Fun place! Food was decent staff was friendly. Plenty of pinball machines. Most take 5 credits to play. You purchase credits on a game card. I bought 40 credits for $10z. Brisket sandwich for me, BBQ pizza for my wife. Overall a fun couple of hours. Recommended if you are in downtown Hamilton.

This is a great place to hang out and play games! Many different varieties and lots of newer games. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Great clean environment. No complaints

If pinball is your favorite arcade game, this is the place to go. 30 different pinballs to choose from! From old school to newer games. My Mr and I had to check it out! You walk in and I really like the set up. Spacious and clean. The gaming is spread out with seating/tables on the sides/front if you want to lounge, eat or take a break. You purchase the tokens at the front counter. My Mr started off with $10.00 worth. The pricing varies. Some take 2 tokens for 3 ball games. But for the most part, it takes 4 tokens for 3 games. My favorite was the Addams Family, Funhouse, Led Zeppelin and Madalorian. There are a couple of non pin ball arcade games in the building as well. Want refreshments or a drink? They have a bar in the back with TVs to watch games. They have beers on tap (which is a great selection), mixed drinks, canned beer as well. Hungry? They also have a kitchen which serves BBQ. My Mr and I only had a couple of beers. My only negative experience is a couple of the pinball machines were down. My Mr really wanted to play Alice Cooper but it was out of service. But besides that, it was really fun and I recommend you check it out if you are pinball geek.

They've increased prices 25%.. but the machines still often have issues. Lost focus on pinball, now they're focusing on video games, claw machines, and their 'restaurant' .. bummer

I have been coming here since they opened and now they have expanded their space. During the week it's laid back and quiet and the weekends are hopping.

Starting with food, the first time I got the wings. I think it was mango habanero but could have been buffilo. Came out relatively quick, me and my girl played some claw machine games till the food was ready. Wings tasted great, crispy and flavorful. Would get them again. The funnel fries were fire. My gf got them both times and I ended up finishing them lol. Dipped them in the sauce the first time and ice cream the second, sauce was better. Both times they came out hot and crispy though. As for the burger, it was good too. Nothing crazy but solid. Pattys a little over done. I'm a big fan of this style of French fry. Nice and crunchy. For $25 dollars you can get 80 tickets and an entree of anything under $15. So the burger fit the bill. Would come back for the wings. The games now. Super fun. Especially since I was on a date both times, going with a friend or girl is a good time. Not a crazy amount of games but a decent variety. We really like the dance dance revolution game. The vr game booths are cool too but need cleaning and restocking on face masks. Prizes from tickets are kinda lame but the experience was more worth it. We did however play the claw machines for a lot of the time and won some stuff animals, would move them around more, most are stuffed against the wall and you can't grab them with the claw. $25 dollars for 100 tickets is the cheapest amount you can buy, It lasts about 20 games, I'd say it's worth it.

You had to solve riddles and make our way to the end of the story. Afterwards, we paid for the add-on experience to play the kinetic games. Unfortunately, the employee could not get it to work. The staff gave each of us a gaming card with 100 points on each so we could play the arcade games. Very awesome they substituted the game play for the kinetic games!! We had a lot of fun, would definitely recommend anyone to check it out!!

I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.

I went for the VR experience it was good that's why they get three stars. Not to many places have the HTC vive set up. They should definitely have bigger TVs to gain more interest from bystanders and so they can see what is going on. The food options are poor and not great. Maybe the trampoline part is where it is here, that's where most people were. The parking lot is one of the dirtiest I have seen in a while, not upkept.

While the kids bounced I sat back and people watched. The bartenders and kitchen were so slow everyone kept asking for refunds. There was mess everywhere and no one was bussing the used plates and glasses. People just shoved trash off tables on to the floor to make room. My son wanted to play the VR system. $10 for 20 minutes. The line was 1 person long but they ushered a birthday party of 14 kids past us. Then after setting them up the attendant left and the party kids were literally stuck in VR land for 45 minutes. No one was around to help or stop the simulation. They are probably still there to this day. Poor souls. Anyways I had to attach a photo of the fat kid who couldn't stand long enough so his mom brought him a chair to play the stand up VR game. The youth is doomed. I was happy the VR tech at least let him play bare foot to keep the ambiance of the place classy. Speaking of which, the entire building is easily the same decibels as an airport. Bring ear plugs. Also maybe a book since the service was non existent. I finally tracked down a manager and demanded a refund before we left. My son was in tears. After waiting an hour he didn't get to play the damn VR system. We drove next door to Meijer and just bought a PS4 VR system instead. This is as the better choice and would have been a cheaper night. I did have the pleasure of telling the manager how many people just walked out the front door with full beers and stolen bowling shoes. I counted 7 while standing in line for VR. She told me that she "can't baby sit the adults". I wanted to explain that as a licensed bar manager, that is literally her job...but I just wanted to leave. It's more fun to just report them to the Ohio Liquor board. You couldn't pay me enough money to get me to go back into the "Funplex".
