Back when Barnes & Noble runs were a monthly thing for my mom, my uncle, and I, we always ate lunch (or dinner) at this Chili's. I didn't come in for a sit-down dinner the other night, as I was picking up food for my mom. The staff has changed over the years, but if two nights ago was any indication, the service is still the best. Historically, I've never had a bad experience at this store. The food's always hot, always tasty, and the servers really look after their customers. I went in and after being greeted by the hostess (who, by the way, was an absolute sweetheart) I asked if they did carry-out. The hostess led me over to the bar and called the bartender over. She was just as polite and sweet as the hostess. The bar was pretty quiet and she wasn't overly chatty, but she was friendly. The wait wasn't terribly long even though I'd come in toward the end of the dinner rush. I think I waited a grand total of fifteen minutes. It's good to know that while a lot has changed, a few things in my life have stayed the same. read more

I once lived near a Chili's. It had a really good vegetarian (artichoke) quesadilla dish with black beans. Delicious and filling. I had fond memories of the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I hadn't been to a Chili's for a number of years. So tonight when I stopped in, I was surprised to see how things have changed. Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed, but not with this location in particular (I assume they're all about the same.) I'm disappointed with Chili's (the company) in general. Virtually zero vegetarian options. Yes they have a black bean burger...just like all big chains, but not much more. I find this odd. There are a TON of vegetarians who would gladly pay for a dish that didn't seem like an afterthought. The portions seem smaller. I remember leaving stuffed after eating at Chili's many years ago. Tonight, I left a bit hungry. The trivia/credit card payment thing at the table makes me never want to return. Nothing like gathering around a dinner table with your family, friends... and a cash register. It's so absurd and impersonal. It's a restaurant for heavens sake! It already sucks that there are no televisionless views. Get the technology off of the dinner table! It's creepy. Looks like there's a camera in it (probably also a microphone.) Long story short, I've been itching to drop by Chili's for a long while. After seeing how it's changed, I don't think I'll ever return. read more

We love this place! Since the Governor declared restaurants be closed we had not eaten out. We drove to Columbus to shop and ordered Chili's to Go! We ate in the parking lot before heading back home. Yum! Hot and fresh! Delicious! Great price for what you get! Order filled perfectly! I cannot give it enough stars, sadly 5 is the tops! Hubs and I left full and with leftovers for supper! Thank you! read more

Need the shrimp taco recipe ASAP yummmy! Wish I had one closer to home though. People are always pleasant and kind.

My husband wanted burgers for dinner so we decided to try chili's. The burgers were so greasy it was unnatural. There was something on my mushroom burger that didn't belong... chicken.... i hope. The fries were cold, the petals were over salted and mushy. For $50 I expect way better. Just not good. More than half my order made it to the trash. Yuck. read more

Server disappeared, had to wait around 30 minutes just to order food and another 30 to 40 for it to come out. Worst service I've ever received at any restaurant. Food was 'alright'. Experience so bad it made me embrace my inner 'can I speak to a manager' whiteness to leave this review. I'd recommend just going to a neighboring local restaurant, lots in the area for same price with better service and food. I rate this chili's 10 whacks out of 10 read more

Go ahead... Judge me. I went to a Chili's. And I liked it. Look, when I was in college in small town Louisiana, going to Chili's on a Friday night was my jam. Give me a triple play (or whatever that sampler app is called) and a margarita--21 year-old Bryant was a happy camper. Fast forward to the 30-something me, who rarely goes to chains, doesn't eat wheat, and doesn't drink all that much (says the boy who is currently day drinking a cocktail at Zauber)... and my experiences at Chili's are few and far between. About once every year or two, the Mister and I get a craving for Chili's, and the Dublin location is about all we've got here in the Cbus metro. I've been to this location 3 times in my decade of living in the 614, and it does the job every time. It's nothing spectacular, but it certainly fits the bill. The food is consistent, the people are always pleasant and helpful, and the prices are fair. On our most recent trip, the staff here were particularly chatty. Incredibly sweet, but a bit intrusive. Normally this doesn't bother me much, but I was feeling extremely antisocial (and a bit bitchy), and the Dublin Chili's folks weren't really picking up on my cues. My bad attitude aside, this Chili's delivers exactly what you expect it to. I'll give you an update in a year or two. read more

After much contemplation, my order was unsatisfactory. The ribs were lacking on sauce, even thought their sauce is of high quality. The service was slow and the appetizer came out as the same time as our dinner. I would go back for the ribs just might ask for extra sauce next time. read more

Went here with a friend on a Monday evening. We were placed in an area far away from other guests, which we thought was good, more privacy, etc. However, after about 5 minutes it appeared that we were not a high priority. There was not much business although it was at the tail end of happy hour, and yet multiple staff members passed our table by without a glance. Another 5 minutes passed and we attempted to catch the attention of some staff member, to see if we should move to another section or what was going on. Still nothing, we were being blatantly ignored. After a total of 15 minutes of sitting at a table without hearing from a server, we left. People who had arrived after us were already eating food and we had yet to even be greeted by anyone but the woman who sat us. I can't vouch for their food, obviously, but the service leaves much to be desired. read more

Two stars because the food was great but the "service" what service? I had to flag somebody down to order a water at which point she asked whose your server... there was no server. I think at this point one was appointed to us. Had already looked over the menu and knew what we wanted before anyone even came up to the table. Whatever chili's got my splurge for the week but let it be known I will not be coming back. read more

My girlfriend and I went to this location on a whim (Mongolian BBQ had too long of a wait) and I was hangry. We walked in and it was busy, but found a seat right away at the bar. After flipping through the menu we noticed they had a 2 for 20 option and decided to go for it. I upgraded my steak for 4 more dollars and she elected to have the chicken quesadilla. The steak was better then I could've imagined, I ordered it medium and it came out perfect and hot. The meal also came with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli and I enjoyed both. Her quesadilla was good, but she wasn't a huge fan of the rice it was served with, however that probably had more to do with her taste buds. Our waiter (bartender) Anthony was very busy, but he made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. We had a great experience and will definitely be back read more

I'm not much for chain restaurants...but I've worked at a Chili's before. Since we had a gift card, we figured "why not?!" I believe this may be the only Chili's in the Columbus metro area (except for the airport location at Port Columbus Intl.). We went on a Friday evening and were greeted and shown our table quickly. The server was very friendly and accomidating. From the outside, the building appeared to be very outdated (from what is seen with the more modern Chili's locations.) But the inside was very nice and clean. The food was excellent. We both had the Bacon ranch quesadillas (which were pretty amazing!) The staff seemed to be all on the ball. No horseplay or standing around holding up the walls. I'm made to wonder why there are no other Chili's locations in the Columbus area. Over all, I give 5 stars to this place! read more

I am part of the rewards team. They always have great deals and always giving free food. I go here once a month. The food is hot and great

I ordered carry out. When I got to my car, part of my order was missing. I came in and spoke with the manager. He let me keep my order incomplete order and redid my complete order free of charge. Before I started my job as a provider I had never set foot in a Chili's. This quickly changed because the girl I provide for LOVES Chili's. I now find myself a regular customer and I have the menu basically memorized. I never thought it was possible to have an emotional attachment to a Chili's restaurant but clearly I was wrong. The service here is weird in how wonderful it is. Every hostess and server I've had has been unusually and incredibly kind and attentive. The food is good too which is nice but the thing that has always struck me is how nice the employees are. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I know this is a chain but for the value and the quality of the food it's one of the best ones out there. We do the 2 for $35 which is an incredible value and comes with two presidents margaritas, an appetizer to share, two full meals, and a dessert. There are a lot of "two for this" meals at other chains but none of those ever include the drinks and typically never the dessert. I got the honey chipotle crispers which are always good and their corn on the cob and fries are always tasty. read more

Came here to eat and watch the OSU game. I had a pleasant customer service experience - staff was friendly and helpful even though it was busy. I ordered the mango chile tilapia with a tropical sunrise margarita, both were quite delicious and satisfying. I like their $20 for 2 deal, which includes an shared appetizer and two entrees. They also have the $35 deal, which includes appetizer, 2 entrees, drinks, dessert. Overall, I had a good time so I might come back sometime. read more

Me and my family usually enjoy eating here, the food is always hot and delicious but this New Year's Eve our takeout experience was anything other than satisfying, we always do take out living 8 mins away and we usually wait 10 mins in the parking lot but that's fine because we know the food is fresh and hot. On 12/30/20 we thought we'd bring in the new year with good ol 's but not today, on the way there we got a text saying the food was ready (never happened bc I'm usually there) so 4 mins away cool. I get there and have to stand outside bc there are already 2 ppl inside (small space) it's cold but whatever I want my food I received a text while waiting online saying they were bringing the food to the car I ran back waited for 5 mins then I just proceeded to go inside just to see our food has been sitting here on the Togo table, great! So I make sure everything is there, I feel the containers aren't hot like usual but ok. Get home to enjoy our dinner but of course my wife's hamburger was not cooked all the way almost causing her to vomit and ruin the rest of dinner smh this was a disappointing trip but I will give another chance bc this was the only off experience we had, I considered since this happened on New Year's Eve if that meant to stay away in 2021! We shall see. read more

I got a gift card for here so I figured we would use it. We expected just normal so-so experience from a chain like this but what we got was some of the best service we have ever had! The greeter was super friendly and seemed happy to be there and to help, we got sat quickly. He was also there as we were leaving and thanked us for coming in. Very nice guy. Our server was awesome! He was there within seconds after we were seated. Took our drink orders (water) and had them to us right away. Our glasses were never close to even half empty. He was one of the best servers we've ever had. Any time he would walk by he would quickly check up on us and fill our drinks if needed. His food suggestions were dead on. The food was great! I was very impressed by it. The sweet potato fries are amazing! Piping hot and crispy, not mushy like most places. I had the baked potato soup and the southwestern BLT on the pretzel bun. Soup was excellent with lots of big chunks of potatoes and hot. The BLT was great also, everything tasted really fresh and a great balance of ingredients. The husband got the southwestern burger, the one with all the bacon on it. Cooked perfectly and he was happy with it. Great team in this location we were very happy with our experience! read more

We had dinner here last night- we frequent Chili's often- about 2-3 times a month- we have been here several times on a Sunday and they seem to be short staffed - last night o had a hair in my drink- service was slow so I got up and asked for a new one- sorta got an apology for that however the new drink too about 5 minutes to come to the table- poor service for that kind of situation- not sure what is going on at this Chili's but it is definitely not up to the standards that we know and enjoy from other Chili's we have been to. read more

Came in for lunch. We were confused as to why the lunch combo included a margarita Chicken bowl and soup for $7.99 and when we asked the server how much it would be for just the chicken bowl, she pointed to it in the menu where it said $9.99. She never was able to clarify why the weird price difference. Also, since this was our first visit in a while, we were not aware that the electronic device on our table top not only allowed us to conveniently pay our check, it also allowed my child to charge $1.99 automatically for game playing. They did remove the charge! I was disappointed that the cilantro lime dressing that the served with the chicken bowl in Colorado was not available in Ohio. Otherwise the bowl seemed pretty fresh and was good. The chicken enchilada soup was delicious and the chili was not so great. Found that a bit ironic. read more

Despite having eaten at a LOT of Chili's over the years I've never been moved to write a review. I mean I always find them consistently pretty good. I feel like I know the menu and I know what to expect and I'm seldom disappointed. I'm writing this review because they just came out with a new menu and it's AWESOME. I stopped by this Chili's for lunch based on just looking on my GPS for a restaurant nearby where I was running errands prior to a weekend of working a tradeshow. I've never been to this Chili's before. The lunch was everything I normally expect, good chips and salsa, cold draught beer, and I don't remember what I ordered for lunch. While perusing the menu though I noticed that they had added a lot of mexican dishes which sounded good and several other light entrees which sounded awesome. Based on seeing that I planned a return to dinner the next night. When I returned I had the Mango-Chile Chicken (530 calories though I'm not a counter) and it was hands down the best food I have ever had at a Chili's. I always sit at the bar when I'm traveling by myself and Anthony (I think that was his name) did an excellent job. I consistently look for Chili's when I'm traveling but this new menu will cause me to look even harder. Good job! read more

This is the WORST chili's I've ever been to. The past two times we've gone the "app" as the hostess always blames wasn't working properly. Today we went in and the app said 9-19 minutes and we get there and again the rude hostess blamed it on the app but the wait was an hour and a half! Either this "restaurant" needs to get their act together or the app has gone haywire with just their establishment because I've never had a problem with the app before. Just a worthless place. It needs to be taken over by new management and an overhaul of employees. read more

Waited over and hour for our food, was brought the wrong order twice. Staff was unfriendly and somewhat rude. Ended up speaking to a manager. Would not recommend eating here, especially on a Saturday. On a good note the food was actually pretty good so I'll give it 2 stars. read more

Let's start on a good note: the food was hot, yummy, and fresh. I had the Monterey chicken and didn't have any icky bites. I also had texas cheese fries that were hot, cheese was gooey, and the ranch (although clearly watered down to last longer) was plentiful. Sadly though, my optimism was left at the hostess station where my guest and I were greeted by the short manager with little hair (name?). I believe the line was "Hello, how many?" coupled with a not-so chipper tone. Ok, probably had a bad night, but can ya fake the funk? Tone can convey SO much. We were seated next to the take-out door in the bald caucasian waiter's area (again, name? Wish I knew). He was okay, to say the best, nothing special though. He was barely more pleasant than the manager. Not grumpy or rude, just not that friendly. He was prompt on taking our order and everything, but when he came to check on us at one point we could smell cigarettes on him which made enjoying our meal difficult because our minds were now focused on his unpleasant smell. Oh well, nothing spectacular and the tips reflected accordingly. I hope he has a better day and that the restaurant can pick up some more staff that don't wear their emotions on their sleeves. read more

I had to get my oil changed so I walked over to kill some time and get lunch... Well I ordered table side guacamole and much to my surprise they actually made it at my table. I know I said table side but really, I haven't had that done since I was in mexico! With that said it was better than most I've had in town. My son got the kids cheeseburger with fries. Normal kids meal. But kicker for those who have kids free wi fi... It was a little cumbersome to get logged on to but it was still free. I'm only giving 4 stars not 5 because they got rid I've the portabella jack fajita.. Yes I know that was years ago but.. It was my favorite dish.. I showed up because it was Chili day. It took several minutes to get a draft beer after seating myself at bar. It did not appear to be busy. I ordered chili and waited 15 minutes for them to come tell me they were out of chili(they're main soup) at 6:30 pm. They offered me other soups so I tried southwest chicken. I was served a small bowl which felt like a kids portion of mostly broth with one small piece of chicken.
