I am normally not a fan of this restaurant at other locations but I will say this location might be a bar above the rest. We sat at the bar and was greeted right away - they changed the way you order - the last time I was here I ordered what I wanted with a pen and paper this time I listed what I wanted to the waitress - I think I like the other way better as there is less room for error. I ordered the 1/2 order of chips with garden salsa (just a fancy way to say verde salsa) it was delicious and the chips were perfectly crisp and salty. I also got a build your own taco with the ranch seasoned shell and the chicken ( I wasn't a huge fan of the chickens texture). The price is realtivley cheap and I like how this location on the weekend has specials that cater to the crowd of the banks like 2 for 20$ margarita flights. The inside was clean enough and the bathroom wasn't the worst I have seen. read more

We came with a large group on a weekday lunch. At first the servers tried to get us to separate our group into multiple tables, but we came together so we could sit together, so we waited while the reluctantly pushed together the high tops for us. Our server was friendly and attentive to our ordering needs and the drinks & food arrived promptly. Unfortunately, multiple people had issues with their food requests not being properly prepared. Thankfully, the server easily split our checks amongst all eleven of us and everyone received the proper bills. I am not a fan of Condado's food. 1 star -- and honestly, only because there isn't an option for zero. This Condado location is nothing like the other locations we've visited. Unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing. The restaurant is often not very clean, and getting service at the bar or placing a to-go order seems nearly impossible. Last night was our second attempt, and it will definitely be our last. We sat there for approximately 8 minutes while employees repeatedly walked past us. Not once did anyone acknowledge us, say hello, or even let us know that someone would be with us shortly. We eventually got up and walked out. Customer service should be the bare minimum. We understand that restaurants get busy, but completely ignoring customers who are sitting there waiting is unacceptable. We've enjoyed Condado at other locations, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this location needs a serious improvement in customer service, cleanliness, and basic acknowledgment of its customers. We won't be returning to this location. read more

I ordered this chicken burrito that's supposed to be their big item to go. When I cut into the burrito, the entire thing exploded they did not seal it properly. There was absolutely no queso inside the burrito. There was cheese that wasn't even melted. I don't know how that's possible when you make a burrito unless it's stuff that's been sitting around forever, which would be my guess I've ordered in Columbus and in Cleveland from this restaurant never been impressed. Great food and margs! Came here before a Reds game. I always order a skinny marg. I will say their house tequila is Montezuma which is just yuck! However, they do have a great selection of tequilas so make sure you use something worth it. We ordered street corn guacamole to start which was new to us and absolutely delicious. I ordered from Condado on UberEats and didn't get pictures of my actual food, sadly, but I got the guacamole and rice and chips and it was all really fresh tasting and good. The pineapple guac was GREAT and a bit spicy so get it if you want a little heat. We have been to this Condado's 2 times in last 3 months. The first time was on Reds opening day and we could not have been more impressed all the way around. Went again yesterday before a Reds game. Tried out the smothered homemade tater tots which were covered in queso, pico and sliced jalapeños! We got the large serving which I expected on a small platter for $8. I'm grateful that I got the large size because I can't imagine how much smaller the half order would have been. They were good but not great. Other than the lack of quantity they were swimming in the ranch avocado dressing. Perhaps this was to fill the bowl with something other than what I was expecting - more tater tots! The margaritas were good, the salsa was good, the chips were not. We were rushed into placing an order for food because "the kitchen is about to start a $1000 catering order." We rushed to order, then waited 45 min, after which the waitress told us they hadn't gotten to our food before the catering order but they were "wrapping it up." 15 min later, 1 hr 15 min after ordering, we were told our food was fifth in line for prep. Nothing was complicated. We canceled the order and left . Tacos are not worth that wait. Condado Tacos is perfectly located in the dining/entertainment village in Cincinnati right across the street from The Great American Ballpark. There is a patio area with a view of the ballpark and Cincinnati skyline, but the interior is where you want to be seated as there is very unique decor/artwork, as well as plenty of televisions to watch games. Rather than a proper restaurant, it gave me vibes of an upbeat college bar, as evidenced by the largely younger skewing crowd dining there mixed with a few Cincinnati Reds fans. To start off, we ordered the queso dip with chips (3/5). The chips were just ok, with some being overly covered with salt. The queso dip was similarly average, and while I liked that it wasn't overly cheesy in flavor, it didn't really have much of a flavor or kick to it. For meals, we ordered some tacos, which can be extensively customized. The chicken tacos (3.5/5) were decent and fresh, but like the queso, didn't have any sort of kick or flavor profile that I'd consider them anything beyond slightly above average. It took a while to be served, but service (3/5) was friendly once the waitress came over to serve us. While I wouldn't recommend Condado Tacos for their average tasting Mexican cuisine, it's a decent place for an upbeat bar vibe and good place to hang out before or after a game at the nearby stadiums. read more

We had a large party on a cold, slow Thursday night. Kate took REALLY good care of us while we were there. The place is super cool inside with a great location (right across the street from the ballpark)! The queso was good, salsa was alright and guacamole was good as well. I thought the chips were a little too hard/thick but that is all personal choice. They are known for their tacos so that is what I was really ranking them for and I thought their tacos were about average. So, if you are going to have tacos in your name, your tacos should be amazing, but I was not blown away unfortunately. I've been a supporter of Condado since they opened their first store front in Columbus. My husband, daughter and I visited the location at the banks after a reds game and I was greatly disappointed. The bathrooms were not clean and mind you this was 630 PM. The changing table was broken and I wasn't able to change my daughter. The one toilet wouldn't flush. Our food was delivered to another table. They remade our food but my bowl was missing the essential including the rice and lettuce. I ordered the Baja shrimp taco, and although it was overloaded with flavor and spice, the rice was not freshly cooked and was hard. We had astonishingly good service from our server Max. Our group definitely would have been a huge inconvenience for him - we walked in with no reservation for a work awards ceremony with a group of about 20 people. There was only a wait for about fifteen minutes and it was on a Friday evening around 7. After everyone ordered, Max realized himself that everybody here ordered vegan (we are a vegan work association which is very important to the group's values). After giving us our food, he came back and asked us if all the food came out correctly. After everyone said yes, he then took time to check each individual meal just to make sure there was no meat anywhere - he even shone a flashlight on a mushroom he wanted to double check and no one had to even ask him. On top of it all, he was super accommodating and he was not stressful nor tried to rush us. Our orders came out surprisingly fast and we got to take our time enjoying our food. I got the rice and black bean bowl. Ordering was super easy as there are clear vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free labels on each ingredient. We also enjoyed a side of guacamole which was a little bit spicy - delicious and unique. This is one of the customer service experiences that I have thought of multiple times after leaving the restaurant. Thank you to the workers for having such a great attitude and making our event memorable and stress-free. The chicken was steamed/boiled(!). The rice was plain and white. It was like having boiled, flavorless chicken and white rice with a few bits of corn in a tortilla. This was not Mexican food. Sean was absolutely amazing, to the point we told our kids this is how ALL service industry folks should act, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, he did not miss a beat and they were BUSY when we showed up! 10/10 would recommend.
