When thinking of great steak, I wouldn't have thought of Chili's. After today, I'm highly impressed! The 10oz Guiltless Sirloin and roasted asparagus is phenomenal! The steak is topped with a garlic-pesto sauce and topped with pico de gallo. No steak sauce needed for this flavor!

The atmosphere is kid friendly and family ready . The food was good from what my family said I had the soup and a drink both were tasty. The service was pretty quick and efficient. My family wanted to try the 3 dippers so that's what they had .

The restaurant was busy and crowded with people waiting for a table. We only waited about 5 minutes. I ordered the Good Witch Margarita but our server brought the wrong drink order. She quickly replaced it with the correct order. The chips and salsa were good and salty. We shared the quesadilla and there was plenty enough food for two. The restaurant was quiet enough for conversation. The food was quick and tasty. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Good first time here. I tried the viral triple dipper which was very tasty but on the expensive side.

First time going to Chili's, I was impressed! The triple dipper and 3 For Me deals are super value. Loved the nashville hot chicken which was super tender and juicy. The mozzarella sticks are huge! Great sauce and cheese pull. The service was okay--several waiters and manager checked in on us. However, I think it would've been helpful if the server repeated our order to us before leaving, because they ended up missing one of our items and putting in an extra lemonade that we didn't order. Also, the staff had a conversation about our missing order right in front of us, which was kind of awkward to listen to. But it got fixed up quickly so no harm no foul. Ambiance was good--relatively clean place for a chain restaurant!

This place was a 10/10 today. They sat us right away and took our drink orders. The waitress was phenomenal! She was quick with our orders and was so friendly. Our appetizers came out with the quickness. I've got to say their tortilla chips are the best in town and go so well with their salsa. I ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and they were insane. The sweet paired with the spice was truly magic. They were extra crispy today, too. I can not wait to go back, everything was so good.

I would like to start off by saying our waitress was fantastic. She was honestly the best part of our experience. She was careful to get all our orders (and modifications) correct, and she regularly checked in on us. She noticed when the kitchen missed giving us a sauce and kept us refilled on drinks. She was also just very kind in general. She saved this place from getting a one star. When we first walked in, the hostess seemed put-off by our presence. She whispered something to my friend, and when she was very politely asked to repeat herself, she seemed frustrated. She led us to a table, and my brother asked if it was okay if we sat at a booth. She was very frustrated and said she would have to clean it. However, she never came by again to clean it. We had another unfortunate experience with her later. My brother and I went to wash our hands, and there were big boxes of crayons and drawings of peppers to color in by the (empty) hostess stand, so we grabbed a few and went on our way. In the bathroom, I washed my hands then waited for my brother outside. I was holding the paper and the crayons when the hostess walked past me into the bathroom. She seemed to glare at me, but I didn't really care. My brother came out a second later, but she immediately came out of the bathroom at the same time (only strange as only about five seconds had passed). My brother told me his bathroom had no paper towels and asked if I could grab him some. Unfortunately, the hostess was completely blocking the door and was just staring at us. I was uncomfortable, so I told him no, and we began to walk back to our table. As we made our way back, we could hear her right behind us, but we ignored it. Once we got back to the table, she came up to our whole group and very angrily told us the drawing papers we had grabbed were actually donation based (so only donators could draw). Of course, we would be happy to donate to charity, but the whole thing was super off-putting and weird. The actual food was very good, although a bit expensive. There were large portion sizes which was also a plus. We were having a good time, but every once in a while, our conversation would be interrupted by the manager (I presume) yelling at an employee. Also, all the employees (except our waitress) had AirPods in. The food was very tasty, but I would not like to return to this location.

Our server Kelcie, who was 5* by the way, helped us in navigating all the intricacies to the ingredients. Lots of nuance to the menu. Our choices: lamb appetizer, black cod, sirloin, and chocolate mousse; each were tasty, presented well, and excellent dishes. The potato cake on the steak was very different and well done. Our Old Fashion had a nice taste. The place is very small and reservations are a must. We were nervous at first because no one we talked to knew what Gene's was BUT we are SO SO SO glad we went! From the moment you step onto their property it was such an incredible experience. Who knew such a cute and quaint little restaurant could pack so much flavor and art into their food and such a personalized dining experience. While we had a reservation at 8:45, we decided to eat in at the bar after having the most incredible espresso martini of our lives and talking to John. My sister and I opted to share multiple courses - each of which was better than the last. It was an amazing experience and we were lucky enough to compliment and thank the executive chef in person. We left full and satisfied but not stuffed which is exactly what we were looking for! HIGHLY recommend Gene's if you're looking for an elevated dining experience and great service while in Dublin, Ohio!

This is a very bright lighted and well taken care of establishment with nice clean bathrooms as well. We received decent service, and received our food in a timely manner. We started with the Burnt Ends Poutine, which is a shareable sized loaded French fries with Smoked Brisket, Cheese Curds, Beef Gravy and perfectly pickle red onion on top. For 15$ I Never had fries this way but it certainly didn't disappoint and was very interesting. Everyone decided on burgers. Two of us got the French onion burger and two of us got the All American Burger. The French onion burger consisted of very very caramelized onions, three different cheeses, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and a toasted bun with butter accompanied by french fries. The caramelized onions were so creamy and tasty. It really brought the whole burger together. The All-American Burger consisted of grilled onions, American cheese, a special sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato on a buttered toasted bun with fries. The burgers were pretty big in patty size and we all finished our food with no problems. I'm glad we came here instead of spending over 100$ on 3 meals at the zoo!!

My family and I dined at The Pearl Dublin on December 23rd to celebrate my cousin's birthday while…read moreshe was visiting from Montreal. While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.
