I called and put in reservation at 6:10pm and they said it would be 20 minutes and we were 15 minutes away so that would be perfect timing, so when we arrived and I told them my name it seemed they didn't put me down when I called so now we had to wait an additional 30 minutes and when I talk to the manager about it he was a real jerk about it and said I still had to wait. So finally we were seated the waitress was very nice and took our order. When the food arrived my wife tried he chicken quesadilla salad the chicken was still cold and raw. So again the manager came over and made my wife feel like she shouldn't re order the dish so she had to settle for a house salad. This manager really should get some better management training when dealing with the public. We will visit chilies again it just won't be at the Montgomery rd establishment until that manager knows how to be a lot nicer and know how to deescalate upset customer. Really pathetic. read more

Ordered the half ribs with asparagus and mushrooms with butter and garlic as a take out on 6/2/26 at 6 pm. Hubby gave me my order and when I opened the box I discovered my ribs were overcooked and dry. Made the best of it and started to eat, and while I was eating I luckily spotted something long and sharp sticking up out of the rib as I bit into it. I pulled out about an inch long piece of hard plastic about an inch long with sharp pointy ends about an 1/4 of an inch wide. Had it gotten it in my mouth that would have caused some serious injury. Called the restaurant to report the issue but they just took a message and said they would call back. I made sure to tell them to tell the manager about this safety concern. read more

It's been nearly more than 7 years since I've dined at a Chili's. My mom gave me and my Mr a giftcard for Valentine's Day so we decided to dine in for lunch on a Saturday. I'll admit, my expectation coming to a chain restaurant was low, but I was quite shocked that I'm leaving a 5 star review at this place and I'll tell you why. The minute we walked in the door, we received top notch service. Management and staff greeted us. We were seated right away and our server was on point with our drink and food order. Very attentive and friendly. We ordered: Drinks: -14 Hands Merlot -Casamigos Margarita Appetizer: -Chips and salsa Lunch: -Chicken fajitas -Quesadilla explosion salad-Grilled Chicken, Cheese, tomatoes, corn salsa, tortilla strips, cilantro with citrus Balsamic. With cheese quesadillas So our drinks came out first with our chips and salsa. A nice start. Then our meals came out and I really enjoyed my meal. The salad was full of protein and grilled chicken was seasoned just right. The salad was fresh and loved the ingredients! They all paired well. Quesadillas were a nice addition with the salad. My Mr loved his chicken fajitas. They came out sizzling and had great flavor. We couldn't finish our chips so I asked for a box, instead our server brought out a fresh new to go box to take home. She didn't have to do that but we greatly appreciated it. On top of that, the manager came by to check up on us. Nice gesture. Overall I have to say this was the best service we received for lunch. I would still come back here even without a gift-card. Great service and food. I'm glad we gave Chili's a chance. read more

The service was horrible. Our food was brought out to the wrong table. It sat there for probably 3 minutes and then the waiter grabbed it and brought it back to the kitchen. Not even a minute later our waiter came out with the same food that was already set down at another table and gave it to us. We then asked her if it was the same food that had been set down at the other table and she paused for a second and then lied and said it was not. She didn't take a second to say "I'm not sure, I can check on that" or anything productive. Horrible service. read more

One of the craziest comebacks in all of restaurant history. Years ago a friend worked here. I would come did the discounts and to see them. The food was very very mid. These days we go for the TRIPPA DIPPA and then split a burger normally. This location has changed it around for sure. I honestly never thought I'd find myself going to a Chili's ever again after a disappointing experience in Georgia years ago... But there I was, in a Chili's, and actually enjoying it quite a bit. The service was excellent, the libations were exceptional, and the food was better than I'd expected. I might be a Chili's fan again! My lady and I went for lunch on a Saturday and we were greeted before we even walked in the door by a member of the staff who held the door for us. Everyone was super friendly. Of course, the inside looked like every Chili's, so that hasn't changed. We were sat right away and our server was right there within a minute. We started out with a glass of 14 Hands merlot for my lady, a Casamigos margarita for me, and some chips and salsa. The salsa was tastier than I'd expected and the chips were light and crisp. My margarita was a touch strong but I like 'em with a little kick especially with quality tequila like Casamigos. As for our mains, my lady had the quesadilla explosion chicken salad, and I had the chicken fajitas. We didn't wait that long before everything was ready and I could smell AND hear my fajitas coming when they did. Gotta love that fajita sizzle! My lady really enjoyed her salad and I definitely enjoyed my fajitas. I like that you can pay anytime you like at the table on a handheld device instead of having to wait for the check if your server is busy. Our server was fantastic though, always checking with us to see if everything was good, and she was very friendly. She even gave us extra chips and salsa to go. Gotta love that! This was absolutely a much better experience than my last one at a Chili's. I could actually see going back to this one too. Their menu has changed so much so there are lots of new things to try. Terrible service. Just awful. I have never been to Chili's before and this experience was poor enough that I don't see a reason to return. I had dinner here last night with family. I called ahead since we were a group of seven people. 6 adults - 1 child. I also got in line with the online waitlist. Everyone was seated quickly and that's where it went downhill. It took quite awhile for our server to come over to take our drink orders. He apologized multiple times, saying it's unlike him and he was going get our drinks put in. It took forever just to get a few drinks from the bar, some water and a lemonade for my grandson. And that's how it went all night long for two and half hours. Not seeing our server much, then him coming by to apologize, saying it's not like him to forget so much stuff and he'd take care of it. When I say forget stuff. I mean we couldn't get a kids menu for grandson for over 30 minutes. Or get his lemonade. Our queso didn't come out until we were ready to leave and wanted our bill. The entrees all came out from the kitchen at the same time - so they had it together. It was the server. He kept forgetting to bring out our appetizers and drinks and, well, anything we needed. And every time he apologized - we smiled, nodded our heads and told him it was ok. After two and half hours we asked for some boxes and the check. He told me that he would take off our appetizers - 3 of them - off of the bill, since some didn't come out until we were ready to leave and, I'm guessing, because of his crappy service. Well, the bill came and I went over it. He gave two different bills. Saying to pay the one. The other was the appetizers. The 'adjusted bill' had added other appetizers we never ordered and a Pina Colada that wasn't ordered. So - he removed the 3 items and added 3 different items that were actually around $4 more than the original bill. That's when I got up to go talk to the manager. I told him I needed my bill looked at and, quite frankly, this was some of the worst service I have ever had. He adjusted the bill to the correct amount and he pointed out that they don't even serve Pina Coladas there. While he was trying to fix my bill the server came by and apologized again and said it wasn't like him. Maybe it isn't like him but the service was terrible. Really terrible. And the food was what you expect for fast/casual chains - mediocre at best. It's highly unlikely I'd eat here again. read more

I have never been to a Chili's before this, and I have been missing out. I was expecting a run of the mill chain restaurant, where people go more for nostalgia reasons. But I was proven wrong quickly. Our food came out SO QUICK. Everything was hot and delicious. My partner got the honey chipotle chicken crispers and I am so jealous I didn't get them for myself. The fries were well seasoned. The egg rolls were creamy and delicious. I was genuinely shocked at how good everything was. Carry Out Order just about 45 minutes ago came to $96 including a $10 tip for poor customer service at the take out counter. I ask the server at pu for additional avocado sauce for the egg rolls and extra alfredo for the dryed out pasta. The manager came up and says "what's the problem?" Not how can I help you. That said, my family either dines in or does carry out at least once or twice a week from this Chili's on Montgomery Rd (Symmes Township). Over the past 6 months customer service and attention to detail has gone down hill, and I'm certain at this point and time that it's management. Save yourself the trouble and eat at the many other restaurants in the area. Chili's will not longer be our family's go to spot. read more

we had a great experience here!! we started with their triple dipper and of course had to do a cheese pull. mozzarella sticks are so tasty and have the most wonderful seasoning and crust. 10/10. we also got the egg rolls which i loved but wish they had more chicken. 7/10. our third item was the sliders. the flavor was very good but the patty was very small compared to the bun. 6/10. we ended with the molten cake of course which was amazing. 10/10. read more

Our senior lunch group of 8 people met there last Friday at 1 pm. It was definitely okay. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was very stressed out. She said that she had a number of tables with a large groups. Maybe not enough servers? Our salads did not come out so a number of us took our salads home. When we went to pay, she told us to use the credit card device at the table, but we all wanted to use cash. The server again was very flustered to have to split our bills and said that the restaurant didn't have "a bank". Since we are seniors we are in no hurry, and she eventually got it done. Went for a birthday dinner, they sat us at a small table not even big enough for our party. Drinks came out slow, even just coke products. Do not get the steaks. The food was meh at best, took significantly longer than the server quoted, the "MR" steak I ordered was almost Well Done, they were telling some customers they ran out of ice cubs but also that if they wanted ice to let them know, giving people to-go cups because the server said there were no more clean cups, and a server Andres who was inappropriate in how he was begging for tips and surveys to make sure he gets scheduled more hours. Two very important questions: 1. Are the frosted glass mugs gone? 2. Are the skillet cookies gone? We have come here twice in the last two months and were very disappointed about both of these misses. We have always said that Chili's has the coldest beer in town, but that is no longer true since they have done away with the frosted mugs. Why did you get rid of them? Both times we came here and ordered the skillet cookie for dessert, the server told us they are all out. We came at 5:30pm, too, so it was very early in the night and before any dinner rush. This leads us to believe you stopped getting the ingredients to make them. Is that the case? If so, we will stop coming here because this was one of our favorite menu items. I sat with an empty water several times, which was disappointing. We ordered the bottomless chips and salsa yet no one came by to refill them until AFTER our entrees were served and then the chips and salsa went to waste because we were then eating our main courses. I did like my mozzarella sticks and sliders that came in my triple dipper. I also enjoyed by free birthday dessert, which was a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate and caramel syrup. I want to start this off by saying that I love chili's however I do not think I will be back to this one. I ordered on the app for curbside - I was so excited when I seen they put the carne asada steak back on the menu - however price has went up on it but the quality went down it seems . . The steak was so tough and fatty that I couldn't chew it. I called to talk to a manager and was hung up on! I also got an order of chips & salsa - the chips tasted stale which was a disappointment because I normally love their chips! My mom had the Cajun alfredo - she said that tasted fine! First time at this location in years! I enjoyed the windows letting in lots of natural light. Our server was ultra attentive (almost too attentive- asking us every few minutes if we were still ok), so we lacked for nothing. Several menu items caught my interest. I decided on the quesadilla explosion salad with upgrade to crispy chicken. When asked at meal's conclusion about how everything was, I could only give an: "it was alright" report.
