I had a Baby Face Nelson which was attractive and delicious. At first I though it was a little weak but towards the end it hit with a bang (see what I did there). I also took advantage of the ladies night menu and got a $5 cucumber mint G&T. The cocktail pricing is what you'd expect, ranging from $12 to $16. The wine list is not extensive and I would not describe this as a wine bar. But, I would come here seeking a fancy cocktail anyway. No food served, but door dash menus are available and there is also a limited menu for direct delivery from the Indian restaurant across the road. The outdoor patio looks nice. We were there on the earlier side, around 5 PM on a weekday. Service was pretty attentive with only one waitress handling the tables. I think if they found a way to serve some simple appetizers and put in a railing along the walkway from the parking lot to the door (thinking of my husband here) I'd give it five stars. They have a weird rule in that they insist on scanning your ID, regardless of age, up until 7 PM any day - this is so that no one who orders a drink can go next door and shoot (where they also scan IDs). The shooting range closes at 7 PM. So shoot first, drink later.

I was hosting a group that included business colleagues, families, and kids, all arriving by party bus, and I needed a customized menu that could satisfy everyone. From the moment I connected with General Manager Scott Inlow and Chef Eric, they were all in. Both of them personally followed up with me by phone, listened to exactly what I was trying to accomplish, and created a menu that absolutely exceeded every expectation. The food was phenomenal. Every single guest commented on how outstanding it was, and there was something for everyone. What truly set Dingle House apart, though, was the service. When our party bus arrived, Scott, Chef Eric, and the team were waiting for us with everything we needed. They brought the food directly to the bus, along with plates, utensils, napkins, and an incredible attitude. They turned what could have been a logistical challenge into one of the most memorable parts of the entire event. I've eaten at a lot of restaurants over the years, and I've never experienced a team so willing to go above and beyond to accommodate such an unusual request on such short notice.
