Pinball Garage - Back room with games for children

Fun! Good clean fun - and a bar to boot. This is a happy place…read more I love an arcade and this one is excellent, with three dozen or more pinball tables along with a Ms Pac Man, target shooting game, punching bag game & some other retro stuff. No Defender, sadly, but I'll make a request on my next visit. Paying for the games is done 21st Century style, with a magic card that you tap on the machine and it takes the credits you've paid for. Easy to reload your card either at the bar or a handy self-service kiosk. Speaking of the bar they have many many beers on tap. Hot food (sandwiches, spaghetti bowls, wings) is available too. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat here but I came for the games, man. The big back room has table seating and features lots of kiddie games plus claw machines. I saw some really attractive prizes but the machine was a bit costly so observe the amount of credits before you tap. In a brilliant move there is also a row of pinball back there, so the whole family can find something to enjoy and keep the kiddies out of the bar. There is plenty of parking, most of it free on the street or in the parking lot opposite the outdoor seating area. It was great to get my hands on a pinball game and also play Pac-Man! I hope to return soon.

We had a ball checking out all the vintage pinball machines, and we played a few games. There are multiple rooms full of a variety of different games, including claw games and all sorts of other arcade games. It was fun checking everything out and killing some time.

This is a fun family spot for us. My husband and I like to hangout at the bar and have a drink…read morewhile our kids play games. We had food for the first time last weekend, and I really enjoyed the burger.

I've been to in the game twice now. And both times have been really fun experiences. There's 2…read moresides to the visit, and that's the food vs arcade. Starting with food, the first time I got the wings. I think it was mango habanero but could have been buffilo. Came out relatively quick, me and my girl played some claw machine games till the food was ready. Wings tasted great, crispy and flavorful. Would get them again. The funnel fries were fire. My gf got them both times and I ended up finishing them lol. Dipped them in the sauce the first time and ice cream the second, sauce was better. Both times they came out hot and crispy though. As for the burger, it was good too. Nothing crazy but solid. Pattys a little over done. I'm a big fan of this style of French fry. Nice and crunchy. For $25 dollars you can get 80 tickets and an entree of anything under $15. So the burger fit the bill. Would come back for the wings. The games now. Super fun. Especially since I was on a date both times, going with a friend or girl is a good time. Not a crazy amount of games but a decent variety. We really like the dance dance revolution game. The vr game booths are cool too but need cleaning and restocking on face masks. Prizes from tickets are kinda lame but the experience was more worth it. We did however play the claw machines for a lot of the time and won some stuff animals, would move them around more, most are stuffed against the wall and you can't grab them with the claw. $25 dollars for 100 tickets is the cheapest amount you can buy, It lasts about 20 games, I'd say it's worth it.

My boyfriend surprised me with one of the augmented reality experiences, Ever World. The experience…read morewas definitely one of a kind! You had to solve riddles and make our way to the end of the story. Afterwards, we paid for the add-on experience to play the kinetic games. Unfortunately, the employee could not get it to work. The staff gave each of us a gaming card with 100 points on each so we could play the arcade games. Very awesome they substituted the game play for the kinetic games!! We had a lot of fun, would definitely recommend anyone to check it out!!

Dishonest Staff and Terrible Experience…read more Avoid this place if you value your time and your kids' feelings. I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.

This place could be so much better…read more Best perk is you can win a ton of tickets quickly and there prizes aren't out of reach, however, there prices aren't great either. I went for the VR experience it was good that's why they get three stars. Not to many places have the HTC vive set up. They should definitely have bigger TVs to gain more interest from bystanders and so they can see what is going on. The food options are poor and not great. Maybe the trampoline part is where it is here, that's where most people were. The parking lot is one of the dirtiest I have seen in a while, not upkept.

While the kids bounced I sat back and people watched. The bartenders and kitchen were so slow everyone kept asking for refunds. There was mess everywhere and no one was bussing the used plates and glasses. People just shoved trash off tables on to the floor to make room. My son wanted to play the VR system. $10 for 20 minutes. The line was 1 person long but they ushered a birthday party of 14 kids past us. Then after setting them up the attendant left and the party kids were literally stuck in VR land for 45 minutes. No one was around to help or stop the simulation. They are probably still there to this day. Poor souls. Anyways I had to attach a photo of the fat kid who couldn't stand long enough so his mom brought him a chair to play the stand up VR game. The youth is doomed. I was happy the VR tech at least let him play bare foot to keep the ambiance of the place classy. Speaking of which, the entire building is easily the same decibels as an airport. Bring ear plugs. Also maybe a book since the service was non existent. I finally tracked down a manager and demanded a refund before we left. My son was in tears. After waiting an hour he didn't get to play the damn VR system. We drove next door to Meijer and just bought a PS4 VR system instead. This is as the better choice and would have been a cheaper night. I did have the pleasure of telling the manager how many people just walked out the front door with full beers and stolen bowling shoes. I counted 7 while standing in line for VR. She told me that she "can't baby sit the adults". I wanted to explain that as a licensed bar manager, that is literally her job...but I just wanted to leave. It's more fun to just report them to the Ohio Liquor board. You couldn't pay me enough money to get me to go back into the "Funplex".
