We got here at 1 on a Saturday and it was packed and had to wait quite a while for our food. But it was so good when we got it! I had the mushroom swiss burger on jalapeño cheddar bun. My husband had a cheddar burger on wheat. I think they had like 4 or 5 choices of buns. They grill their buns...so delicious! The parking lot is huge and can accommodate anyone towing. That's always a plus when we're pulling our rv or boat.

The chicken tenders were big and juicy and delicious too. Hello everyone! I wanted to write a review on how working at Chilies in bastrop tx truly is. The managers at this establishment do not care about their employees at all. If you get into any kind of accident, they don't care and still expect you to come to work, and don't even think about calling out because then they take all your hours away from you. The managers have horrible communication; they don't communicate with one another at all. The managers also don't care about the mental health of any of their employees; they expect you to "keep those issues to yourself." Everyone who works there always talks about quitting, and many already have due to how toxic this company is. Yes, your food may be good, but remember how they treat their employees before writing a review on how good the company is. I will NEVER work here or eat here ever again,n seeing how gross the kitchen is and how the servers/food runners will eat food off of your plate before giving you your food. Their drink machine also has mold growing all inside of it same as the ice machine. read more
