis for dinner last night and it met our expectations! I've been wanting to try their Nashville Hot Mozz (Mozarella cheese sticks) they had the right amount of spice and cheesy! We had their chicken and shrimp fajitas with flour tortillas and couldn't have been more satisfied with our meal. The server and manager were two males who were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Worst Take Out experience! My office team placed 5 individual orders, and I picked them all up. I placed my order at 11:40 am. Online stated that my order would be ready for pick up by 11:55 am. A co-worker placed the last order, and online stated that it would be ready by 12:01 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:01 pm. My order wasn't bagged and handed to me until 12:23 pm. No one was in line before me. The waitress disappeared to the back to bring out all 5 orders. It seemed like she couldn't bag more than one order at a time, and it took her 5 minutes or longer for each order! When I asked her why it was taking so long, she stated that it wasn't her fault, and that there is a long process for her to complete each order. It seems like Chili's may need to look into the process, because something is broken. As seen in the picture, I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla. I ordered extra Ranch and extra Jalapenos. I didn't get ANY Ranch, and I didn't get extra Jalapenos. Everyone at the office is complaining about their food being cold and soggy. Obviously it sat too long before being bagged. Went to this location for dinner and was seated quickly, Waitresses came to take our and got my order and when my partner was ready she walked off. Called her back over 3 times and all she would ask is if we wanted more drinks and chips and when told no would walk off. After telling her no he needs to order she would say "ok" and walk off. After all of that and waiting 30 more minutes we walked out along with another couple that came in after us that had not even been asked what drinks they wanted. I'm typically happy at Chili's-one of the only chains I frequent. When in the mood, I like their margaritas, in particular the Presidente, and I like their finger foods (I pretty much don't eat meals here). I also like that they have machines where you can just pay your check at the table. This Chili's is closest to home and I have no complaints about the place or service, which is always friendly. I'm so disappointed with this Chili's location. This was our favorite end of the week margarita and lunch spot. Pre-covid we would go almost every week. I was so excited to get back to our weekly Chili's routine, but it didn't happen. Nearly every visit over the past few months has been awful. However, after eating the chips at Pepe & Mito's in Deep Ellum, the chips are not doing it for me anymore. We headed into Chili's around 8:15 p.m. before going to a 9:30 p.m. movie at Valley View AMC. We knew that we could be in and out in under an hour. While the food was good, our server was especially slow. We shared with her that we were on our way to see a movie, and her section was pretty dead, so I am not sure why it took her 15 minutes to get a box for my chicken tenders. The server, Karen, didn't write down our order (a huge pet peeve), so as usual in this situation, our order was wrong. The guy from the kitchen brought out our order. We never saw our server again.
