More often than not, this chain is consistent on its execution and plentiful. The steak/meats succulent, the salads have perfect crunch /balance at this location where you gotta fight for a parking space. However, this time Wed Noon 10/23 at Redondo Location-- all the broccoli was blackish/other steamed veg were fine. And one time the cabbage (spicy cabbage slaw) was outgoing/dehydrated at the PCH location dinnertime. I get that It's hard to get things 100% all of the time. But Kitchen needs a bit of quality assurance on the prep work or perhaps what shouldn't get served??? read more

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed With Today's Service I'm very disappointed with my experience at Chicken Maison today. My pickup order was scheduled for 1:28 PM, and I arrived early at 1:20 PM expecting it to be ready or close to ready. Instead, I didn't walk out until 2:02 PM -- over 40 minutes past the promised time. What made the situation even worse was the way the delay was handled. The male manager repeatedly quoted terrible and inaccurate wait times, telling me "just 5 more minutes" multiple times, even though the order clearly wasn't close to being ready. After each "5 minutes," I kept waiting with no updates, and the final stretch alone turned into an extra 20 minutes of standing around. A pickup order should never take this long, especially when the restaurant provides the pickup time themselves. But what really frustrated me was the lack of honesty and communication. I would have appreciated a straightforward update rather than being misled over and over. I've enjoyed Chicken Maison in the past, but today's service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope management improves communication and accuracy so customers aren't left waiting nearly an hour for a scheduled pickup. read more

We had a family feast meal with 2 chickens (spicy lemon garlic and garlic) and 3 sides (potato salad, hummus, green salad). We ordered at a counter and the food came out super fast. By the time the four of us each got our drinks, our food came out within a couple of minutes. There's a bunch of tables to eat at and there's a couple of tvs to watch from too. The chicken came out warm and it was amazing. We really enjoyed the sauce from the spicy lemon garlic and the chicken was not salty. We were all wondering who would get the leftovers because it was that good. The potato salad was my favorite side. I like a light dressing and this was perfect. Today I had the spicy garlic chicken with veggie and a salad. As usual the chicken was seasoned perfectly. They have seats inside and you can also get your food to go. The employees are usually friendly and the food is prepared quick. This is one place that I've never had to wait long for my food. I remember during the pandemic they would sometimes give a little treat with your order as a thank you for supporting. Named best chicken in South Bay, I concur, the chicken here is just so darn good, the original, lemon basil or spicy garlic, you can't go wrong, also aside from the chicken there is also kabob plates, a delicious salmon, fettuccine pasta with tiger shrimp, I've tried a few things on the menu and they are really good, they are always adding new stuff I feel like, today I saw they have lamb chops, the fountain drink selection is very good, includes sodas, watermelon juice and some iced teas as well. I was hosting an Event for some Clients of mine and figured placing a Fone Order 3 days ahead of time would help prevent any mishaps or delays, boy was I wrong. The day of my event, I sent my colleague to go pick up my order.. and to her surprise, our order was not ready. After she spoke to the staff, they stated it would be ready in 10 minutes. Fast Forward 50 minutes, she was finally given our order. The way things were handled during this inconvenience definitely put a damper on my event. What's up: We were in the area and wanted to grab some yummy food our tummy. After a quick search on Yelp, we found this place and we decided to try it out. After ordering, we were given a number and told to grab any available table we liked. What was ordered: - Kabob Feast (Kabob: Chicken, Steak, Kafta. Sides: Hummus, Grape Leaves, Falafel, Tabouleh. Everything was so good and delicious) - Maison Baklava (nice and flaky. Not too sweet; it had just the right amount) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay.
