We visited Pins Mechanical for our therapy group's open house, and I was blown away the moment I walked in. The place is absolutely stunning! There's so much to do--arcade games, bowling, basketball, and more. The huge TV screens on the walls are truly massive. And the highlight for me? If you're on the third floor, you can take a slide down instead of the stairs! Such a fun and unique feature. They don't offer food inside, but there's a food truck right outside, so you're still taken care of. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun spot to hang out with friends or family. Totally worth the visit!

We went with a group of friends after dinner to celebrate a few birthdays. All of us are in our 40's/50's. We bowled one game. There was 8 of us, so we needed two lanes. We only had to wait about 20-30 min for our lanes on a busy Friday night. This place has a lot of cool stuff....some free and some not. Lots of bars to choose from for drinks. We brought our own cake and brownies to celebrate with. We were able to find a table after all the families with kids left. It was nice to have adults only after a certain time. We played a giant jenga game near our table and played a few arcade games. We all had a great time. I would only suggest they put more skeeball lanes in. I also thought the cornhole sets were in kind of an odd spot right in front of the giant tv screen. We will probably visit again. Hopefully when it is warmer and we can enjoy the outdoor areas.

GREAT place for simple date. Totally impressed how freindly staff was. All video games are free to play and pinballs are reasonably priced. There are other free option like a wall size light Brite, adult size slide and cornhole. There were pinball machines I have not played before and they had a larger selection than the downtown location. They do not serve any food but said we were welcome to bring food in. Drinks we reasonably price. We had a blast, and I highly recommend.......

Our recent visit to Rusty Bucket in Mason, OH, was a complete disaster. The only reason this…read morerestaurant received 2-stars is because our server did her best to salvage the experience. We dined at the Liberty Township Rusty Bucket for years, and were saddened when it closed. But, hey, it was Wednesday Indiana Tenderloin night, so we drove to Mason. We were greeted as we entered, and were quickly shown to a nice table after being given a choice of seating preferences. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and took our drink and food order. Our beverages soon arrived, and then the night went quickly into Epic Failure mode. We both ordered the Indiana Tenderloin sandwich. They looked delicious when it arrived, but they were so over salted that they were inedible. We flagged down our server and explained the problem. She looked down at our meals and commented that she could see the salt crystals in the breading, then inquired if we would like them replaced or another item. We said we would prefer tenderloin sandwiches if they were prepared correctly. She returned a few minutes later, explaining she was informed that someone new had prepared the flour and new sandwiches would be made with the same flour mixture. Here's a clue, "chef." I rather doubt that with the extensive menu and reasonable prices that each sandwich is hand breaded instead of coming prepared and ready to cook from your purveyor. And even if they are, you throw out the offending dredge instead of continuing to use it. HUGE kitchen failure. Our server assured us that our inedible meals would be comped, and again inquired if we would like something else instead. We chose hamburgers, which did not appear to have been given priority in the kitchen based on the time it took to receive them. They came out hot and delicious. As we enjoyed our replacement meals, our server checked back to ensure these were prepared correctly. She again informed us that "she" - an apparent reference to an unseen manager - had comped the tenderloin sandwiches. Throughout the fiasco, and continuing on through our entire stay, no manager appeared to check on us. Here's a clue to the manager. We never ate a meal at the Liberty Township Rusty Bucket without receiving a visit from the manager. They always stopped by to check on the food and service, and usually engaged in brief conversation asking our opinions or telling us what was coming soon. It's your responsibility to smooth over problems. Hiding when things go badly and expecting the server to do your job is irresponsible. EPIC MANAGEMENT FAILURE. The final insult of the night came when it was to pay our bill. She failed to present us with an itemized bill, simply stating that she would get "the machine" and bring it to the table. When she brought the machine so I could tap payment, it only displayed a total with preselected tip included. I never had a clue what we were charged until I asked for the receipt. It was then that I discovered we were charged for more expensive sandwiches to replace the inedible food we had been served. Nothing was comped. No apologies from anyone except our server. I know there are places closer to use that sell delicious tenderloin sandwiches.

The bread and oil was always a fav for over a decade across the chain. Such a bad move and I don't want your baked rolls for $4.50. Prices are higher and long wait times here at this location. We were from out of town spending the weekend here and made reservations via open table. CJ, the server, was friendly and working hard but all kinds of services issues you should have for the price. The food tasted good but issues all around. Inside was clean and a nice size Bravo. When we got the bill the pricing was off on the side salad. What the menu pricing $5.99 billed $6.99 My partner ordered his sandwich without tomato and sandwich had four slices on it. I ordered the special with salad, it (salad) was missed by the kitchen and was brought out after I was halfway done with the pasta. I just wasn't impressed this visit and just fee the chain is a disappointing shadow of the Bravo I once knew. Don't get me wrong, I'll still eat here but just always compare to how it used to be.

Some of us needed coffee. Some (not the parents :-) wanted something more mellowing :-). Enter Higher Gravity on Summit Parkway. They have a full menu of (soft) coffees and teas, a full bar, and a "bottle store" of more spirited beverages. The coffee was strong and smooth, some with dairy, some with oat milk! Almond and coconut "milks" were also available. Espresso drinks, too. Nice! They made me a lovely, even smoother, black coffee with bourbon to sip. Another got an ice-cold Weldwerks Orange Creamsicle sour, flavored true to its name. Street parking is a little sparse, but several spaces right in front are for takeout, so we found a spot easily. There are some seats out front, and the playground is right across the street with several picnic tables outside of the kids-space. Perfect for all our wants and needs, including responsible alcohol-free childcare.

I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.
