Alright so first things first, I love Chili's. I've been to every Chili's in the tri-state area and many outside of the tri-state area. This Chili's is a great Chili's! I came in with the family and got the whole deal. We got apps, entrees and deserts and every course was delicious! I asked to speak to the manager but our server said they were too busy at the time to come to the table but all I wanted to say was "thanks for the tasty treats!". Wonderful service and food! I loved the spice and the flavor. I wanted to try the new nachos but figured we had all had enough and left a big tip for the server instead of getting the nachos to go. Can't wait to come back! We ordered a take out 3 for $10 last night. All three of us got the chips and salsa for our appetizer. We also used a free chips and salsa that we had on my account for signing up. Hubby assumed all was there when he paid for everything. I called back and they put the manager on. She tried to say that it was not on the screen. Didn't apologize. I told her it was on my emailed receipt and my paper receipt and that hubby had to drive back to get them. She still insisted that it was not on the screen. No apologizes. She did say she would fix it this time. When hubby got them, they had given him a smaller portion of the salsa than what the other three were. Not sure we will be back if they go to such lengths to keep someone from getting the chips and salsa. read more

Chilis is my favorite spot for drinks and all the comfort fried food. But this is by far the best Chilis I've been to. I have been to the one in Santa Clara, California and even though i love their food but somehow the food always tasted stale especially the Chicken Margarita. But this one in Ann Arbor, their food tastes so fresh and delicious. I dont know if they make it differently (which i doubt since its a chain) , the food tastes fantastic anyday everyday!!! I recommend going to this location than any other coz i can simply vouch for their fresh food!! The service too is fast and the servers are friendly. This Chili's is really 'hit & miss'. I've had varying experiences here, but this review is solely based on today's visit. Our burgers were very good & well presented. I was in the mood for a really good burger & that's exactly what I got. Juicy, fresh & delicious. One thing the staff could improve upon is attention to detail when it comes to service. We were not served our appetizer because our server asked another server to get it, which didn't happen. The wait staff is all over the place, seemingly trying to help one another, but it really just results in confusion. Doesn't seem to be a good strategy. All in all, our meal was good & I really like the tabletop kiosks which allow you to access your check, pay quickly & be on your way. My Chicken Crispers were pink in the middle. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken Fajitas and the plate came out sizzling but the chicken was cold. One of the waitresses stuck her bare finger on the chicken to see if it was really cold. It was our server's first day working and he was very attentive and did a great l until he forgot to check back right away after our food was served. We got the table side guacamole. It was very good. I got the chicken and shrimp fajitas. The chicken was overcooked and the shrimp seemed small. Even when I told our server that the chicken was overcooked nothing was done to replace it. My mom got the quesadilla salad. One of the best Chili's I've ever visited. The hostess was with us right away and our waters were replaced right when we were getting thirsty. The appetizers fancy my girlfriend and I every time we go. This Chili's location has become a staple of my diet and nonetheless a passion as well. I honestly was impressed with the food. I took my son for lunch and he really enjoyed the bacon ranch quesadilla with cilantro lime rice. It was a huge portion. He also got the chicken enchilada soup which he kept saying how amazing it tasted. I started off with the soup then ordered spicy shrimp taco, they're not spicy at all. They were good, I also otrdered double rice. We played games on their kiosk, we played LIFE, we always have a lot of fun. The bartender ( we sat in the bar area) was quick to refill our drinks and removing plates. The only downfall about sitting in the bar area are the tables. No matter how many times they clean the wood parts of the table they remained sticky. We moved to a high top table with tile on it and some wood still sticky but at least it wasn't the whole table! Not an exaggeration, but the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. The restaurant was pretty empty for it being peak dinner hours. I ordered a makers and diet. Kenzie stood at our table silent for a solid 3 mins trying to find it on the tablet. I even said nevermind about it just so she could get my husband's drink order. Completely awkward. Writing it down would've been so much faster. The skillet queso tasted like Cincinnati chili and refried beans, but wasn't terrible. My husband's sirloin was way over cooked and bland. The mashed potatoes were dry even though they were sitting in water. However, my Santa Fe burger was delicious. The $3 root beer in a bottle tasted watered down. The men's bathroom was atrocious. We took my son to the women's bathroom because of how nasty the men's was. I had ordered another cocktail and waited 10 mins and still hadn't gotten it. While I was in the restroom, Kenzie asked my husband if I wanted another, he said I already ordered another. Her response was "I know, I'm just waiting on the bartender." Didn't get the drink until we were done eating. I was thinking maybe she was a new server until I heard her tell someone that she has been there for 6 years. Chili's = normally consistent and pretty good for the money however...My wife and I must have caught them on a bad night, because our experience was horrible. Got our drinks wrong, got my food wrong, and by the time they replaced my food my wife's food was cold. In other words, neither of us got to enjoy our meals. I will give credit to the manager, because she covered our bill...however it was covered already because we had a gift card! Well that was a disaster.... Came in with several friends to enjoy a cold one to close out the weekend after the bengals game. The group orders, I got the 2 for 20 With my girlfriend, my fajitas were awful... A shitty sauce on top of it that they put on there using the methods of the Japanese in World War Two... A surprise attack. I sent it back 20 minutes later I got my replacement meal.. Mind you when there are 2 other customers so how does a ticket time take that long ? Bullshit.
